Its in-n-out. Worth it.Location is fine but will definitely get busy and the line will stack pretty long into the parking lot or towards the main street. The staff were friendly and efficient in serving customers as soon as they can. The drive thru has a double window set up where you pay first and pick up your order at the second window.

Good as always. Hot, fresh and delicious. Service was outstanding. Very good workers with an emphasis on being courteous and respectful.

You really cant go wrong with In-N-Out. This location has a decent amount of seating if you decide to dine in.Dont forget to order some stuff from the secret menu.

This place got our order all wrong, in all sorts of ways, not a singular burger was correct. Horrible. look at the amount of lettuce on the burger. The short blonde kid at the register read the order right back to us, but the kitchen messed it all up.

This is honestly the best fast food burger you can get. They have excellent standards are very polite. One thing I love is that you can see everything that goes on in the kitchen, so that you know that theyre keeping everything clean and working hard to give you a quality product. And they honestly charge a lot less for their product than what you would expect for something of that quality.

Only downfall is the wait but it is well worth it.My favorite burger #2 with onions. Sometimes animal style. They also do animal style fries and cheese fries.This location is conveniently off the freeway so it’s easy to stop at on a drive through the area.It is Clean and efficient. And as usual the service is great! Big smiles from everyone.

The food was flavorless and cold. Customer Service was good.Usually I have no problems with the flavor. However the last two times I have been to this in and out, it really hasnt been good.

A lot of parking spaces n super fast line... workers frequently comes by and ask if they can take away any trash. they also clean the tables regularly... great vibe overall.

As always great service and fresh food. This in and out it is our to go since it’s very close to our house. This restaurant is always clean and very well maintained. Service is fast no matter what time it is. Crew is very helpful. We will be back again very soon.

Very speedy sercive, even though they were crazy busy. I wish the location had a drive-through, but unfortunately it is located in a crowded space and shares the parking lot with a neighboring business, so thus is unlikely to happen.

Today September 8th 2021 they gave me basically burnt bread and fries. And the thing is that it was for my 85 year old grandmother who told me to take her there and then my 2 and 3 year old niece and nephew, now imagine how hard it was to chow for them. Long wait, ice cold fries and no onions on the combo #1 with lettuce wrap despite emphasis during order. Though large number of employees running around quality is rare commodity even in most favorite American Burgers Joint!

I live In-n-out, I am not exaggerating when I say this is literally the worst in-n-out in existence. I have been multiple times, no matter what time I come, including 12:00 AM there is a line out the door or damn close to it. On top of that once you’re done waiting in line you’ve gotta wait 30 minutes for food.

Poor Customer Service today, its usually pretty good, just a few bad apples I guess. Keilah has horrible manners and should not be working with Customers. Plus long wait for food. Then the girl just poured Catchup Packets all over my food. I ask her why she didnt put it in bag, and she just rolled her eyes at me.

I dont eat other burger place except In & Out.. Why? Its because the price is very reasonable and the quality is good. Thats it..

In and Out is In and Out, nothing has changed - Hence that is what most of us go there, we know exactly what we get. Not the best meat quality, but everything is fresh. Got a get there early, or the line will get you. It moves pretty fast though!

Its an In N Out, so you know its great! Theres no drive-through at this location, but theres lots of parking. Inside and outside dining.

Just as yummy and you would expect. Super fresh and hot food. Very high quality even though they are always super busy. Only location Ive seen without a drive thru though.

I always love going to In-N- Out! It is one of my favorite chain restaurants. It is definitely my favorite fast food place. They are very consistent from location to location and this one is no different. Ive been to this location a couple of times and it seems to be one of the least busy ones. Not sure why. The service was on par with their typically friendly service. The double-double, animal style, protein style I got was on point as usual. Is recommend going here if youre in the area.

This is always a nice place to stop on the way to san Diego from Disneyland or LA. Not as crowded as other in n outs, staff is great and bathrooms always clean. It also doesnt have a drive thru

Visiting from Minnesota. This is the first place were we stoped to grab some 🍔 and shakes. Service and food is good. The Only thing isnt ok is seeing people not wearing facemask or keeping a safe distance.

Its my special burger, I love the fresh an delicious onion on top of that burger. Nice place and always clean, super clean.

The only In-N-Out in a good spot next to the frwy we thought we could get off the frwy & stop but this is the only 1 that I think has no drive thru, inside I looked full, more full than it should even if the covid-19 cases are down in OC so we decided not to go in & just went somewhere else.

Still as good as I remembered growing up around it. Had the Double Double with grilled onions, Animal Fries washed down with an ice cold coke.

The food is delicious and now during Covid there are tables next to you that no one can sit st so you can eat and keep a distance. It gets crowded at times though but they try their best to keep the atmosphere friendly and the place covid safe

Everything was good minus the animal staff fries my girlfriend ordered the onion rings were grilled and she would prefer them not to be thrown them out after being able to only take so much of the burnt onion taste but my Minneapolis can shake her new balls and shake our burgers and my regular fry were all superb plus she got root beer float

I order regular hamburgers to my daughter no onions.. I get with onions.. No time to coming back to replace my hamburgers.. My daughter she doesnt eat nothing.. Very upset.

Although they are always extremely busy, the staff has consistently been friendly, helpful, quick as possible for quality, and patient (Im ordering with a 1 year old in my arms wiggling). The food comes out hot and made to order. The only downside is if you were looking for a drive through, this location does not have one.

I love this place because I used to work there about 35 years ago. the food is great and they kept their word they told me back then were never going to sell one of our restaurants and they havent. No franchise means no stress. Youre in and youre out. Well done mr. Snyder.

Plenty of outside seating most times. Everything Covid compliant, including the customers. It is OC so people in general are fairly good and easy going. Food was delicious as usual.

Great burger, great service! Hadnt eaten an In-n-out Burger since 1993... moved to the midwest. Its reminiscent of what McDonalds started from the movie The Founder.When I say service, youre greeted as you enter the door and served promptly.

Always great service and theyre open late which is a plus cause sometimes I work late. The only downside is that they dont have a drive thru.

Service is like usual, busy. But the taste at this location and consistency was far less than other locations.

My worst experience at In-N-Out yet. It took 18 minutes for them to process my order, and I was the only one in line. There were four people working, and they all look so confused, like chickens with their heads cut off running around.If people want $15 an hour minimum wage, then they need to step up their work caliber.I have experience working in fast food such as Taco Bell and Pizza Hut (and was happy with my $8/hr minimum wage). However, today, this was embarrassing today.

Always love me some in n out! I dont know what it is but they make a good burger and amazing fries! I dont want them to change to much but I think if they would get a beyond burger patty that would go over well and Im not even a vegan but choose to each them every now and then!

This In-N-out is very clean, very busy, and a fun place to hang out. The staff are wonderful, friendly, careful to make sure they get orders correct. I went at 10:30pm on a Saturday night to beat the late night rush. Got a cheeseburger protein style with grilled onions and extra lettuce. As always, the lettuce is really fresh. Also got Animal Fries, very popular at this location. My order was ready within 10 minutes. At 11pm the rush hit and suddenly the line was out the door. Kudos to the staff who regularly serve big crowds without missing a beat. When I left at 11:30pm the line was still out the door. This location does not have a drive through. The restaurant is larger than others and there is plenty of parking. A classic and fun place.
