The local artists and artisans work in the store is simply amazing, and the koa wood watches are a must if youd like to bring exlusivelly Hawaiian home.

If I could give this place 0 star I would. Service rep lovely woman though- no fault of her. Sold my husband a beautiful watch last evening that we, as a family picked out together to add to our nice memories of our time in Maui. Less than 24 h later this waterproof watch leaked and stopped working after a short swim in this store’s hotel pool. My husband wanted an exchange — not a refund as this was a brand new watch. Manager, Kat Segovia, informed my husband they would only pay for a repair and mail it back to us in the states as he “must have done something to it.” Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Don’t shop here. They will sell you defective expensive watches, not back up their product, then tell you it’s your fault. Ritz should be embarrassed with this level of service to good customers.
