Great experience Eagle riders allowed us to pick up the bike the night before to get a jump on our 190 mile ride to the road to Hana, bike rode great, stereo on the Harley Electra Glide Ultra was great great great!!!! Excellent place to rent from. If they had some modded Honda Groms or Kawasaku Z125 Pros, would have rented one for sure. Denny really hooked us up. The 19 Glide was a good bike and, in fact, was our transportation for the whole stay. Thankfully the bike was available!Our stay was made all the better by doing a nice ride every day, especially north of Napili. Only complaint would be the mechanical noise in the bike, but it never let us down.

We rented the Harley Ultraglide for a few days, then the Slingshot for the last couple days of the vacation. I cant say enough nice things about the company and its employees, or the bikes. We had a great time on the adventures.

Rented a bike from EagleRider Maui to cruise around the island. Friendliest guys you’ll ever meet a a bike shop. Super quick and efficient pick up and drop off. Rented the VStrom 650. Great bike for the twists and turns if that’s what you’re looking for. Wife was comfortable on the back. Highly recommend.

Literally never worked with a better rental service! Ask for Mo or Denny. Incredible staff and amazing equipment. They work with you to give you the best experience possible. I’d personally like to recommend their Slingshots, which are in top notch shape; but their motorcycle inventory can meet everyone’s needs.

Denny took perfect care of us. We got exactly the bike we wanted (HD Road King), and it was in excellent condition. We had one issue (just bad luck, really) during the rental but Denny made it right at 5am on a Saturday! He has a lot of integrity. Our time spent in shop was brief and pleasant.The whole shop clearly has a strong commitment to ensuring that customers are safe and happy.

Absolutely would not recommend. Employee was literally crying when we walked in and said he was going to quit maybe 50 times. He was not professional at all, Our bike didn’t have a sissy bar when all the pictures showed they did. Way to ruin an a experience that was supposed to be great on our honeymoon.

For Kory’s Birthday 🎂, we rented motorcycles 🏍 at Eaglerider Motorcycle Rental, and took a 150 mile ride around the island 🏝 of Maui. We started in Kaanapali, rode the coast until we crossed over to the Haleakala side of the island. From there, we road up to the old cowboy town of Makawao, and stopped for yummy 😋 Guava Malasadas at Komoda Bakery and coffee at Sip Me.After a yummy breakfast, we crossed the lush side of Up County Maui (3k feet) as we headed to the fun, uncrowded road on the dry southeast side of Haleakala. Rolling hills, curvy road and few vehicles made for a great ride. Eventually the road gets really rough and washed out, so we stopped short of our goal to reach Kaupo General Store on the extremist part of the island.We took pictures, gazed at Mauna Kea off in the distance, and then headed back.Wonderful day with my son Kory, and even after many trips to Maui, we shared a new unique adventure!Maui No Ka Oi

Smooth and easy mobile check-in. Rented the v strom and rode all over Maui. Bike ran very well. Definitely recommend the road up to haleakala if you want to hit the twisties. 🤙🏼🤙🏼

With the Harley dealership on Maui being shut down, Eaglerider is the best option for renting or buying a bike. We rented an Electra Glide for a day. The bike was in perfect condition and the people that work at Eaglerider could not have been nicer or easier to rent from. Great experience!

Great service and bikes are top notch.

Stopped in like a damsel in distress because my rental car had low tire pressure. The staff did not hesitate to help along so I did not have to setup a roadside call for the rental company. I would recommend to anyone on the island. Imagine the service if you were a paying customer:)

I ordered a 1200 Sportster online. Easy process of selecting the bike, pick up, and drop off times. You can check in on line as well, enter your license information etc, which cuts the in-store wait time.There were newer models available, but I chose an older model. Maybe the same one Id rented several years prior. The bike was well maintained, even with almost 70, 000 miles on the clock.The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

Rented two bikes for me and my girlfriend, came back from that ride and she was my Fiancee. 2.5 years later, me and my wife returned to eagle rider to rent a pair of bikes to recreate our engagement ride while celebrating our honeymoon. In both experiences, customer service was good and bikes worked properly during our use. I really appreciate that they have more than just Harleys for hire, and that they have good options for shorter riders. I hope that next time we visit Maui, that they will have even more options for me and my wife to choose from!

