This business is not covid-safe (elderly clerk was not wearing a mask when I arrived which meant he had been contaminating the environment for a long period of time). He did not immediately put on a mask when I entered. I was offered a strange pair of silver sandals that was not what I asked for and the clerk was generally unfriendly.

We had the best customer service !! Bought two pairs and a pair of teva flip flops!! The store ownet( ie elderly gentleman was great) very knowledgeable!! I would highly recommend and come backs again!!😍

I left my Keens at home and needed a pair for hiking. After a Google search I found this place and it was close to where we were staying. The person working was very helpful and when the shoe I liked didnt come in my size he brought out almost every Keen he had in my size. I found one I liked and was able to hike the wet trails of Maui!

The clerk was very helpful. He knew his trade incredibly well. He assisted my wife in ordering a new pair of Birkenstocks, as well as modifying her old ones so they would still be of use. If youre looking for someone who knows all of the shoes in his store to the most intimate detail, this is the place.

Fabulous stock of Birkenstocks in both styles and sizes. Frank was SO helpful. You can really tell he has a passion for life and he was eager to share his knowledge of Birkenstock with us. My husband and I bought four pairs from him and walked out totally thrilled!! Thank you, Frank!

The owner helped me and he was so helpful. On top of that, he is SO knowledgeable. He is passionate about his business and the shoes it’s awesome and inspiring. Great selection of all the great Birkenstock’s along with other brands. They did not have what I needed but he immediately ordered it to come next day. Great store! This is the place in Maui to purchase Birks.

Seriously went in all excited to buy a pair of new shoes while working over here for several months. No one else in the store, the mean crotchety gentleman working didn’t even bother to look at me for 10 minutes. After talking to him with his angry attitude I decided to spend my money elsewhere. Would have liked to have purchased a pair of shoes!! Can’t do it at this store!!

Frank was extremely pleasant and helpful. My husband and I both were looking for sandals and he took the time to explain all about the shoes, how they are made, how they support your feet etc. He was great. My husband and I walked out with birkenstocks that we both love. Great store! Thank you Frank!

After searching for keen water shoes for an hour or so I finally found this place. They had just what I needed. A bunch of colors too. The young lady was nice. Little mix up with the charge but no big deal.

I was in the store yesterday, July 9th at 1:30. I was prepared to buy two pair. The clerk was rude as I asked a question about the soft insert. I picked up a pair and said, so this one probably doesnt have it, right. She replied since you wont listen to me, just figure it out yourself. I motioned to my spouse we were leaving, and said to the clerk, you just cost yourself the sale of two pair of shoes. She rudely replied it didnt matter to her. Further the store smelled horribly of whatever food she had heated. I was surprised and really disappointed.

This man is the nicest guy i’ve ever worked with in customer service. He definitely knows his stuff and is extremely helpful towards his customers. Great selection of birks too!!

I visited this store the other day; there was a young lady there she was very helpful and brought out all the colors and styles they had in my size. She was very patient and helpful. They also had a lot of style options.

These guys carry an outstanding product. I’ve been wearing Birkenstock sandals for about twenty years. However, this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I asked for a pair of sandals, and they had one in my size at a different location. They offered to have them carried over to Lahaina for me. Awesome. Except they brought the wrong size over, and said that I was wrong about the size. Then they said they would have the right size brought over the next day. Awesome. Except they brought them over and sold them to someone else that morning. Super Embarrassing. Their staff is a bunch of girls, must be the daughters of the owners because I can’t imagine why anyone would keep them employed. They’re not good at life. Do the right thing and buy your sandals online after having these mutants measure your feet for size.

Wore my first pair of Birkys out of Naturally Birkenstock last week in Lahaina. 5 star customer service!! I was not 100% certain on what I was looking for, but left with the most perfect pair of sandals fitted specifically for me. Staff was patient, informative, and I havent taken these Birkys off yet. Highly recommend stopping in if youre looking for quality-fitted footware. Mahalo for your service!!!Shes got diamonds on the soles of her shoes! -Paul Simon

The door is locked during their store hours and the Open sign is on the door. There is so sign explaining why they are not there and nobody is answering the phone.Edit:A young girl finally came back to the store after 30 minutes. I went in after she opened the store again and she was eating her sandwich on the counter and talking on speaker phone. She glared at me when I walked in the store and didnt say one word to me during the few minutes I was in the store. The guy on the phone said something inappropriate so I felt uncomfortable and left.The most unacceptable customer service on island.

Went in prepared to buy one pair of Birkenstocks. I asked the clerk to size me, as this would be my first pair, and she said that was unnecessary and continued to be unhelpful. She retreated to the back of the store and offered no assistance or further help whatsoever. We helped ourselves for a few minutes before leaving, very disappointed.

He wouldnt leave us alone!!!!...we would of bought something but I had to get out of there...brutal. European guy

This store is the worst! Terrible customer service!! I bought a shoes week ago for my husband and and it was too small, ask for a bigger size and they dont have it and still will not bring me the money back! Need to call the police !!!! And this is after I bought two pairs for my self!
