I have used Haines & Cross many times to have my carpets cleaned. They always do a great job. Very professional and courteous employees and always arrive on time. I recently had my travertine floors cleaned and polished for the first time ever. It is expensive, but now I wish I hadnt waited so long. They look brand new! They even filled some little holes that I had noticed. Had the carpets cleaned 2 weeks earlier and again, a great job - removed all the pet and kid stains, restored the nap. Looks great!

The carpet cleaning was superb for approx. 2 weeks, the technician arrived on time, and was professional and courteous.After a couple of weeks some spots reappeared. I have been in contact with Haines & Cross several times over past 2 weeks for technician to come back to my house to reclean stubborn spots, and still waiting for an appt. to be confirmed.

MISSING HEIRLOOM RUG -WAITING FOR RETURN - NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY FOR 3 WEEKS NOW. RUG HAS BEEN OUT OF OUR LIVING ROOM FOR MONTHS!Very unhappy with this company. Requested a rug cleaning and with some encouragement from them decided to go ahead and have their repair person reweave a small portion and fold back the fringes for a more modern look. Howeve,r they REMOVED the fringes (which I wasnt thrilled with b/c I ddint want that look, but I went along with that. I should have known when they tried to blame their error on me that I was in trouble.) When I went to pickup the rug and discoverd that error, they had also left all the loose hanging cotton threads hanging out of the rug - this is a $1200+ service!Then when they cleaned up the threads and they agreed to deliver the rug, I discovered that they had damaged/broken fibers all along the long side of the rug so that the white batting was showing. We called, they picked up the rug to correct this damage and now are not responding to our requests for the rugs return.This is a family heirloom from my husbands grandmother and very valuable to many members of the family - not just us. I would NOT recommend them.

They call my cell phone with prerecorded messages about their carpet cleaning services. My number is on the do-not-call list, and I have never been a past customer. Conducting such an unscrupulous marketing campaign is not only extremely annoying, it is unlawful. I will make a point to never be a customer, and unless you like spam calls, I suggest you do the same.
