I contacted Mancino Doors in Laguna Niguel and was very pleased with their work. I had gotten 4 bids for a front door entry. All of them were about the same price for the estimate. Rob came out and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The door came in on time and was installed soon after that. The Mansino Door installers Jose and Oscar did an excellent job. Plus, they are all really nice guys and they know what they are doing! So that makes it easier if the people are pleasant to work with!! Everything was cleaned up and the door looks great! We just bought a new home in Laguna Niguel. One of the big upgrades we needed was windows - the old ones were the typical things you get here. Aluminum frame, rusted out, hard to open, etc. I checked with one or two places and they were all backed up for so long that when I saw Mancino, I thought Id give them a shot. I called Rob who came out the same day and we went through my needs and whether wed be better suited for build-ins or retrofit. There was no effort to upsell us on things we didnt need.Because we had a ton of windows to replace, I chose retrofit vinyl windows which turned out to be great. Rob and his boss Kelly also came out a week before the install to answer a few questions I had. We chose to get sound resistant windows in the upstairs bedroom to keep road noise down and this was a great upgrade. The thicker windows make a dramatic difference in reducing road noise from Pacific Island drive.A week later the team was out bright and early to install our windows. The complete install took about 1.5 days because they were getting it done right vs rushing through the process. Two weeks later our windows still look awesome and Im even more pleased with them - and the price was beautiful as well! Couldnt be happier.

Rob and the sales crew at MDW were stellar - we did a full home renovation over the course of almost a year. Gary was very helpful in helping us design a window that allowed us to enjoy the view AND provide ample ventilation. We cannot be happier with our Single Hung - Fixed - Single Hung unit from Milgards Trinsic. Its sleek and modern design is exactly what we were looking for (and was not distracting.) Milgard also allowed an offset sash design so it didnt cut into the view. We are very grateful that Gary came by to make sure the prep work was done correctly and on the day of the installation as well. The installation went smoothly and we were grateful for Isaac in making sure it was done to our satisfaction.

We recently moved into our home in Laguna Niguel and with the first rain discovered that two of our 8 ft. sliding doors leaked, requiring new construction sliders and accompanying picture windows. After five estimates from five window & door companies we decided on Mancino.The MDW associate, Rob Fahl, was not only professional, but an absolute pleasure to deal with, answered all of our questions with clear explanations, and was always available to talk to or would get back to us within an hour. The estimates for the windows & sliders was e-mailed the same day, including detailed illustrations, and all prices and labor costs clearly shown. As we had decided to replace all of the windows and sliders in our home, and new construction was required for the entire back of our house, we assumed that the work would take at least three days. However, when Rob and the crew arrived exactly on time, there were eight installers and they completed the entire job in one day. The result is beautiful and we could not be more pleased. I met Garry Terra by walking into the show room. I had repairs and all the other window shops would not give me the time of day. Garry came out to the house and looked at the issue. He recommended people who can fix it and took on finding and ordering a part for old Marvin screen. Above and beyond service. Garry is smart. I think he figured out that if you treat people with respect, even if they have a small issue and it may not be profitable, they will come back when they need the bigger stuff. He is right. In the future I need to replace 6 more windows and one is huge. There is only one call I am going to make, MDW!

I had MDW do all new interior doors, casing, base board and crown molding as well as a couple windows and 10 bi-fold patio door. Rob was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgable and professional.
