On 2/12/2021, we ordered By-pass shutters for our patio sliding door. I was told that they would arrive in 6 weeks, but it was more like 12. When they attempted to install them, we found that each panel was 1/2 too wide, so they did not fit in the frame. New shutters were ordered. At the end of May, the new panels arrived but when my installer opened the package, we discovered that one panel of shutters were damaged (louvers were broken), so another new panel was ordered. Towards the end of July, a new panel arrived and was installed. Although, there is some resistance when adjusting the louvers, it is manageable and we will make them work!I should say that I was very happy with the installers (Angel and Andres) and Ruben (office) always kept me informed. I think the problem is with Norman, the company who makes the shutters.

They are very good company.Loyal to their word, Timely installation.Quality of products and customer service are excellent.Although designer and me made mistake on contract, they accepted my request on replacing 3 Sunshades with blinds at their own expenses .I really appreciate it. The team at 3 Blind Mice Window Coverings gave us great options for our windows. We picked remote control blinds. When they were installed the team worked with us through our wifi issues and today our blinds work perfectly and are a highlight of our main bedroom. I may need them to help me replace the batteries periodically and I think they even have a service for that too.

The team was very professional and they delivered our shutters two weeks earlier than scheduled time. Installation and communication was great. We got them through Costco and I highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest but the quality and service are worth the extra $$.

We had a FANTASIC experience with 3 Blind Mice and the only reason Im giving 4 stars is because we were told the white we picked would match very closely to the Swiss coffee trim we have and it doesnt. We are debating if we need to repaint our trim now. But we got the Z-frame and the split shutters where bottom and top can open/close separately and we love it! Everybody we spoke with was so kind and professional. We felt safe during measurement and initial meeting with COVID precautions taken.

Our experience was amazing and we are very pleased with our purchase. From selection and measuring to the actual installation, I felt like the entire team was there to walk us through the process. Follow up phone calls, emails and text messages kept us in the loop every step of the way and I felt valued as a customer instead of just a purchase/install transaction.

I would highly recommend this company. The whole process was a very pleasant and professional experience. It started with the kiosk at Costco, setting up the appointment, to working with Barbara for the in-home consultation, to Angel who did the exact measurements and the install and Ruben, the project manager, who kept me informed of the status of the order.

After confirming day before the scheduled appointment the guy didnt arrive. Apparently he left a massage 3 hours before the appointment demanding to call within an hour to confirm AGAIN!

A salesperson came to our house and helped us pick out the coverings we needed. Another employee was then sent to get the exact measurements needed to complete the coverings. When the order was ready, an installer came and installed everything. Its exactly what we wanted, and we are very happy with the results.

I love my window roller shades in all my windows. Very sleek and modern. The pull chains have broken twice since last May but Accurate Installations has been here each time, no worries. I am very satisfied.

I found 3 Blind Mice Window Coverings through Costco. They arrived on time to all our appointments and everyone was respectful. They didnt try to pressure my wife and I into getting a more expensive covering but we did have several windows that needed covering.Im taking a few stars off because of how long this project took to complete and errors were made. We had our consultation in early May and I was hoping to have everything installed before a family vacation in late May. Well when the team came out to do the exact measurements they somehow missed an entire window (perhaps lost the measurements) and thus the order was very late to get into the manufacture. Needless to say, we didnt have coverings by the time was went on vacation (our luck was 3 Blind Mice had them on the day we flew out). When we did start the install, 2 of the coverings werent manufactured correctly due to a miscalculation. The installer (whom I dont believe works for 3 Blind Mice) relayed that message back to 3 Blind Mice and they were apologetic and ordered a new set. It wasnt until mid-July when everything finally got installed.Ultimately, the product installed it OK. I understand they dont make the product but I guess I was imagining something a bit higher quality especially when you are paying thousands of dollars for these over just doing it yourself from a blinds website for a fraction of the price. They didnt even haul away the old blinds (that would be an extra cost).

We found this company through costco. We had an appoimtment with them and they called and said they need to reschedule because they had a bigger appointment. I called them on the day of the rescheduled appointment to see what time they would be here and was told that they cancelled our appoimtment completely. Not cool i guess that 5500 square feet and 103 windows is too small.Too many other options out there for me to waste my time.Costco fail.
