We had a great experience with these guys! They dropped off right to our resort as scheduled and gave some great tips on routes and things to see. Pick up was just as easy, called 15 mins ahead to let us know they were almost there and met where the drop off was. We rented scooters for two days and had a blast!

We loved our scooter getting us around west Maui! We did a couple longer trips over an hour from Ka’anapali to the airport for a helicopter tour & to Iao Valley for the hike. We also rode north to the Olivine pools from Ka’anapali and had no problems. Rob was super helpful and had great communication the whole time. The delivery and drop off services were really smooth and convenient too! Very highly recommend this place for your scooter rental!!

The only thing we regret is not renting the scooters for longer! They delivered and picked up right at our condo, and we had so much fun scootering around the Lahaina area and even beyond. It was the best way to get around, and no problem finding parking even on Front St. We will definitely rent from them the next time we’re in Maui.

Yo Yo Yo. This was the best experience! Couldn’t be happier. Keoki dropped off our bikes to us. Gave us great recommendations on where to go. Where to eat and where to take that meal too. He was very nice and super helpful. We had a small change during our rental and requested a different pick up day and time. Completely outside of their normal pick up hours. They absolutely accommodated. It was a great experience. Do not hesitate to rent an Island Motion Scooter.

We rented mopeds from Robert at the beginning of December when we were in Wailea and had an amazing experience. The team was organized, prompt, and very friendly and helpful.We called in the morning to see if we could rent mopeds and had them within an hour and a half (an hour if we didn’t have to eat breakfast). The delivery made things even more convenient since we didn’t have to go and pick them up.We met Keoki at the front of our hotel and he was so wonderful. We’ve never ridden mopeds before, but he pointed us to the videos and gave us some pointers and we were set! He also went out of his way to give us recommendations for where to snorkel and tell us about cool places to go on the island, including places to eat and stop along the way.We really could not have asked for a better experience. We had initially only rented the mopeds for a day but had so much fun that we extended until the end of our trip. To return them, all we had to do was call them and arrange for the pickup. It was so easy.Renting mopeds our trip so memorable and allowed us to explore so much more of the island. And the drop-off/pick-up service made the process SO EASY and so seamless. If you’re considering it, just do it. You won’t regret it!

Only $50 total for 24hr rental of a moped. Great deal and these mopeds aren’t old or beat up like others! Friendly staff and you can park your car there overnight in a gated lot if you want.

If I can rate more than 5 stars I would! This place has the best prices on the island and the deals get even better the longer you rent! I rented for 3 days and explored Maui in style! Originally I rented only for 1 but once you sit down and get going you’re not going to want to give it up. These guys have the best customer service and if you’re like me and always have a ton of questions then these guys are more than happy to help.

Great experience. I’ve rented scooters as several places across the world. These ones were in the best condition of any I’ve used before. They looked good, were clean, and everything functioned as it should. They delivered and picked up for no additional charge and were very COVID friendly. What an amazing experience with this company! They came right to our airbnb and dropped off the mopeds AND picked them back up the next day. The man who dropped them off was so nice and helpful. He gave us a quick refresher on how to ride them and even gave us some recommendations on where to take them! We rode all day and when we went to put gas back in them, the total came to less than $2. Not only is this a must if you don’t want to rent a car, but cruising around in the sun is great and the personality’s of everyone makes it all worth it. I rented for 2 of them for 3 days and it was a blast. Can get up and down the island no problem!

Best value on the island! Process was so easy. I called for pricing and within 20 mins I had all “paperwork” sent to me, completed, sent back and scooters delivered to vacation house. They are super friendly, very fast and affordable. They had a ton of great suggestions on where to ride, eat, hang out, etc. Process could not have been any simpler and everything was COVID safe - documents/payment handled online, delivery guys wear masks, scooters clean. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you guys, made for a great last day exploring the island. Will def be renting with you guys next time we’re back.

Great local service... first rental location was closed, found out by calling the number..they suggested Island motion rentals even though theres another place up the street. Called IMM and asked questions the person on the phone was helpful, knowledgeable and informative. KeeOhkay? Delivered 2 mopeds, suggested places to go, after I asked where do we go to stay away from tourists..he suggested multiple locations as well as local spots that offer history of his home, and theres always tourist there. He gave me the rules of IMM as well as when to ride in bike lane with yellow license plates. Suggested we keep helmet just in case asked what other questions we have, wished us well and we was off on Sunday our adventures..

These guys were the definition of 5-stars. They were accommodating and flexible and made first time learners comfortable. They also let our party of 6 extend our rental for another day, no problem! And they even stayed open late on thanksgiving to let us get the full day before returning our mopeds. I am so thankful for island motion! Beyond impressed with their service and flexibility to give my family a great vacation.

This place is great! Rob runs a clean, friendly shop & got my entire family up and running in no time. They even helped us out extending with a special situation returning a bike. What a great way to explore the island without the hassle of parking a car.

He saved the day by getting us to our glass blowing on time!I want to start off my review by saying Kyle, is by far one of the most friendly local people you will meet. He makes you feel welcome right off the bat and its genuine.Pricing - this place is VERY fairly priced for what you get. Half day (5 hours) was around $83 for two scooters. You have to top off the scooters before you return them but lets be honest, my wife and I ripped around the island for those 5 hours and it costed 50 cents to top off both bikes... Yes, 50 cents.Process - very easy rental process. Kyle had us booked for the next day within 5 minutes. Cant argue with that when youre rushing to go grab your Dole whip.Day of was great. My wife has little to no riding experience and Kyle took the time with her in the parking lot to ensure she was comfortable before going out on the road.Experience - hopping from spot to spot was SO easy on a scooter. We rented mopeds to retrace the steps of our honeymoon 29 years ago. The highlight was riding to Dragon’s Teeth, where we had climbed down the big rocks in 1990. Island Motion owners were very friendly and accommodating and care about their small business. Well priced, too. Highly recommend for a fun day!

Out of all the fun things we got to do in Maui, this was one of the best!! Not only because the scooters were a blast but also the owners were a lovely couple who were willing to take the time to teach a first time rider. We will definitely return to this shop when we are back in Maui.

Great experience both on the mopeds and with the staff. Kyle was super friendly and helpful. Before they let you go out, they do a brief training which is great if you’re not experienced. Definitely would recommend and do again on our next trip.

I booked online 50 hours before appointment. The website said to call if it was less than 48 hours. We then navigated to the address available on Google. After being unable to find the storefront I called and the phone call went to no voicemail. I called again and the person told me we dont have a reservation because we didnt call, the website should not have a booking option if it doesnt work. This created a significantly negative experience.
