This is the best pizza we have ever had! I have come on several different nights to try different kinds and they are all so so good. There is really nothing I would compare it to. Everything tastes so fresh. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love chatting with them about what is new in the bakery and they give the best recommendations. There’s really nothing like this around. Sweet customer service and delicious food.

Hands down this place is amazing. The customer service is awesome the people are so kind and the food is superb!!!! I think they only do pizza on Wednesday and Thursdays but I could be wrong. If you have the opportunity to try the pizza I highly recommend stopping by!!!!!

Cookies from here are amazing, and I love to buy the frozen cookie dough and bake just a few at a time fresh at home! Always friendly service. And now serving fabulous pizzas (limited evenings)... The breakfast pizza offers a unique twist with eggs, thinly sliced potatoes and rosemary/honey for the perfect flavor blend. Never greasy, always delicious!!

I have loved the bakery for a long time (When it was Great Dane in HB) and I was so excited when they bought out the Donna Bs Laguna Niguel location. Unfortunately, this location has lacked customer service since day 1. I find that more often than not, if I call the bakery no one answers throughout the day. When I do call or stop in, they dont seem particularly excited to be there. When I came to their bakery one day and found it closed but the door unlocked, so I called their sister bakery to let them know they didnt seem appreciative. I didnt necessarily need a thank you, but it would have been nice, as someone could have just walked in and destroyed their bakery. Their desserts are to die for, and if I hadnt had so many positive experiences with the HB location I wouldnt ever buy from here.

I live in Santa Monica and Googled/Yelped to find a bakery for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday party in Laguna Beach.Working via email and phone with the folks at this bakery was a breeze. They understood my requests and did the most perfect cake! Not only was it beautiful but it tasted fabulous. Most cakes are cloyingly sweet but this was wonderful.What a hit! (But unfortunately for me, my new favorite bakery is quite a distance from Santa Monica.) :)

Best dessert Ive had in a long time.

This is truly a hidden gem in Laguna Niguel. They created a colorful, whimsical giraffe smash cake for my grandsons first birthday. Not only was it decorated to perfection, but the cake and butter cream frosting were delicious. This bakery easily competes with more expensive local bakeries. Its worth finding this tucked away bakery. For those who know the area, this used to be Donna Bs.

Will not use this bakery again, nor recommend it to any of our friends or family. After tasting several bakerys cakes for their wedding, our daughter and son-in-law selected Donna Bs. As parents of the bride, we also tasted the cake. All of our samples were outstanding. Three layers were ordered - - chocolate with raspberry filling, vanilla with lemon creme filling and chocolate with chocolate filling. Fast forward to the wedding day. The owner delivered the cake without placing the florists flowers on the cake. An understanding was made with the bakerys assistant (Jordan) to finish decorating the cake at the venue. However, the owner said he didnt have time to decorate because he had a tee time on the adjacent golf course. So, he left to play golf. Through a series of texts between the wedding coordinator and the owner led him to return from the golf course to finish decorating the cake. He did return, but did a poor job with placing the flowers, so the bridesmaids ended up finishing the job. When the cake was served, none at our table of seven had fruit filling in our cake, and the cake seemed dry. The vanilla cake had no lemon creme filling. Why were the samples so outstanding, but the actual wedding cake at our table was dry and devoid of filling? The bakery did refund us $100, even though we asked for a 50% refund. We felt the price of the cake was not in line with the expected quality.

Cant go wrong with the cookies. Probably the best Ive ever had, in my opinion. Customer service is fantastic every time I visit. Its off the beaten path but worth the stop!

The cakes look beautiful. The owners son is rude and condescending. He must be swimming in money because like he said, he didnt have time for wedding tastings! We were not given an alternative. The girl in the counter and another customer, were just as perplexed as we were. Very bad episode. The other Customer told us that it was better when the mom ran the shop. That she (customer) loved the cookies and that is why she came back but that she knew the son would drive the shop down eventually. Too bad. We went elsewhere

This bakery may have some of the best tasting cookies I have ever had. They have creative flavors, good size and unbelievable flavor. The cupcakes are also excellent with unique decorations.I know the trends are sweets and cupcakes, but $32 for a dozen cupcakes is high for me. Its just more expensive than your local, neighborhood bakery.

Great customer service wanted to try the Oreo cupcakes, they were out but made 2 for me. Amazing. Frosting not too sweet, perfectly made, moist cake. Amazing and delicious!

This is an essential Laguna Niguel bakery in my opinion. They make terrific pastries, but what I love very most is their cupcakes, they are just unrivaled, seriously.

Fantastic bakery and really tasty foods. I get stuff here pretty often because it is really good and I like the decor!

Had Donnas cake for the first time last night and WOW it was very delicious. Will order for the next special occasion!

From the first cake for her bridal shower, the wedding cake, the baby shower cake for her son, his 1st birthday cupcakes and now a baby shower cake for her daughter, we (my daughter and I) have ALWAYS been extremely satisfied with Donna Bs and wouldnt go anywhere else for special occasions & celebrations!!!!

I just moved to SoCal from Michigan and Donna Bs Bakery reminds me of the bakery I used to work at in my hometown. The displays were low on stock (the cookies) but that changed as soon as we walked in. They refilled the case with fresh warm cookies and added about 8 more flavors to choose from. Donna was very welcoming and sweet. We sampled cake and cookies that she offered us. We walked out with 3 mini cupcakes and 3 cookies. All 6 different flavors exceeded my expectations. The shop has faux cakes on display and it shows how diverse their style is. The shops flavorings and creative is more modern which I love, but the also do traditional. They also even had an experimental flavor a Pumpkin Spice Latte! I dont like pumpkin spice lattes myself, but its a very popular flavor during the fall (talk about knowing what your customers want!) Donna Bs is a MUST!! Everyone must try it once in thier lifetime.P.S.Ive been to Carlos Bakery (Cake Boss) and Donna Bs cake was better overall!! Meaning cake density and flavor and how it paired with the frosting. Prices also at Donnas are cheaper, but sense Carlos Bakery is famous they can get away with high prices, but Donnas is worth the money!

I came here while my dad was working next door and had some of the best cookies Ive had in a looooong time!

My experience with Donnas cookie dough stretchs back decades.Passed down from generation to generation,(the Bielkies),have always made a wonderful cookie!

This place kicks Philly Soft bakeries Factorys ASS...ets. Enough said.

Pricey but good!! Not sure if its worth the $ Paradise cookies at the mall is better!!
