Always love the selection at Off Broadway Shoes. They have buy one, get one 1/2 off on most shoes. Today, I walked away with 3 pairs of Filas for $53! The shoes were $19.49 each, and with BOGO 1/2 off I saved even more!

The employees here are really nice and I appreciate that they believed me and gave me a refund on shoes I hadn’t worn - but upon returning shoes that I had solely kept in the box, the sales associate and manager both noted that the underside was worn down. When I bought them, I was in a hurry and didn’t scrutinize the bottom. To be honest, I have no idea what is normal wear for shoes that are fair game for anyone to try on and walk around in in the store. I bought the pair and didn’t end up using them and was really frustrated and surprised when there was difficulty with the return. I returned them in the original condition I bought them in. All in all, I’m disappointed that I would’ve potentially paid $43 for previously used shoes that weren’t supposed to be sellable in the first place. That’s a lesson to me but also a word of caution to everyone else shopping here.

Lester is situated in letter a beautiful area known as La Plaza Shopping Center theyre at the shoe store has a variety of shoes every class that you could possibly imagine and Ill price ranges I will say it is the next shoe store I bought is there a but I was very happy with and as I said theyre in a shopping center this very beautiful and picturesque and very nice

Yes yes Off Broadway Shoes has every style s show that you can possibly want to that you could want thats a good store to go shopping at but I will say it is a little high say its expensive but the its a very beautiful store as beautifully decorated beautiful shells displays and yes I will go there for any specialized shoe that you want and youll definitely find it Off Broadway Shoes

Horrible Shoe Store! Bought two pairs of shoes less than 20 days ago and one pair is falling apart. I went into the store and the girls at the counter sent me back to find a pair and they didnt have any so the sales rep girl says why not take a 1/2 size smaller after I explained that I liked the size I had. They said they couldnt order the size I wanted and told me they would give me a store credit but not a refund because I wore them... No Kidding!! how else would I find out that your CHEAP SHOES fall apart after only 20 days and only wearing them about 8 times. They look brand new.... I told them I would go home and get the box and receipt and she said it wouldnt matter....PEOPLE!! DO NOT USE THIS STORE PERIOD!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ONCE YOU WALK OUT YOU OWN THOSE SHOES!! unless you want to exchange those for another pair of their CHEAP SHOES they will not REFUND PERIOD HORRIBLE i would give them a ZERO but you CANt!! DO NOT USE there are way better shoe stores in Laguna Niguel!

This Off Broadway location offers extremely great prices for top line shoes. They offer a lot of buy 1 get the second pair at 50% off. Also they offer other great deals for offseason items like Sandels buy 1 get the second one for free. Its amazing and the customer service is great. I was helped by Cynthia, I think she goes by CJ. She helped us get the right shoes for our style.

They have designer shoes for cheap here. The selection isnt always great but the price pretty much always saves me close to half off if not more.
