I like the pharmacy staff. They are all very helpful and nice.
Clean and organized. A great place to get my Covid shot. Fast, thorough, and medically sensitive. I have stage IV cancer, and they were very kind in the way they took note of my limitations and walked me through the process.
I am always helped and treated with kindness and respect. I am so glad I changed from CVS.
Store is alright pharmacy really needs more staff and an additional pharmacist Ive been told 3 times to come back since Friday and its Monday . 2 Customers ahead of me were also told to come back in 15 min .
This my go-to drug store in town! Their staff is just so welcoming and they will really help you if ever you have queries about a certain medicine or vitamins! This drug store deserves recognition!
Worst experience in customer service by a staff member by the name Tala, a greeter for the COVID vaccine. Treating people who wait in line for the leftover doses like they are nothing and being very rude and inconsiderate. Moreover making up rules for the criteria as she goes along for the leftover doses of the Covid vaccine. People waited in line for hours while she keeps walking up and down looking at them with no comments then coming up with rules for who gets in ands who doesn’t. with no supervisor in place seems she was on a power trip.Rite Aid Management should do better job in selecting and training staff especially those dealing with customers.People waiting in line for the leftover vaccine doses are not there for a handout but to get vaccinated if they get the chance so we can all be safe eventually. Chose the right people.
9/15/2021: Had the senior flu shot. This is my go to pharmacy. Great service again from the pharmacy folks! Thank you.) Back from rite aid again today for a prescription; Not sure why low stars. Have been going here for the last 4 and 1/2 years. I find no fault with it. In particular the pharmacists have been super! store always clean; get my flu shot here; of course the ice cream; I highly recommend.
This Rite Aid is a great place to shop for Health and Wellness products and services. The store is well laid out and the overhead signs quickly help customers find the desired category of products. Many categories are color-coded, with informational displays that include key words such as Defend, Prevent, Treat, Soothe, Manage, Relieve, and Restore. Some displays list ingredients and what symptom they treat. This helps the customer to choose the right product. While purchasing cough drops I discovered they also carry a USDA Organic drug-free cough syrup. For caregivers, this a good place to purchase home health aid products.I also enjoy exploring the Seasonal aisle and have purchased decorative items for various holidays as well as for my garden. They have a good selection of candy including organic chocolate and sugar free options. Finally, they have the ice cream counter that is so well-recognized. Where else can you shop while enjoying a scoop (or two) of ice cream.
Sherry in the pharmacy is an absolutely amazing! So patient and so helpful. After being screamed at by a frustrated customer (due to no fault of her own), she continues to assist me without letting her previous experience affect her mood or service. Absolute professional. Additionally, since my mom did not have insurance, she took the time to help me find ways to get a discount. Sherry needs a raise. In an industry like this, it is so hard to find a person as helpful and patient like her.Sherry 100000/10.
I’m an RN and have called various times to refill medications for my patients. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON the pharmacy should allow the phone to ring for 12 minutes without anyone picking up the phone. Not ONE human being is available in the pharmacy?!? How is that possible??? This is terrible! I should report this to corporate.
Stay away from this pharmacy! They have very bad attitudes - happened not once, not one person! They might be under pressure from management. But who knows. They had messed up several times with my proscription. I had to make several trips to get my medicine. I switched to a different pharmacy
Dont ever go there for your prescriptions ! I dont even think they deserve one star! I was due for my pain medication, I even called my insurance company to make sure that I could pick it up and they called the pharmacy and said I could pick it up on 20th. Thank God I called to make sure because they said it wouldnt be ready till the 22nd because they didnt have any in stock. I started crying because I was in so much pain and I asked the girl why they hadnt ordered it when my doctor sent it in. The gals attitude was cold and unsympathetic and she only said have your doctor call another pharmacy! Even though its close to me and I dont have a car Ill never go there again
First time I ever used this pharmacy I was told it would take 15 minutes. 40 minutes later I asked if they knew when it would be ready and I was told 15 minutes again. I left as I needed to get back to work. The next morning I went in to pick up my prescriptions from the night before and they were 15 minutes late in opening the pharmacy. Its a busy pharmacy and I can understand waiting a while for your pick ups but be honest with yourself and the customers about the wait time. The second day of opening late was ridiculous. I work nearby and live out of town. I dont think its the pharmacy for me.
