Ive been restoring cars for 30 years and when it comes to paint, have used many different shops. This Maaco came under new ownership about a year ago and the new owner and crew are top notch. They did an outstanding job truing the body on my 73 FJ40, matched the paint color to perfection, and it looks incredible. On top of that, the price and original agreement never changed. The new owner Chris really does his best, takes care of his customers, and is a heck of a good guy. I worked with Alex a lot on this, and hes been nothing but great.

I brought my car here to fix some scuffs/scratches on the front and rear bumpers as well as fix the dent in my passenger door (ended up needing to get a new door).The guys there helped work out an estimate for me that is as cost friendly as possible, which I was super grateful for! The costumer service there is exceptional.I was told my car will be done in about 10 days and I think it took about 13 days total so I was super satisfied with the timing, it was quick/what I was expecting and they washed the car before I picked it up.My car looks so nice and new!!! It’s also red which means it’s hard to find the exact shade of red for my specific car, and they blended the new paint so nicely you can’t even tell! It looks just like when I first bought it!!10/10 recommend!

These guys are absolutely amazing. 15 year old paint, they fixed and painted a whole panel, and YOU CANNOT TELL!!! Its a PERFECT match. And for a fraction of the quotes I got from the high end paint & collision places that like to belittle a Maaco paint job. This is my second car worked on by them, and I have a appointment for my third in January, so YES I would recommend them!

Alex, the managing partner was absolutely amazing. His customer service was beyond five stars. He allowed me to drop off my car Sunday night when they were closed and made a special trip to check me in. Also, when I picked up my car it wasn’t ready as they promised. Alex seeing I desperately needed my car said he would take care of it, ordered me a rental car for the day and used his own personal credit card to pay. My car was fixed perfectly when I got it back too! Thank you Alex for serving me and making sure I was taken care of above and beyond.

I had used this business when it was One Day so I was surprised to see it under a new owner and as Maaco.I brought in my ‘57 Belair to be painted and to have new chrome put on it. I met with Libni and he was fast, professional as well as personable and had the estimate to me right away.During the time my car was here, I asked if I could come down to see the progress on it it. Every single time they were as accommodating as could. I also got to meet the new owners; Janelle and Chris as well as Janelle’s father. We shared classic car stories as well as father/daughter stories. They said being the new owners they wanted the best for their clients. I found this to be very true. Both Chris and Janelle took a personal interest in my car. Janelle even stood with me as my car was being taken in to the booth for its transformation.Their customer care and service is excellent. As a matter of fact before I picked up my car, Chris personally went over it pointing out things that he wanted to be just right. This place far exceeded my expectations. I’m not a guy who typically writes reviews. But they went above an beyond so I felt it my duty. They were very communicative, the cheapest option around, and were willing to respond to texts and phone calls at any hour. Very flexible. At the end, they washed my car and buffed put a few scratches on the car for free without my asking. Great experience.

Poor workmanship, runs in paint, dirt in paint throughout the entire car, paint was very thin and when we tried to color sand and dirt out, we went all the way thru the paint and found that the dirt was under the sealer coat. Impossible to fix with a complete re spray and used incorrect sealer color after I said black sealer underneath the black paint and they used light gray ...

My forth car with Maaco and high end cars. Range Rover and Bentley and the work has been great and very well priced.

I got my 2000 Toyota Tundra painted with the two coat system with excellent results.Daniel and the guys provided excellent service and answered all of my questions. They even removed some dents from the tailgate at no extra charge.The truck looks brand new! I am very happy with the results, and the value/price of the Macao paint job is great.5 year warranty and I’m good to go.I recommend this shop without hesitation.

Paint job was not good. Major runs in paint. Dirt was in paint on many parts of the car. Did not put enough paint to color sand and buff after I requested and they agreed to do so. Very dissatisfied.

They saved my car and saved me a lot of money. The owner, Daniel, is very knowledgeable and no-nonsense. He worked with me to get the price down, even letting me source the parts. The repair was done right and my car looks new again. The paint matched perfectly and was better than the factory paint. It certainly wasnt something that will blow of in the wind like Earl Scheib. For those of us where insurance wants to salvage the vehicle, Maaco lets us keep them with quality repairs at a very reasonable price.

