I was visiting my sister in Laguna Niguel. We picked up our dinner for that night, which was Friday, We arrived around 5:30 pm. You cannot dine-in at In-N-Out Burger.There was an extremely long line, almost a quarter of a mile, through the parking lot of other businesses. The line moved fairly quickly. We were there for about 1/2 an hour.This wasnt as good as other franchises I have been to, but wasnt bad either. Everything was fresh, including the cooked hamburger because they had such a large demand. We got our order and went home to eat it. It was still warm. If you are expecting a hot meal, I recommend you eat it in the care. Portions for what we got were adequate.

Went to In N Out, food was tasty, some Asian lady clogged up the drive through to grab hats. Really not nice. Some guy named Tanner works there, don’t know him.

O my goodness not one for in-and-out. Do like to eat it randomly this place was amazing. Service was excellent, food picture perfect and fresh green lettuce not white or yellow. Also are burger 🍔 smiled 😊 at us.

Arrived during peak lunch time and the drive-thru line was the longest I’ve ever seen, but it moved quickly! I believe the whole process took me about 10 minutes total, which surprised me because of how many cars there were. Their customer service was wonderful like always. The food was hot and the fries were perfectly cooked!

Never had before. I got the 4x4 burger, extra cheese. OMG! Top 5 best burger. #1 best fast food burger. Busy place.

Its in n out so not much could go wrong here! Fries have always been some of the better one that Ive had from in n out IE not soggy, and everything else is as it should be. Only thing is the line gets longgggggg. Cant blame them for that though so you either have to have patience or go at a odd time of day/night to have a shorter wait.

We went here today. I was a part of a group. My family was sitting outside and I went to get the drinks. We always drink and eat the same, but today my brother ordered only water which I wasn’t aware of. I filled 3 cups with water and the the last cup with a Coca Cola. Suddenly this boy sipping drink asks me,if I intend to pay for the drink and started argument. There was another gentleman (Afro-American) standing next to me, waiting for his soda cup. For some reason he wasn’t given the cup with meal and had to wait to be served last. The place was almost empty. I see the lack of training and professionalism in this place. I wouldn’t think that this type of arrogance and lack of customer service wouldn’t be found in reputable parlor.

Its In n Out so of course the food is great! Had a good size line which again is normal for any In n Out. Even with the long line they got you through pretty fast.

I went very late so my order took longer than normal and they also got my french fries order incorrect. But it was still good food.

Today is July 24th, 2021. The service is exceptional. The young guy on the counter is sharp, very attentive. Pays attention to your requests. Thank you for your great service.

This in n out can sometimes have huge lines for drive thru but its usually pretty quick 10 mins.

Long line but what do you expect its In n Out. Even though the drive thru line was long it moved pretty quick. The guy who took our order was very nice and friendly. I honestly dont think Ive ever had a bad experience or horrible customer service here. Theyre all very nice and professional highly recommend this location.

Simple menu, fresh ingredients, great taste and outstanding staff

I love the burgers and fries at all of these locations. Fresh meat and cheese. Good buns. The fries are crispy and tasty. I keep coming back and stopping at all of these. I remember when the first one went in by me back when I was a kid, so It’s comfort food for me now. My kids ask for it any time we pass one.

Consistently a great customer service experience and the food is always hot and yummy.

Didnt expect even In N out to skimp on products. I brought my two shakes and two drinks home only to have the drink carrier rupture and fall apart into layers of flat paper. my drinks were all on the floor, I had XLs so there was a lot of waste. words of the wizened; Dont trust paper products.

These guys are all stars! I have a celiac/gluten allergy to work with in my family and this is one of the few places we can consistently go to for safe food. The drive thru line can look dauntingly long, but they churn through cars at a surprising rate. The food is good and worth the wait! The food you get is hot and fresh and they have had impeccable accuracy for getting your order correct.For celiacs or allergy orders! Ask for your burger protein style and mention “allergy to gluten” they will take it seriously!!TL;DR 10/10 would eat again. Celiac safe.

Friendly staff and great food as I have been coming here for a long time. Love that they follow the rules and so what they can to be safe.During Covid-19 shutdown be aware the inside and outside seating is not available.You can drive through, order to go or eat in your car... Masks are required to enter so be prepared.This should help people plan ahead and not be surprised once they get there.

Even in a pandemic, In N Out is in no danger of closing. The drive thru lines are longer than ever! We put up with it because In N Out is worth it! The line goes pretty fast though because they have streamlined the process of taking your order and paying for it very early. There is plenty of time to have your order ready by the time you get there. Want a hot tip? To keep everything fresher, ask for your food to be put in a box with a lid instead of a to go bag. The fries stay fresher and will be hot when you get home!

You cant go wrong at a place where you can order a cheese burger any way you want. My favorite is the classic double double cheeseburger & animal style fries. & My best friend always orders the grilled cheese with everything on it, since shes pescatarian. Even though this In N Out location tends to stay pretty busy, you can always find a parking spot in the connecting lot & the drive thru line moves pretty quickly.

The drive-thru line was ridiculously long (about par for the course for In-N-Out), but it went relatively quickly. The employees taking the orders were experienced and polite (also par for the course for In-N-Out). Of course, the food was delicious!

This location is good but def not great. Service and food quality is not the InO consistency youd expect.If you like extra spread you need to be painfully clear about that otherwise it just wont happen.Bu hey, its still better than McDs all day every day.

The order taker missed half of our order. She read it back correctly but input it WRONG!When we reached the window to get our food is when I realized not all of our order was there. After explaining our order to the girl at the receiving window SEVERAL times, it was FINALLY corrected! Had the girl quit trying to talk over me it wouldnt have taken as long as it did...COMMUNICATION as well as LISTENING are two important keys when working with your customers!!!
