What is there to say? Its Walmart. Great prices for pretty much anything you need. The only problem is when you have a return. Dont get me wrong, they are very good about accepting returns, but they wont do an exchange. Which means no matter what you have to wait in the extremely long return line. Actually to simplify and speed things up, they should have a designated line for their money services. That really holds up the returns line. And dont arrive close to closing, they generally have a cut off, due to their (always) long lines!

There is no cold food section in this walmart which really caught me off guard. I went here to get cheese and juice. I was pretty 😞 disappointed, being new to the area and finding this out. I wish that there were some sign that indicated that or something that was put on the website so that I would know that. I will say that all of the employees that I have spoken with were really helpful and had great customer service.

Went in to pick a money order... $ services are in the same line as returns... (customer service)... That sucked, as I was in a time crunch...1st time as a payee, naturally had some questions... woman just kept looking @ the growing line whilst giving me one word answers...Not very helpful...

Really tired of getting stopped at the door by the same manager everytime I shop here. She moved from greeter to recwipt checker in the time it took me to grab 1 item. She even insisted on checking inside the cooler that her Co-worker checked IN FRONT OF HER while I was paying for it. And then when I called her out. Oh, its ok, she vouched for you. I dont need employees vouching for me like Im stealing stuff. Completely rude and unprofessional.

Just dont like this store. The merchandise seames to be inexpensive but the quality is not good not even at that cheap price. The management staff are unpolite to say the least. The staffs offten unaware of the return policies of the merchandise purchased online an more often than not it will take days and many phone calls to Pelepin and back to US to correct the mistake. Avoide Walmart at all cost.

It was 7:50pm and there might’ve been a chance to make it to the Electronic big box that closes at 8, or I could say screw it, and just go to Walmart. And therein is the beauty of Walmart. I needed a (none-to-simple) charger for a surface pro. I had left mine at the office. So, there I was, in line at the electronic and TV counter for maybe three minutes to find a guy who knew a guy. Which is to say they didn’t stock them but, they said, I could certainly get it online.So some of you see my point already, right? It wasn’t Just the product that took me to Walmart. It was the promise of Hope. Hope knowing they would still be open by the time I could drive there. And Hope in hoping they might just have the charger. Turns out they didn’t but - BUT, there was that Hope. Walmart sells Hope. And they’re pretty good at it too. ‘Cause if they don’t have it; they know guy who knows a guy. Hope.

I shop at walmart for their versatility and prices on what they offer. I am disappointed that they dont have enough cashiers. The check stand with cashiers are mostly filled with customers who have full carts. I used the self check out this time. I had a lapse of judgement and used my debit card with my pin(Please be careful dont do this here). I rarely use my debit card with my pin anywhere. I also had an awkward personal space moment with a couple who came up behind me to use the register next to mine. Two days later my debit was used at a bank atm with my pin! I am 98% sure on this particular shopping trip my card info was stolen at their self serve check out and the female saw my pin. My fault for not being more careful but please be aware and dont make my mistake.

I will Never shop at this store again. Warning for all customers they only had 1 person to check us out! I called the store No one answered, No managers the lines for self check out were packed. The 1 check out lady said no one was there to help out. Everyone was yelling, No air conditioning in the store.That place has No Respect or Consideration for customers!They need to HIRE people. How they run that store is unbelievable. Never going back there! The 1 star is a joke..you should add a zero!

Its a Walmart. Theyre pretty much all the same. But do check your online orders for accuracy. I ordered some engine oil and what they pulled and gave me was not what I ordered. Upon return of the incorrect item, the bar codes didnt match. Go figure. They should bar code scan the items on the way out, or when pulled from the shelf, for order accuracy.

People are very helpful but I really think they need more training then looking at the cell.

I think someone is hoarding the Funko Pops. The selection has not changed in weeks and I know they have had new shipments come in. It was not like this before. I notice the change coincided with a staff change in the electronics dept. could be coincidence could be be conspiracy either way the funko section sucks

This Walmart in Laguna Niguel is a bit of a downer compared to the beautifully spacious and well equipped locations in Foothill Ranch. The isles are cramped, selection is limited and this location is only good for basic low cost items. The pharmacy section however is quite good and useable.