The paint on the hood of my daughters car was faded and peeling, but the rest of the car was shiny and perfect. It is a 15 year old car and we could not justify spending a bunch of money. We got a few estimate, Maaco was the lowest and was in the range I could justify. I did consider maybe you get what you pay for, but I figured as long as it was close enough the car would look much better.Three days later I came to get the car and was very impressed; the color match was great, and the car looked great. They really got it right. The shop owner even provided some fasteners to help with some internal hood lining that had come undone, and put it back in place for me.Overall, Im very happy with the experience.

Having some concerns over some more negative reviews, I spoke with the new manager. I went over my expectations. I left my 15 year old Honda CR-V for a new paint job. Left it on Monday, it was finished Wednesday. Upon picking it up, the car was clean, tires oiled, and paint looked great!Good effort was made to complete the job on time, and please the customer.The pricing was fair & management provided great service!

Excellent job on my car. Not so good at scheduling. Better industrial methods suggest that you wait until all parts are in before you ask me to bring the car in. Starting jobs before all parts are available causes confusion, uses space to stage work in progress, and worse, it makes my car unavailable.to me for many days.

Great job on my Altima. Daniel and everyone on his crew was very friendly; they paid attention to details and the car came out as new. They straightened out a rear bumper and side mirror from a previous damage- all at no cost. Highly recommend!

My experience with MAACO was perfect from start to finish. Brought in my sedan that had a pretty good bumper scrape on it (no dent). The quoted my 30% the cost of Calliber Collision, painted the whole bumper in less than 72 hours and stayed exactly on quote. No hidden fee. No extra labor hours reported. They even washed my car and deep cleaned my wheels before I picked it up. Great service! Great price! This car is a lease return so I cant speak as to whether this will pass inspection or not yet, but I cant see how they will even know there was a scrape on the car. I will update once I know for sure. Very happy with the service and if I ever have another autobody need, they have a customer for life in me. Well done!

Terrible service! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!I had service done last March spring season 2015 for body work due to collision repair on the front bumper; my fog lamps were never readjusted correctly and theyre still not pointing in the proper height/direction to this day. Also, they made a stink about my demand for them to put back and install the license plate with all appropriate install hardware. There should be a thing as pre and post checklist; things should be put back the way things as they were before. Suffice to say, the car was not properly and nicely prepped for pick up when time came for me to pick up.Service-wise, at one point an inappropriate and unprofessional comment was made in a threatening manner -to a me, the customer, as if I had provoked that behavior. I am nice and mild mannered person, respectful but instead some people trounce on that.To better their service, they have to be professional at ALL times.

The owner of this Maaco facility in Laguna Niguel is very committed to doing an excellent paint job at a fair price, with a 5 year warranty. I was very impressed by the work they performed to completely re-vitalize our 2005 Pontiac Vibe, making it look like a completely new and improved car! Daniel and Libni were very communicative during the process and their team produced a terrific finished product. I recommend them highly.

My experience has been terrible, many mistakes and they do more damage than good. I am in the military and like all Americans we work hard and ask only to be treat our babys/classic vehicle with kindness. Thats not what I got, disappointed Soldier.

Very fast, very polite, and a quality job for the budget pricing.

The body and finish on my Jeep Grand Cherokee were in very good condition with a few surface scratches and small chips. The car was brought in on February 15th with an estimated completion date of February 20th (5 days). The car was not ready for pickup until March 3rd - 18 days later.When I came to pickup my car it was parked back in the junk yard - was dirty and not prepped for delivery. The roof top carry racks and fittings were missing and there were a number of serious deficiencies in the paint job outline below.1 Small blisters, pimples and craters on the finish. I counted around 10 spots on the hood alone.2 Over spray on the rubber/vinyl molding edges at many places and paint runs into almost all the transition margins. Some type of cleaner/over spray on my new head lights.3 A 3 inch long unpainted area around the right rear door handle - Really bad.4 Interior lift gate panel cracked -
