Service has been HORRIBLE lately, the last delivery they snuck in our office and just took the empty bottles without giving us new ones and now today they dropped off one bottle outside and didnt even come in to see that we have zero bottles when we should have 4!! I have emailed them and called numerous times with no answer from them. This is ridiculous.

I received my first two bottles with no problem. Next scheduled delivery was for August tenth. Got a call the night before to set out my bottles for the exchange, so I did so. When no one came, I checked the schedule. My next delivery was scheduled for the 24th.... so I called the week before to confirm as I had already had to order multiple bottles from Sam’s to make up for their lack of delivery. I was assured it would be here on Monday the 24th. I waited and did not receive that delivery. I checked my delivery history, only to find that I was delivered on the 10th (was not) and was scheduled again in October??!!The delivery schedule said September 1st and the person I spoke to said August 24th, then the 1st then again the 8th... which makes no sense if I have 4 scheduled per month. Took me 24 minutes on hold to cancel. Absolutely horrible. I definitely don’t recommend.Cheaper and easier to do pickup from Sam’s warehouse.

We love Kentwood. They have professional, courteous service and great products. Our driver is always on time and very knowledgeable about the products. Kentwood is a better value than getting the bottled water from store and hauling it yourself. Plus, its literally half the cost we were paying and you get excellent service and fresh, clean, good tasting water.

I have been a customer of Kentwood for over 10 years . I love the artisan water I have delivered. I am not a big fan of filtered water and that is why I use the service. It is a little pricey the only reason it didnt get 5 stars.

Pretty cool they open at 9m-f no docks portable ramp u have to back in off street no overnight t/s mile down road

Would not recommend! They say you will pay one price then told a price that is almost double! If you call the 1-800# They will tell you the right price but the local office is horrible.