Good place to get convenient things if you live close by
Always courteous & helpful with concerns. Drive through can be too slow but not sure how this can be corrected. I do believe customer in drive through should be considered the same as customers in pharmacy line inside the store. Maybe thats the answer. Thats my suggestion. I will continue to be a Riteaid pharmacy customer.
Lets start w/ the worst experience - by far! went in for allegra-D and a new mascara. Loreal is on sale by 1 get 1 half off. Well it didnt ring up that way. So the kid @ the register in the pharmacy, Jay, told me that it wasnt on special. I said theres a huge sign over there...again its not on special....so I said what does that mean? No one is gonna check the signs over there? Told him I wanna speak to his manager and he said go to the front. So rude - cant even believe it. If youre reading this then you know the area....alot of senior citizens. I cant even imagine how rude & disrespectful he is to them. All I can say is WOW
Worst pharmacy experience I’ve had. Had a prescription for alprozolam(xanax) 0.25 mg 5 tablets. Won’t take Medicare part d insurance. I don’t know why. Charged over $ 9 . I refused to pay. Went to walgreen pharmacy. I paid only 99 cents after my insurance. Don’t go there. Let everyone know about that.
Ive gone several times to get a shingles vaccination the keep trying to run it on my insurance card which is United Healthcare and it is not covered under United Healthcare Ive told them over and over again I have my part D medication which the shingles vaccination is under Im going back again tomorrow to see if theyll call optimum Rx to get it okayed I talk to optimum Rx for the shingles vaccination so lets see if I can get their employees to call and get it covered if not I give up with this Pharmacy and will be going back to the Vons on Alicia I miss the Vons on El Toro and Moulton they were always great never a problem out of the 25 years I used to get my prescriptions through them theres a Vons on Alicia Parkway I think Ill try their Pharmacy
Unsatisfy with customer service. They need training. They never greet. They barely talk to you. In many occasions they seem to ignore you and to help only the customers they want to help. If they see you standing on the line waiting for your turn and your the last one. They ignore you and wait until you get close to them and greet them.
On Dec. 14, 2013 at 4: 05 Pm, I went to buy a couple of personal stuffs for my husband, when I saw an male employee came to open a new cash register fora Caucasian lady, I went over to make a line after her. However, soon after the lady was being served, the Rite Aid staff closed the line right away in front of me, waved his right hand to the other line which already have several customer on line and claimed make a line over there! I asked what did he said, and he claimed very loud and rudely: make a line over there!. After I waited and paid for at the another line, I asked this employees name, and he would not say at the first time. So, I asked the female cashier and she told me his name is Nick. At the time, he was doing nothing except walking around behind this female employee. Since this is not the first or the second time that this kind of attitudes of this particular Rite Aid Pharmacys some of the employees have been acted over the years I have been encountered, I think its really something that the management of this Rite Aid Pharmacy definitely has to correct about! Dont you think?
After many years of being customers at this location we transferred our accounts to another pharmacy due to a serious decline in customer service at Rite Aid El Toro.In general the staff has become quite unhelpful and rude and is generally unable and/or unwilling to deal appropriately with customer needs and complaints. There appears to be a serious managerial problem at this location: Employees appear to be poorly trained and poorly supervised, and customers have been placed at a disadvantage due to the deficiency. This is quite unfortunate because this pharmacy was formerly quite good in all respects.
They are always out of ice cream and I don’t recommend this place, do not go here
The people who work there are very helpfulY
Today was the last time. I cant take it any more. Theyve screwed up my prescriptions for the last time. No customer service, lie to your face, and fail to call you if theres a problem. Im taking my business to any other pharmacy.
