Despite the fact that our daughter’s new home is well outside of his work area, Robert generously shared his vast expertise and valuable time with us to help us install much- needed safety gates on two different stairways to protect our grandkids. We needed professional help and that is just what we got from Robert and BSH.

Robert and Aaron are fantastic. As a busy mom of twins, they were able to walk through and give safety recommendations. We are so happy with the esthetics of our gates and added protection of our active little ones. Great communication, reliable and quality of work is excellent. As new and busy parents with a crawling little boy, we were extremely happy and satisfied with Roberts work on our home. He came to our home within two days and installed everything needed within an hour or two. He walked through the house with us and made recommendations on things that were (and werent!) necessary, and thoroughly explained all of the work he would be doing. He is wonderful - and he didnt even wake the baby!I think we could have spent so much more time worrying about what was needed to safely secure our home on our own, but Robert took away all of that time/research/worrying out of our hands - and time is money, kids. Baby Safe Homes was amazing, and we would recommend them for all your baby proofing needs! We were lucky enough to work with Robert. He responded to our initial inquiry within hours and came out the same week to install baby gates for us. He took the time to walk through the house with us and make his recommendations on things that were (and things that werent!) necessary. I appreciated his genuine honesty and could tell he was actually interested in making our home safe for our baby, not just interested in selling a product. He did a great job and the entire process took under 2 hours. He was professional, courteous, clean, efficient, installed top notch products and gave us excellent advice. Hes the best!!!

I called on a Sunday and Robert got back to me within the hour. My issue was mainly baby gates and he was able to give me a plan after seeing a couple pictures I texted. We scheduled a time within less than 2 days that worked for us. He was professional, punctual, and wore a mask. He gave me some suggestions on outlets, door stops, slinging closet locks, furniture straps which I took! He recommended changing the location of one gate to improve safety. I was so impressed and feel much more comfortable in our home. Absolutely worth the money!
