Amazing people who work there! They know all their stuff, and are very entertaining to be with. They are funny, nice, and I had a lot of fun while getting a new phone as they were activating it and talking to them. Great workers!

Every time I go to this branch they are always courteous. I am greeted with smiles and a greeting. If I have any questions about my service or anything they are willing to help me. I went there on Saturday, 7/25/20. I asked many questions and looked around for a possible new phone. But was not ready to commit. The staff did not push for me to upgrade, they said when you are ready one of our associates will be happy to assist you. They also informed me of the new models and other services they have available when I was there. I had many questions and the associate that helped me was able to answer them, she was extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate the time they took even though I didn’t make a purchase. I will be returning to be serviced by The ATT Lahaina branch. Mahalo for always making me feel welcome. 🙏🏽❤️🤗

Switched service from T-Mobile onto an out of state AT&T family plan on vacation. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It was very easy and quick, and got a good deal.

Owner rude and none responsive, provides lip service to clients, trows staff under the bus. Promises lies. Instead of training new staff just wonders off the kiosk. Does not adhere to high standards, if you buy a hot spot make sure to turn it off when not in use it. Staff fail to inform you about it. It will eat up all your data plan in no time!!. Avoid the kiosk if you can

Hi! I’ve been to all the ATT stores on Maui and this is my favorite. It’s definitely worth the drive even if coming from Kahului side. ATT agent Brock helped me with reprogramming a new iPhone (among many other things) and was so helpful and awesome to work with. The service was Above and beyond expectations with tons of aloha too!
