I paid and reserved online. Everything was ready for me to move in just minutes afterwards! Then when onsite, even though no check-in was needed, Steve saw me and asked me if all was good, then he answered some questions I had. Truly a great move-in experience, and Steve made it even better and easier still!

This Public Storage facility is in a great location, very clean, managed very well and has great prices. The on-site management is sincere, knowledgeable, and cares about their customers. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe, secure, and reliable storage facility.

This was the easiest and most efficient experience during a Pandemic. Steve at this Public Storage was SO kind, helpful, welcoming, understanding, and quick to help me get into this unit. He called to see if I had any questions right after I placed the unit on hold online. Such warmth and care! He’s great at his role there!

Everyone at this place is hard of hearing and lacks empathy and compassion in a major way. My whole family caught covid19 and I had just lost my job. I kindly asked the manager if I could possibly be eligible for a 1 month discount or rent voucher due to my lack of wages. He made no attempts to offer any assistance and only reminded me that my balance of $420 was due. I cant believe that I pay $420.00 for a 14 x 10. These people have a colder heart than Hitler and Stalin having lunch in a snow storm.

Rented two units here for a few months between moves. Was clean, easy, well climate controlled, and Steve was great. Would definitely use again.

Moving on a Monday morning is not ideal. I was there at 9:00AM moving out of the unit and by the time I was done, Cindy was there at 9:30 with a good morning greeting. Ive lost count of the number of storage places Ive rented in my lifetime. Somehow, every one of them has managed to find some way to infuriate me, either with their incompetence, or their refusal to provide anything resembling good service - all the while making sure they receive their monthly rent.All of that changed with this Public Storage location on Moulton in Laguna Woods. First, I dealt with Steve, who extended to me every possible break for moving in. Then, on my first move in day (which was grueling), I met the delightful Marissa, who easily matched Steve for friendliness and helpfulness. My space was clean and ready to be used. My newbie mistakes were easily corrected for me by Marissa. Access to my unit is easier than Ive ever experienced with any other storage company. The temperature and climate are controlled, which is crucial for my artworks. Everything is clean. Carts are plentiful. Access hours are great, 365 days a year. Im REALLY not used to this type of experience in storing my valuable items.I like it and Im going to be consolidating my other storage units (both LA and Orange County) at this one Public Storage location..

I went in to inquire about renting a unit. The older man at the counter was rude. There was another lady in the store so he asked me to wait outside. She left grumbling under her breath so I’m sure he was just as rude to her. I came in and he asked me to stand back, put his hand up to me, even though I wasn’t even close to the red marks. I asked about renting a unit and he said you know we close in 20 minutes. I left saying there are plenty of places to rent from. He shouldn’t be working his customer service was horrible.

I got the keys of my storage today and the person who helped me, Cindy, was super helpful and nice, she really provided a great experience! I totally recommend it, my boyfriend also has a storage here and his experience has always been really good!

This morning I received a warm call from Steve who works at the Public Storage off Moulton letting me know that the reservation was ready and he would be happy to help. Upon arriving Steve was very helpful with the rental process and was able to walk you through every step. I would highly recommend this location just because of how pleasant Steve was. The pricing is affordable for the size I needed and I have no complaints. The location was clean even though Steve mentioned theyre remodeling. :) Id leave 7 stars if I could.

The property is very clean. Steve walked me through the process & is extremely friendly & professional. He kept checking to see if I needed anything. Some ballasts need changing to help improve the lights. I still give them a HIGH 5 STARS.

The first thing I noticed when I walked on the property was that it was clean and convenient for me to unload. Both times I was very impressed with how knowledgable, and friendly Marissa was. She wanted to make sure all my questions were answered and that I knew what to expect from Public Storage. I have been renting storage from this Public Storage location for over a year and they have always been good: the premises are clean and well stocked and the staff have been friendly and very competent. Today I went in to see if I could swap for a smaller unit since I have cleared out some unneeded stuff. This is my first storage unit in Southern California. Within minutes a very friendly voice called me & confirmed my information. Her name was Linda. She was extremely helpful. I set up a time to see the unit that day. Met Linda & she answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable & friendly. I didnt feel rushed, make me feel like a valued customer! I found the best price, clean unit, they met all my packing needs too. I also spoke with Jim onsite while Linda was finalizing my paperwork and he was knowledgeable & friendly as well. First thing you see is the OUT OF ORDER sign across the water fountain. Been there the entire time ive rented a unit here- 3 monthes. Maybe its for the best, because the bathroom is always locked, and inevitably out of toilet paper once inside its walls. I dry my hands off with the tissue paper seat covers. Then wipe the tissue paper off on my jeans.The 17 digit code to just enter elevator and security measures seem excessive,& fall just short of a retinal scan and cavity search. Its easier to NSA headquarters and staff friendlier. Rates are suprisingly high considering the location.Moving is stressful and when i lost my keys SOMEWHERE in the 2 vehicles i was using to move, a fellow patron wearing wearing a suit he must have slept in and a smirk contacted corporate to complain about my slow progress. Considering they only have 3 carts for over 300 units, my progress was thwarted from the gate.I can say the other tenants were pleasant and friendly, having such an opportunity to get to know each other during the 30 minute wait for an available cart.

I have had my Storage unit for at least 3 years here in Laguna Hills. I even downsized my unit to a smaller one. Susan is awesome! She is very nice and patient to all her clients. This facility is great, convenient, and easy to get in and out of.Thank you Susan!

Well, I had to get a second storage unit in this same facility because of a sudden move. STEVE was very professional and courteous, but more importantly...FAST! I told him I was in a big hurry (and I apologized about that) and I asked if we could do this new unit paperwork etc. as fast as possible. Too bad storage access is limited to 9pm and although it is air conditioned, I think the temp setting is set too high (especially when rearranging and moving stuff - so bring a towel and some water) - for both reasons I have to give a 1 star penalty.

Highly recommend this Public Storage location to everyone. Its located at a convenient & easy-to-find location and parking is not a problem. Frances was friendly & helpful, made the move-in process very smooth & easy. All the other staffs are also very friendly & helpful as well. Do wish theres more carts available sometimes tho.

Lauren, one of the managers here at this location was extremely helpful - showing me exactly how to “navigate “ the space and loaned us a tape measure and flat-carts with no hassle - and was simply very personable and nice. If you need to store in ‘‘tis area, this is a first rate location and very well maintained (even the restroom is kept clean!!).Can’t go wrong here and they almost always have good-sized units available.
