Had a spot here for a little over a year. They raised the rent twice within that time. I called to check prices of the same size unit I had and was quoted a much cheaper price. I asked if they could reduce mine to what new customers are getting and they said maybe if I move units. This is a horrible business practice to raise rent on existing customers. They bet on the fact that people won’t take the time to move their junk if they raise the rent but with the cost of a u-haul and the same size unit at another place, I still saved on what they were charging me. Don’t let them get away with raising rent for no reason.

I have a unit over at the Whatney location and i am looking at moving over to the Cabot location. The Cabot property looks much cleaner and have friendlier staff. Margaret was very helpful and informative! I recommend this location to everyone!

I have had a great experience all around at this Public Storage. The property is immaculately clean and safe, the staff is friendly and professional. I managed to lose the keys to my storage unit. Kelly was sympathetic AND helpful. She quickly put me in contact with a locksmith who resolved the problem for a very fair price. Kelly is super friendly and engaging with her customers ... she represents Public Storage very well. I would highly recommend you see this location for your storage needs!

We met with Kelly who absolutely fantastic. She explained all the details of the storage space we needed, gave us the quick tour. We selected the appropriate sized space, signed the contract purchased the insurance all within 20 minutes. Kelly provided us with all necessary packing materials and was more than thorough on explaining anything anyone would need to know. Excellent experience!

Our storage unit was broken into, despite this being one of the most secure locations in the area (indoor storage on the 2nd floor). Big master lock was broken off the latch. A bunch of stuff stolen from inside, and other things damaged. This is very disappointing as weve trusted Public Storage with our belongings. Location manager wont do anything for us - not even help with the storage rate. They dont seem to care about the tenants at all.This also seems like an inside job - as the thieves knew exactly what to look for. They went for a jewelry chest (good thing it was empty), and it was all the way in the back of the unit, behind about 20 boxes. Other boxes we left closed and untouched. Some electronics and artwork was stolen too. Not cool!Again, our family is extremely upset and disappointed, and our trust has been broken. We will be looking to leave ASAP. Renters be aware!Public storage has a new meaning, its NOT yours, its actually public! What a shame.

Ive had my unit here for almost 3 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. In that time Ive had 2 separate units (needed a bigger one) and the transition was effortless thanks to The manager Susan. Shes always happy and ready to help! Dont look anywhere else, get your storage unit here, today!!

Susan is awesome! Very nice and accommodating. She was able to set me up with a unit and help a gentleman call a locksmith in a very professional manner, after about 30 min of paperwork, I was in my unit hording my belongings. All in all great experience. I definitely will be back....

Over the years I have rented more than one unit at this Public Storage location. The property is VERY clean and the staff couldnt be nicer! I have been helped numerous times by both Kelly and Susan. I have been shocked more than once when I have walked in the front office, greeted and my name remembered - very impressive! Good job Public Storage on hiring a fantastic staff!

Absolutely ridiculous. Employee at this local took 2+ weeks of consistent begging to see if they can get the lights to work in one of the most expensive units at this location.Took another week till someone finally put in an official request for maintenance to fix this issue.Now they’re saying it’ll take another week to process the ability to turn lights on.What kind of backwards operation are you people running here?

The manager of this property was a very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful and pleasant person to deal with over the phone – from Colorado! I was trying to arrange a move of all our furniture from our home in Colorado to CA, and if were not for this manager, the movers would have found no storage unit in CA. I have used this Public Storage facility a number of times over the past 6 years. It is certainly one of the best rental outfits I have used. The facility is very clean, provides a rest room for customers, is well lit, good hours and friendly and helpful staff. Cant say enough about Susan who I have dealt with for sometime. She is highly knowledgeable and always friendly and quick to respond to any problem I may encounter at the facility. The manager of this facility is outstanding --- She anticipated my needs and had suggestions about how to fill them, she made moving my belongings into a unit easy with her clear and helpful directions, and she was instrumental in resolving an enormous communication difficulty with the moving company. The unit is absolutely spotlessly clean, and the system for settling items in is orderly and easy to follow. Highly recommended!

I came to this storage facility on 1/9/20. After a long dreadful week of constant moving I just wanted to be done with it. With a full Uhaul car loaded up to the top with my bedroom set ext. I should mention before coming to Public Storage I have only gone to one other. Prior so I did not really no what to expect.I was greeted and met with Susan which was just an absolute pleasure to be around with, very positive and all around great vibes. Not only was she kind but extremely helpful as well. I was in a huge rush and in pain from moving and without even asking she brought me a dolly which made the move an absolute breeze. I highly highly recommend coming here for storage.! And if you do AsK for Susan! You rock Susan thank you for everything!

I have been here for 3 years and I am very pleased with PS. Mini storage is all about convenience and this place provides everything you can ask for. Easy access in and out of the facility, gates always work, large elevators for inside storage and large open area for vehicles for outside storage, always extra clean and feels very safe. Inside temperature control is never too hot or too cold, office hours work for me, Olga is always there ready to help and provides really exceptional service both over the phone and in person.My 8x5 storage area is small but very tall. Got a ladder and left in the space so I could be as efficient as I could with the space I have. I have been to other facilities in the area and this is the best.

I was in need of a 10x20 storage unit (single car garage) to store my Corvette. I had purchased a new car and didnt have enough garage space at home. After calling several storage facilities, I found that Public Storage had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. Susan, the facility manager, made the whole process from quote to contract to moving into the unit an enjoyable experience. Whenever I visited the facility, she came out to say hello and always remembered my name. I was extremely happy with my whole experience at Public Storage and will not hesitate to use them again as future storage needs arise.

The property was clean and well maintained. We never had any issues while using this storage facility. The employees were always very courteous and helpful. We mostly dealt with Olga who was always very helpful and informative. She has a very pleasant personality and did her best to ensure we got the most for our money. Olga is a credit to your company.

I went into this public storage needing receipts from 2014, and A was EXTREMELY helpful! If I could give 6 stars I would! He took over an hour out of his day to help me retrieve these receipts. It was a pretty tedious task, so I appreciate how well he handled it! He was professional, patient, and understanding, thank you so much A :)

Storage is a tricky thing. If you choose wrong youre stuck, as moving your items can be costly and time consuming. Know that with Public Storage they have your back and the facility carries any moving supplies you may need. If your storing annual items such as Halloween or Christmas the location of your items can be stored upstairs in the low rent district. Whatever you choose with PS is the right choice and move in specials are a super deal, grab them as they change daily, supply and demand!!!! Dont procrastinate, whats the Nike motto ??? JUST DO IT !!!!!
