AMAZING COMIC BOOK STORE. nothing else has come close. Ever since my first visit and meeting Kenny and the friendly staff they made a life long customer. Ive been collecting comics and figures for close to 10 years now and there has been no other store where I have felt so welcomed and treated well. Thank you for making an amazing shop.

Nice selection of comic books it had been 42 years since I bought a comic book and the artistry is incredible and it was fun to revisit some of my old favorites that are worth quite a bit. I liked the ambience and friendly nature of the shop owner.My subsequent trip was great selection and helpful suggestions from the owner. I went for their Comic book Sunday promotion and bought many books at greatly discounted prices. It is run by very nice people who are warm and affable.

The owner left a voicemail threatening me if I didn’t take down a previous review explaining a poor experience I had in the store as a paying customer, as in literally paid for comics and had to sit through him insulting me and my friend.I deleted review but saved the voicemail, if I receive anything else I will be taking legal action.Go to Comics Quest, they care about their customers.

Great environment, fun staff. Got what I was looking for quickly. They actually had what I was looking for, instead of Comic Quest, which barely even ordered any stock for this certain comic. Will be coming back again.

Worse experience ever Just came in to try to sell some vintage base set pokemon cards to this guy. He said he doesnt price gouge and do hypebeast prices but he priced Gouge me no problem by offering 5 dollars for a 1st edition holographic cards. My 15 year collection that I took care of just for this guy to offer 5 dollars! The sleeves cost more than the cards lol! I will never go back here and will never buy anything or sell anything.

To this day, I am baffled at Kennys extraordinary talent at remembering all of his customers names. Extensive selection of comic books and graphic novels. Kenny is the best at this. He knows every title by heart and will recommend excellent titles every time. Keep up the good work Kenny!

This is a great comic shop. Its not a huge store, but its got a pretty impressivr stock of comics. The staff is always very nice and never hesitant to help. The owner is also a really good guy, and is really informative. One of my favorite comic shops in Orange County.

Went to this store with 10 comics and wanted to get them appraised. I was told, “These are 90’s comics and they are worthless. We would give them away for free.” Keep in mind some of them were from the 1930’s. When I questioned him and showed him the minimum value $25 Max value $2000 and average value worth $500 online he suddenly changed his answer to, “Well I guess this one is worth something.” He clearly thought we were idiots who would hand over the comics. Long story, short, our “worthless” comics were valued over $900! I can’t stand when people try to take advantage of others. Super shady guy looking to rip off people who don’t appear to know better.In response to your response, I know there is a retail value to comics. My issue was more about how you treated us as customers. As you stated in your response, you treat your customers as though they are ignorant and for some reason you feel the need to belittle. Im simply saying in a world where people have endless options they should take their business elsewhere. Unless of course they love A Few Good Men references slung at them...you know that other worthless thing from the 90s.

Huge selection of comics and trades with a lot of cool older items on sale. Not a lot of inventory for skate items but they did have useful skate items. The staff there today was courteous, friendly, and helpful.

Best comic book store Ive been to. Kenny has a passion for comics and his goal is to keep you happy with your visit and purchases. Prices are fair and he has the largest back issue collection in the area. Skip the other comic shops and go here, you wont regret it!

THIS IS THE BEST COMIC STORE in OC. People always say comic quest is the spot, and i would agree with them if you were looking for hobbyist stuff too like board games and miniatures. But as purely a comic book shop, Kenny has it on lock, super friendly and super knowledgeable. I wish we lived closer, I would be there every Wednesday! we try to make it every time we are in town.

I havent been to this shop often, but the few times I have were excellent experiences. Its a small-to-mid size comic shop but they have a decent selection of material. The store is also one of the best places to go for free-comic-book-day that I have seen.

Nuclear Comics has been my shop for over a decade. I bought my first Pokemon cards there. I bought my first skateboard there. I currently buy my comics there.Customer Service:Everyone that works at Nuclear Comics is super knowledgeable about comics and skate stuff. Anything you need, theyll know how to hook you up. Also, they are totally willing and enthusiastic to just talk comics or super hero movies, which is a huge plus.I have a pull list with them and only come in about once a month to pick up my comics, but they dont mind sitting on the comics for a couple weeks for me.Selection:Because its a smaller shop, sometimes issues sell out really fast, so be swift. However, if you set up a pull list, theyll pull your favorite comics and hold them for you to come pick up later (and give you a discount for being a loyal customer!).If there is any specific upcoming series or issue you are interested in, just let them know and theyll put an order in for you.Their back issue selection is pretty extensive as well. Im always surprised by what I find. They also frequently have a dozen rarities for very fair prices, so no need to buy from some random guy on the internet.I have been living in LA for 4 years now, and I still take time to drive down to Orange County to visit Nuclear and pick up my stack. I think that that in itself goes to show what an awesome place it is. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else.SUPPORT THIS COMIC STORE!

The Quality was very good, but being fair there are better ones, the appeal looked good inside but again probuly better, the service overall i say its good just because I didnt really talk to them at all and they didnt do anything rude or bad.
