We hired Cesar(dishonest individual) to finish remodeling our house after having a very bad experience with a previous contractor. We established an agreement with him with a deadline of October, 31,20. We were very generous and paid him 95% of the total agreed upon price, even though he had only completed 75% based on him assuring us that all will be done by deadline. That never happened! we brought to his attention that the painter(Felix) was not applying the number of coats we had agreed on. Cesar told me not to address it with Felix and he would bring another crew to finish to my satisfaction. Here are the facts: Paint is poorly done and already pealing off. The painters broke the staircase railing and did not fix it back to its original way. they broke one of the windows. They broke and threw away parts of the gutters.They didnt put back exterior lights, except for one light put in upside down(see photo). I saw a lot of my lights broken and in the trash.The tile man he brought was very slow and wasted so much material. Cesar fired him. Plumbing by Jose and electric by KAMSPOWER (Kevin brown)license #1037370 has been paid in full but they were instructed by Cesar not to return my calls or show up to the house. when we addressed with Cesar our disapproval with his lack of management and poor quality of the work, he offered to refund us 10K and he walks from the job. We refused and told him it would cost us much more to pay again for paint, electric and plumbing. Ive known Cesar from a previous small job and never expected him to act this way. He got greedy and took advantage of our situation knowing that we had to move in December. Cesar asked to be paid a commission of 15% before he continues any more work.Cesar has not stepped on the property for the last 2 months. No one was there to oversee any of the work. We told him to finish the paint, plumbing and electric first before we discuss further payments. Cesar decided to abandon the job. left anchors in the ceiling, made holes in my drywall without repair, didnt finish painting, no can lights have been installed and trash everywhere. we are pursuing legal action

The craftsmanship was superb and we’re very happy with the results. Working with Hugo made the process so much easier. He gave us a few samples to take home and compare side by side to see which worked best. The new floor looks fantastic and gives a transition area into the house. I’ll definitely work with Hugo in the future for any additional flooring needs we may have. You won’t regret the end results!

G&A Flooring replaced the carpets in our three bedrooms, including the MBR, With Provenza wood flooring. Cesar is a wonderful manager who helped us find the wood flooring that perfectly matched the existing areas throughout the rest of the house, signed a contract with us and scheduled our installation. The installation crew were excellent, accurate and fast. They carefully moved the furniture around and finished this big job in two and a half day. Our new wood floors look beautiful and we are very happy with their professional installation. We do recommend G&A Flooring.

He even drove over to our house to deliver the paper work when we were sick so we could keep our installation schedule.The product was exactly what we needed. The installation crew was fantastic.
