Always an amazing visit

Ive been a long time client of Ultimate Image. Wes Owens (long term tattooer here) has done a lot of my work & always a pleasure. Easy going, good music always playing. Customer friendly as he is aware of every potential client who walks thru their door. Greets & stops to help for piercings & to answer any questions. There are plenty of artists there for you to decide which one will be the best choice for the type of style youre looking for!

This place is AWESOME! I got my first tattoo here about 3 or 4 months ago. The dude who did the work was friendly and an amazing artist. I totally recommend this place. I also got a nose piercing done by A guy named Wes a while back I felt almost no pain and it was super fast too.

Went into the studio. There were bugs and ants crawling EVERYWHERE and the artist was completely unphased. This was discovered after the tattoo already began. The cleanliness is questionable to say the least and the artist was rushing to finish. I give it 2 stars only bc the artist did have good designs and artwork but as for how the art is applied to the skin I believe it leaves much to be desired.

Brian did a great job on my piercings. Made it much easier than I thought it was going to be. Thank you so much. Super nice guy.

Got my piercing to quit smoking. Havent touched one scene the guy did it. Place was clean. People were nice

Both my parents grew up with the owner. For my 18th birthday I got my first tattoo. It came out even better then I expected and I cant wait to get more. I defiantly recommend them, theyre clean, and do great tats.

I have gotten several tattoos and piercings from different artist at ultimate and they have all came out great. It is a very clean and friendly environment with great people working there. I highly recommend ultimate for a tattoo or piercing.

Employees were super friendly and helpful, they helped design my tattoo from start to finish even the though I couldnt get it done the first day I wanted the tattoo, my patience paid off because the employees helped fine tune my ink and worked with me to incorporate my ideas into their art during the whole process. Shop was very clean and was an awesome experience from start to finish, definitely a 5 star facility and still recommend all my friends to go here when they are looking for some quality work!!!

Cant really comment on their work but I know flat out they refuse to help anyone looking to join the military cover up any finger tattoos despite willingness to pay and spread word of mouth about their quality. Extremely disappointed theyd rather a person burn off their own flesh due to desperation than help a veteran get his family away from homelessness and insecurity.

I went to this place to ask about my septum. i had called before hand and said my septum ball had fallen out and the guy over the phone said i could come up to the store and he could fix it! i went there and i told the guy working in the front my ball had fallen off and i needed help to put it back on which i tried a few hours to do myself. the guy then proceeded to tell me he doesn’t know how to do that. ( what? you’re a pericing and tattoo place. you do septum’s and you have the piercings to do so?) then he told me i would have to buy a whole new piercing then he could put it in. ( i had just gotten my septum 2 days before and you’re not supposed to change the jewelry that early) safe to say i won’t be going back! the piercer was clueless and rude!

Not very charismatic people, but very good at hygiene and tattooing so I guess that makes up for it

So, heres the deal. This place lost my business as soon as the guy made it into the second word of his sentence. He was rude with his nasty tone when I asked for a quote on a tattoo. Simple and small is all I wanted and he interrupted me to inform me that it aint happenin and the particular tattoo I chose could not be small. Well, he was not only rude, but wrong. I assume because you cant see the large amount of tattoos I have because theyre covered by clothing, I was taken for an idiot who he didnt want to waste time on. Thanks to him, his business lost my money and my sisters money tonight and its now being taken by atomic tattoo. Guess these guys are more competent in placing tattoos since they are able to accommodate the customers requests and theyre able to do it with kindness.

Had 3 piercings done today. Staff was polite and quick! In and out in maybe 15 minutes (but I wasnt counting!)

Last year I would have given this tattoo shop 1 star but it’s under a new owner and they keep everything clean, wash their hands, and put gloves on before any procedure unlike the old owners would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a piercing or tattoo

Got my piercings done here, and both times they talks me through it to calm me down and they done a great job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get a piercing!!

Walked in and had what we thought was 2 other customers waiting ahead of us, one in the chair and one waiting with us. so we waited. and waited. and finally it was her turn (my girlfriend), or so we thought. one other customer had walked in after us., and he was taken ahead of my GF, because hed come in earlier and already talked to the tattoo artist. so after almost two hours of waiting, we were told that it would be another hour before he could do her touch up. very unprofessional time management on the assistants part as well as the artist who keep taking very long smoke breaks. and the extremely loud metal music, that we did get turned down, only to be turned back up by the artist was annoying to say the least. we WILL NOT be returning to give him any business - so thats two potential customers he lost!!

Absolutely horrible work !! looks like a 2 nd grader drew on me!! added in black on my red heart..hearts were misshaped..sloppy work..mickey mouse ears lop sided...beware !! giving a 1 star is being kind!!

Walked in saw a lady arguing with the artist already knew this was not the place to get a tattoo I waited for her to leave talked to the artist about doing a sleeve he said he doesn’t do black ink, he was rude in the tone of voice and Obviously an amateur seemed to be racist,I will never go back don’t waste your time and money here.
