SCAM! Young clerk referred to me multiple times as chick when I first came in -- should have seen that as a red flag but unfortunately did not act on my gut feeling and leave right then. Brought in pearls to be made into earrings and when I went to pick them up 5 weeks later they insisted on charging me for the pearls, initiating a my-word-against-theirs that I brought them in. Asked for the manager and was told he was unavailable. After much back and forth, I decided I did not want to come back and leave my jewelry out of sight with them again, so I cannot believe I am typing this, I paid their price that included selling me back my own pearls. I have no trust in this business.

Checked in here on google for the free battery change for my Movado watch! Great fast service :) will definitely be coming back for future battery changes and other watch repairs!