Went to buy an acer chromebook 3.17 that they were suppose to have in stock according to their website, but to no avail wasnt in stock at their store. So i went with the 3.15 slightly smaller. I was in and out and home with my chromebook sent to by q w2 we ee we S

Manager needs to get off his high horse, when did it become ok for management to treat any associate like they were worthless, or disrespectful, and in front of customers! Even my kid thought that Manager lacked empathy for his associates. Its no wonder there are not that many associates around, and they all seem miserable. The workers I use to like talking to said that, a lot of them are quiting and transferring to different stores, due to how the store manager thinks he can get away with treating associates like trash. When we tried getting someone to help us out, it was like talking to a robot, they even said sorry but we are timed on our job and can get coached if we help a customer for too long yikes.. CEO needs to send some undercover people to see whats up.

I give this Walmart 3 stars because there were issues with the Cust service inserting my check into the machine. It began to crumble she tried so many times. I had to flatten my check out. Also, was looking for a certain dental product that was shown in stock at this store and we asked several employees and none could locate the item. Told me to try other stores or online. Also, so many items were out of stock and shelves were bare. Did not see anybodycleaning their stations or the carts. Hand sanitizer dispensers were empty or the pump was broken.

Great diversity and prices. Everythings here. Vehicle dept for mainly tires, fishing and hunting, furniture, electronics, cloth and footwear, and much more. Only thing Im sorry is that they closed the fish dept

Just your average Walmart. Been to this location many times throughout the day. Never saw it crowded. Staff seems less grumpy compared to some other stores throughout OC.

Its always sub par no matter what walmart you go to. And whats funny is the manager is usually the most absent minded employee a huge difference from Target or Costco

It’s Walmart. I don’t know what to tell you. It’s pretty much what you’d expect. The workers are nice and seem to be hard working. Somehow when you enter Walmart… you suddenly look the part of someone that shops at Walmart. It’s convenient and low priced. I don’t know if it’s my eyes or the lights… but it somehow always feels like a post apocalyptic scene where people are wondering around the aisles looking for things they can use to survive and get multi-use out of.

Love shopping here, however the stuff in the middle of the aisles drive me crazy. You have to weave in and out of people on top of all the stuff in the center of the aisle. Prices are great, just an inconvenience when you have to weave in and out of the traffic and merchandise. 1st world problems!

This is where you can find some nice things like groceries, electronics, eateries, etc. You can even find some exclusives like Hot Wheels Mario Kart sets or Fortnite Pop! Vinyls over there. But be warned, there may be some shovelware stuff, defected products, looted things or just torn out. Its a good store with a few mishaps. You can go there if you want or skip it.

Bathrooms are disgusting!!! Customer service line is ridiculous. Only 1 person up there today. Horrible lines over the last month. The place is falling apart. Bare shelves in every department. Not sure if there was a recent management change or what. Terribly understaffed and checkers are super slow and double charge you - then you have to wait in a long customer service line to get your refund. Avoid this Walmart and save not only your time, but your sanity as well.

Just had my car serviced at their TLE shop. Great workers, they were able to get a quick lube job done without messing up like other budget maintenance shops. In addition, they took their time to let me know of a couple of problems on my car and explained the symptoms. Wouldnt hesitate coming back!

This is the best Walmart around. They have everything here including auto repair. The womens clothing selection and housewares are extensive as arevtheir electronics. I live closer to the Irvine Walmart, but will make the drive to this one instead!

It is hit and miss in the grocery department, no fresh produce at the one in San Clemente but overall you just cant beat their prices.

While conveniently located next to Marshalls & Hobby Lobby this particular Walmart is always busy so plan extra time for extra long lines, limited available parking & just go in for the basics. Since this is not a full grocery store, there is no basics like fresh bread, limited types of brands & no refrigerator/freezer.

This is one of the better stores which has a large assortment of items for the home, kitchen, personal needs, various hair supplies, body soaps and lotions, clothes for the entire family, gardening items, packaged food, etc, etc... almost anything a person may need. The sales clerks are knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Worst walmart on the face of the earth. Ive been to better walmarts in the ghetto. The staff is horrible, this old lady at the check out is rude and unhelpful, she wouldnt scan one of my items because it was missing a barcode so I had to run back to get another one and she wouldnt hold my stuff so I had to get back in line.