We rented a Harley heritage soft tail and it was great! We road the entire west coast of the island all the way around to Paia. Incredible views, fun and technical riding. Probably the best day of our entire 10 day trip!

Friendly professional staff. The bike I reserved had been in an accident the day before so they offered a free upgrade if I wanted or could provide another of the ones I reserved but would require they replace the rear tire before I could ride it. I asked that they do that and was ready and waiting when I showed up. Gave good trip suggestions and sights not to be missed as well as hazards to miss. Check in and check out smooth with no surprises. Wouldnt hesitate to rent from them again.Thanks guys.

Truly a delight to rent a Harley from these folks. Check out and check in was quick and painless. Youve heard stories about people getting there credit cards charged for damages months after renting. But these folks even told me not to rush bringing it back and gave me an extra 6 hours beyond by 24 that I paid for. There was no damage survey done before or after I brought the Fat Boy back. They asked how it went and i said fantastic and I was out the door. Ill be back every year to rent from them again.

I stopped in to see about a part. I was told to wait in the service office. I sat in a hot, and steamy room while I waited for the mechanic. After about 10 minutes a man came in and told me he had to use the bathroom, and hed come back to see what I wanted. I only needed to ask if they had a part I needed. When the guy came back and finally checked if they had my part, they did not. But hey, the mechanic got a potty break out of my visit. Depressing place to visit.

Does not participate in club eagle rider free rides. The website claimed inventory on hand that was not really there when I walked over to their place. They also dont guarantee that the type of bike you reserve is what you will get. Go else where.

First class service with professional, friendly and helpfull staff. I hired a Harley Davidson Road King for three day to tour around Maui with my wife. We had an amazing time. We had to reschedule the rental dates, and the staff sorted out everything for us. I highly recommend to use EagleRider for bike rental if you are visiting Maui!

Awful service. We rented a bike for the day in Maui. Ended up returning it after about 20 minutes. The bike was not safe for the road. My husband is a mechanic and has been riding motorcycles for over 15 years. He couldnt believe a company would allow a customer to rent this motorcycle. The brakes pads were metal on metal. The clutch barely worked. When we returned the bike and told them how unsafe it was for the road, all they said was oh well. Total scam. Do yourself a favor and go next door to enterprise.

I was on vacation in Maui about three weeks ago and rented a motorcycle from these guys. The process was a breeze, and I got to go on what will now be referred to as the best motorcycle ride Ive EVER been on. 7.5 hours straight, around the whole perimeter of Maui on the Yamaha FZ6R (which ate the twisties for lunch). Bike ran great the entire time and i had an adrenaline high for two hours after returning the bike. Amazing experience Ill never forget.

AWESOME GUYS to work with!! Rented the Limited Ultra Classic Harley Davidson from these gents and just returned it this morning! Wish we had rented it for the entire week we are staying in Maui!! So much easier to park with and move around in town with. Took it all the way up to Hana yesterday and did all 53 single lane bridges and ALL 617 turns ONE way. Then turned around and drove back. Make sure you have PLENTY of space on your celly to take breath taking pics on ride out to Hana. Rode the Ultra around the rest of the day up to the coast line and seen thee most inspirational sunset! Yes, we got refreshed with a sprinkle of rain while riding. NBD it all dried off till we got bk to the condo. The bike performed flawless from the first hit of the starter switch till I shut her down when I returned it. Bike just had a brand new front tire insrallled on it and still had the little thin sprigs sticking out from being brand new. Bike handled perfect in the tight corners to Hana and in the rain on the main roads. Ran 2 tanks of fuel through it also, doing our fair share of sightseeing. Never had any issues with the bike or the guys working at Eagle Rider! Next time we are back on Maui we are going to be renting the bike for a complete week!! GIVE yourself a major TREAT and rent from these folks. I am NOT ENDORSED nor received compensation for this review. To be perfectly honest, IF they SUCKED I would tell you point blank and STRAIGHT up. Been riding for 43 years and rented from TOP NOTCH places and dealt with problems and issues at them. NOT HERE!!
