Old door taken out and new door installed with a new opener within hours. They knew exactly what they were doing. New door looks amazing and now I can open/close the door from anywhere on my phone. Extremely quiet - I didn’t realize it was opening at first until I saw it out of the corner of my eye. Very professional and exceptional work. I had a phenomenal experience with Heritage Garage Door from making an appointment to the actual repair service from one of the representatives. While other service providers would have had me wait a week or more to get service, Heritage was able to schedule me within a couple of days. The tech was very helpful and arrived earlier than planned which was great for me. The work that was done was great and was done very efficiently. It has been 5 weeks since installation and I could not be happier with my decision. Chase who was our installer explained in detail what were the issues regarding our garage door device and what we needed to do. He suggested a complete new Lift Master which we agreed. Chase removed the old device installed new one in less then 2 hours. A great Job by Chase. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a broken spring on one side of my double garage door. I looked for a local shop and found Heritage Garage Door. The truck was here within an hour and the serviceman gave me an estimate. When I told him that was more than I could pay, he called the office and they lowered the price. The serviceman worked quickly and expertly and replaced both springs and torqued them so that they would work in tandem. The door opened and closed perfectly and I was happy that I did not try doing it myself.Steve

Chase came out and replaced our spring which had broken. He arrived early and was super-friendly. He clearly explained everything and what it would cost. He was done in no time at all If you have any issues with your garage I highly recommend Heritage Garage Door.

One of our tension spring broke on our garage door. Heritage sent a technician, Jay Zeitawi, out the next day and had it replaced very quickly. After the repair the technician did a full inspection of the door and its components, he let me know of areas that will possible need maintenance in the future but not at the moment. He did a great job and it was nice for him to inform me of future maint without feeling pushy to get it done at the moment. I will definitely use Heritage in the future as well I recommend them to anyone that needs garage door repairs.

Contacted them by phone and discussed my issues of a broken garage door spring. I had what I thought was a standard steel double door. I got my quote over the phone and was able to be scheduled for repair within 2 hours. Unfortunately for me, when the driver arrived, I found out that my garage door springs were heavier than the standard weight and I would need to pay more money. I was told they are color coded for door weight. Stuck, I paid more than expected and they did the job correctly. I just wish they had informed me of the prices in advance for the different sizes of residential door springs so I would not have been surprised.

I rang requesting service for a broken spring which did not allow removal of my car inside the garage. The customer service was so helpful even contacting the service division and arranging a technician to come that day and facilitate removal of my car then measured up and was back 2 days later to install the springs, Wonderful service, and highly recommended. The tech (Chase) showed up on time to install a new operator and keypad for my shop door. He was very informative, and completed the work very quickly. I went to run some errands, when I got back the work was done and everything was programmed as requested. Ill be calling Heritage if I ever have any issues with my other opener.

My garage door would only come up halfway and I tried to release the emergency pull, but wasnt able to. I keep trying and realized I jammed the wiring. Called Heritage and their representative came out and work so hard on getting those wires back on track. He was very polite and fixed the problem. Thank you.

Repairman came out at the assigned time & determined one side of the coil spring had snapped. He didnt have the correct replacement coil spring on his truck but immediately re-scheduled with us to come back on Saturday. Upon his return he removed the damaged coil spring & replaced it with a new one without problem. We were very happy with the result.

I didnt like that they rescheduled the initial scheduled installation date on me but other than that they were perfect. The installer who installed the door himself whats a genius. Thanks for the good service.

This is a very good service with SUPERIOR service, EXCELLENT and HIGHLY-KNOWLEDGEABLE technicians, with a very good and above-average product. However, if you do decide to get a remote, wireless door-opening system (you can even check the doors open/close status from your mobile app!), you may have to purchase an extender, i.e. wireless-booster, to increase the signal strength between the router and the garage-door receiver to use all the timer-functions, status, etc. the app will provide once it syncs.But for the price, the service, the efficiency, reliability, and professionalism our installer provided us, Heritage Garage Door is the BEST on the planet!Sincerely, but spelled-backwards for security,Dennis Pijor, Dana Point, CA
