Disappointing! Order >$200, credit card charge accepted. Drive to Laguna Niguel branch to find no record of order. Manager, on the phone with co-worker, will not speak to me and I have to wait until the following day. Meanwhile, I have wasted valuable time and have nothing to show for my efforts. Might be of interest that this has happened to me previously and the co-worker acknowledged that this happens often. Really, this is how you run a business with repeat known blunders?

We stumbled across this wine shop by accident, but were happy we did because they have some great wines! Their care of their customers affects them as well. You must visit this shop!

Not a huge variety, but it was pretty cool it had plenty of random drinks like energy drinks, soda, even milk.

This is my go to BevMo for all my drinking needs (beer and wine). Cold box is always filled up with good selection of beer. Cigar humidor also has a great selection of smokes. Really ample selection of craft beers from Northcoast Brewery, Lost Cost and The Bruery.

I came here to pick up a bottle of Japanese scotch. These bottles are expensive and there are a couple to choose from. I was excited to be giving a bottle to my spouse for their birthday. It took some tracking down to purchase this from this particular store. I visited the BevMo in Rancho Santa Margarita. They did not stick the bottle that I was looking for. They did however look into their computer system and was able to tell me that this particular store had it in stock. There was a new employees who rang up my purchase. She was very friendly and informed be of upcoming events at this store. I think there is a nickel wine tasting event. Sounds good.

You can always count on BevMo having the best value and a fine assortment of all your favorites. I really enjoy receiving their notifications about new wines and the best deals available.

I used to buy wine from this Wine Shop every now and then, and they always had my favorite. You will be greeted by courteous cashiers.

Amazing selection of beer wine spirits pretty much anything you want to drink alcoholic. They have a wide selection of wine and people to educate you on what to get. They run some sales that are pretty good. This is certainly not the discount place for alcohol this is the place to find the amazing bottle of what were the hard to find the liquor.

If you like win, all I can say is JOIN! I had know about Bevmo but never bothered to enter until recently. There is not a better win selection anywhere, and my husband loves German beers, and they have some here that you cant find anywhere else! Joining takes 2 minutes at the front counter.

Great place to just peruse the aisles and discover tons of brand names and options. One thing though is that there are not enough people working here to help find things. I came in looking for one beer, no one was available to help me, and no one knew what I was asking for. I would think they would look it up in their computers to see if they carry. I just did not get good service there.

I don’t do the nickel second bottle anymore. But when I do need a special wine or liquor, like Boodles gin, this is my spot.

This BevMo location has saved my tail with a tap rental on two occasions. I am embarrassed to say both times i bought my keg elsewhere but they serviced me anyways. I cant tell you how much I appreciate that and I would recommend people looking for micro brews, wine and champagne to go check them out. I have peruse the inventory and they carry quality stuff. Their employees are always friendly and helpful and I will go back there without hesitation. I am always happy to do business with people that care about their customers.

Fast, Friendly and convenient...But Im a beer guy and I dont find anything special about bevmo beer selection or prices. Prices are high so You need a card to get the same price as any other place which is annoying.

They cant keep information stored on my status as a bevmo member. This has been a problem for a while. For a long time all worked well until the past year. I am incensed that they cant keep my phone number and I have to correct the problem. Should get their head out of her posterior. Probably best to look elsewhere.

BevMo....more like BevNO. If I could give it zero stars I would. I was so upset today by the service I was given. I came in with my boyfriend to get some drinks for guests we are having over tonight. I found an amazing price on a bottle of rum which was exciting because I love a great deal! When I went to checkout he said, No way thats not the right price! when we told him what THEIR sign said. When my boyfriend walked over to show him, his response was, Im not honoring that price, YOU could have changed it. Now my boyfriend is a quarter black, and not that this wouldnt normally be offensive to anyone, but it was especially offensive to him and I. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. *The person that was rude in case management reads this is the cashier that is very heavy set. I go to specialty stores all the time when i get my beverages, and I suggest Total Wine and More, Ive never had an issue with staff there. So upsetting BevMo.
