After having a very frustrating experience with Cox Cable I decided to cut the cord and transition to streaming TV. I called Jeff and left a message relating what I wanted. I had utilized him previously to install an AV sound system. That work was very satisfactory.Jeff got back to me the same day with regard to the streaming TV job. We discussed what I wanted to do. Within a few days he came by and removed all my cable TV hardware, installed a Roku Ultra that I supplied and took the old Roku box and installed it to work with my old tube TV. I successfully setup all the streaming channels that I wanted while he was still there. Additionally he removed a lot of cabling related to Cox TV that I no longer required. It was a thorough job. Outstanding work. I will use Jeff again for any future TV/AV services.
