Bought my daughters birthday cake. I was so happy with the Tinkerbell themed cake and the flavor was delicious (strawberry with strawberry mousse filling). My Daughter and my guests were beyond impressed. Ladies at the bakery were very friendly. Thank you!

Super disappointed in a cake we ordered for Father’s Day. I special ordered a German Chocolate Cake and it was more frosting than cake. You know when kids say something there’s definitely a problem. Pictures below for reference...

Ordered a custom cake for My sons first Birthday. Only had a week deadline for them and they were able to pull it off. Cake turned out fantastic! Been looking for a custom cake place in irvine (4 kids) but no one ever returned my call, had to go all the way to Laguna Niguel. The free smash cake was a great touch! Will be returning for all my events :) thanks guys!

Disappointed. Received phone call today from one of their employees. I wish that the business can find better representatives,who are professional. The girl who called didn’t care about her job. Will go somewhere else.

We ordered our sons first birthday cake from Cinderella Cakes and we could not be happier with our decision to choose this bakery. The cake was beautiful delicious and priced very reasonably. The birthday cake also included a smash cake which was a fun idea for the party.

Drove all the way here for cakes for baby shower the next day. Looked online to check for hours and opening times. Got here and they had closed early! Incredibly frustrating. Please update your customers online if you’re not working the hours advertised!

Short and sweet: O MG! Lots of wannabes, but these are the real deal. I love Em hot out of the oven (we have a tradition of picking them up on the way to the airport for an early morning vacation flight). But I also love Em a day or two later when they are hard and chewy - I gnaw on them until my jaw hurts and they are so good!

My husband and I ordered our wedding cake here and it was a wonderfully prepared carrot cake with lemon cream cheese frosting. So delicious thanks!!

Very bad experience. I ordered a birthday cake in December for my daughter. It was cute, cake was good. Mermaid cake with chocolate shells all over it. Ordered another cake a week ago Unicorn cake with flowers all over it. The lady was rude when we picked it up. Cutting the cake it had a filling that I never ordered and the flowers on the cake were not edible. I thought I broke my tooth. She never said the flowers were not edible. Terrible. We called, sent an email and never got a response. I will never go back. There are a lot of bakeries out there and I will chose a better one next time that cares about their customers and their service.

Im a private celebrity chef from Malibu and was told this was the place to go for custom cakes. I called Mike to have a cake ordered something small and somewhat simple and they wanted to charge me top dollar for a simple small cake and the customer service was horrible. I just felt so taken advantage of that I ended up looking for a similar shop in my area and found another cake shop that was only 15 min north in Rancho Santa Margarita not only accommodated my needs but went the extra mile help complete my order and charged reasonable prices. My point is Im a chef and know how much it costs to make something and even as a private chef I still give my clients the best customer service they deserve.

We love the cakes here and the cupcakes too- the decorations are beautiful and they have a lot of variety- from standards like chocolate and red velvet to our favorites- the lemon and the cookies and cream. Dont expect to walk in and get a custom cake on the spot. They tell you they need 4 to 5 days lead, but our experience is more like a week. But if you want a fun cake for a special celebration this is a great place to go.

Ordered a cake and cupcakes for a first b-day in 8 days and paid the full amount ($160) up front. We had a death in the family 4 days before and had to cancel the party. We spoke to the owner and owners husband and after 2 weeks of going back and forth was only refunded half of what we paid. We understand they have a policy but as a business owner they should know compassion and empathy go a long way. What I didnt share with the owner is that for my business we spending about 3-5k per month in event catering and actully used them in the past for a large event. After this experience I would never work with them again and will certainly share my experience with others.

Called up to ask if they could make me one GIANT cupcake for my sons birthday and he said the order wasnt large enough for him however, he as willing to make a super small cake to make more $, makes no sense at all. ITS ALL ABOUT THE $ not making customers happy. Started to get rude and snappy towards me and that completely turned me off. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Older reviews are for a different business. The triple fudge cake is out of this world, further the brownie pops and other deserts are great. Butter/sugar cookies are eh. Get a sample first.

I went to All About The Cake and saw the most standard boring cakes that were twice as much as the gorgeous, glamorous cakes that you will find at Ciinderella Cakes the one I bought was a work of art, a Center Piece for our celebration.

They are pricey, but they do an excellent job. Your cake will look just like you want it to.
