Had the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car . Destiny from the get go on the phone was so nice and knowledgeable and then meeting her personally she was so up front with every detail . We had finance already set but she suggested we let them try and beat our interest and sure enough they did WOW :) then after our amazing time with her she took us to the financing department we’re Chauncey blow our minds how quick the financial process was he was super nice and friendly and total knows what he’s doing I think we were in and out of his department in about 20 fasted time ever . Then Destiny had a family engagement which for me matters family time is always important but before she left she made sure she introduced us to Wyatt who took care of us showing us the cars features .SUPER NICE experience will definitely recommend this car dealership:)

I came in to get my routine oil change and tire rotation, I usually have a $10 or 10% coupon for such services but I had never received one prior to me going to retrieve these services. The Navarre Nissan rep that cashed me out was very sweet and informative on why I may have not received a coupon prior to my arrival. She was very apologetic and offered a solution, even though I still did not receive the $10 off or 10% off for my total, the way she handled me inquiring about the discount made me leave with a smile. So thank you for having a great staffing team.

Well, i bought my first nissan from another dealer owner. He was great and took great care to make sure all of the details were taken care of when u bought from him. This time was a whole different experience. I bought the truck sight unseen. I shouldnt have. There was much excitement over buying my two trade-ins, The guy who had me signed the papers did a good job i guess. He was somewhat lax on finishing up the paper work. The salesman wanted me to take care of the inspection sticker and get the hitch installed, which I did. I should not have done this on my owners the independent installer did not have all the parts needed to complete the job. However they did take the time to come to my home to help me put the camper top on my truck bed. So great job on that.

Blue was professional and courteous! Matt Hicks was also amazing! I had a few recalls for my car that needed to be tended to. I learned of them Monday. Tuesday morning I called Matt to see if they could possibly squeeze me in. I was leaving on a long trip the coming weekend. They took me in the next morning. Thank God they did!! Not only did they get me in last minute, rectify the recalls, completed a free oil change, they also found that my serpentine belt was split in half. It is highly probable that it would have broken on my trip and left me, my wife and my 5 year granddaughter stranded on the side of the road. Thank you to everyone!!

I spent almost $160.00 just to get a weird diagnosis. I rather to sell the car instead go back to this people that just try to earn money out of loyal customers. They did not offer me an. oil change or anything to compensate the amount of money that was taken from my wallet. Am I coming there? Never I am done with them. I will look with Toyota Honda Volkswagen.

Went in for a recall, Carla was my service writer, very knowledgeable. Was able to have my vehicle taken to the back check for part available in a very short time. They kept the vehicle told me it would be ready later that day, furnished me a ride home. She called around 1:00 told me my car was ready. That was sooner then I expected. It was a lot to do with the fact she stayed aware of the progress of my car and called me when it was finished.

Brought my car in for an inspection after the flood and Carla helped me with the whole process of dealing with insurance. She stayed in communication with me the whole time. I purchased a brand new 2021 Armada from Billy Navarre Nissan. I created my Nissan Connect Account online and I chose NOT to activate the free trial services. The sales agent, according to her, was told to go into my account and activate the free 6 month trial services on my behalf. If I would have wanted the services, I would have activated them myself. This was the 2nd Armada I purchased from them, but it will definitely be the last vehicle I ever purchase from Billy Navarre. No one gave her or the dealership the authority to go into my account and change my settings. This is not the way a company should be doing business. It should be about what the client wants, not what benefits the dealership or its sales agents! Big let down!

Bought a Truck from them on May 12, 2021. wired the money and picked up the truck. Had the car inspected on May 17 and overnighted the original to them for the license and title. Have talked to salesmen Gene Arcenauxand emailed many times. They never return a call it must be company policy. Gene told me today he sold them but had nothing to do with the titles. I would really be concerned if I had employees that only cared about sales. But not the customer after the sale then walked away from the problems!

Wife had questions that went unanswered. They were questions in reference to her warranty. The lady at the check out counter was not necessarily rude but her customer service skills need work. My wife felt like a bother rather than a customer. Wife was told they could not answer questions and did not offer to contact anyone who could. Wife did say the service adviser was over the top. Main problem was with cashiers.

Well the customer service was great. I need a light bulb replaced and wanted my fog light and sensor assessed because it was no longer in place. So I paid 161.00 for a light bulb and a Diagnostics test which could not be repaired so I’m a little unhappy about that so I think that paying that amount of money and only have a lightbulb which cost $16 to replace was a little bit ridiculous

I had an appointment at 8am this morning to get my radio Bluetooth setting looked at and to be fixed because it’s not remembering that I turn it on which is most likely a fuse. I had got it looked at while I was in Texas just to be sure and they told me that it was most likely that because the radio and everything else works perfectly fine. They were able to tell me that little of information while in line just looking into the settings and turning off and on the car free of charge. I waited an hour in Lake Charles just to be told that and it would be $400 for a new radio. On top of the $150 diagnostic test. If my Bluetooth still works besides me just having to turn it on after the car has been shut off then clearly the radio works and doesn’t need to be replaced. I even showed the lady helping me and I showed her what it was and she saw it for herself. I let her know that I had a warranty and asked if it was covered and she said she didn’t know I had one I didn’t have the info with me so I had to call the dealership the vehicle was bought from and get them to tell me if the radio was under warranty. Which isn’t but that’s fine. Upon paying and leaving the radio was were I had left it on Bluetooth screen from the previous day along with the volume a little higher. So as I leave I switch to the radio and it’s loud from again the other day so I had to turn it down. Which tells me I wasted my time up there because it’s clear to me that they didn’t even check it at all besides getting my service fee and putting the floor board liner in just to tell me it’s the radio. Well duh it’s the radio but what is it that is causing that bluetooth on/off control in the radio not to work? I wasn’t even told any other information besides a radio replacement. If they were to busy at the time and weren’t able to do it I could have made another made another appointment to come back. If they fully did a diagnostic test wouldn’t they have made sure that all parts of the radio were working properly?

I got my oil changed and my “check engine light “ came on. They told me it would go off after 100 miles and call if it didn’t. On Sunday, I had car trouble and called a tow truck. My car would not accelerate passed 20 miles an hour. I was on the Tx side of the bridge and went over it on the shoulder to the tourist bureau. I could press the Gas all the way down but it would not go over 20 mph. After a few minutes I turned it back on and it accelerated a bit then gradually went back to 20 mph at exit 4. Called a tow truck to bring it to my house. The car was working fine before the oil change. This is the second time I have had rpm revving/ switching gears trouble. I have had trouble since I bought the car.

Like most dealerships, youre mileage may vary and is heavily dependant on your salesperson if youre buying.My salesperson was a woman named Mrs. Priscilla and she was absolutely amazing.She is very kind, sweet, and genuinely cares for her customers. Shes not pushy, or fake like most salesman Ive interacted with before.When we were looking at vehicles she didnt try and steer us towards vehicles that were giving salesmen bigger bonuses either.She works with new and used vehicles. Her follow-up was a handwritten card.The dealer itself is very nice to work with. The service department is friendly and courteous as well. The place is very clean.I havent had any bad experiences with them and with my factory warranty.

I bought my Nissan Armada in July of 2008 and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I went there on my lunch break and went back to work with the ride of my dreams. Since then I have used there service department for routine maintenance and service and they treat me the same now as they did the day I signed papers on my Armada- Excellent! I now know all of their names and they continue to treat me as family. I will stay in a Nissan for the rest of my life! The past 9 years dealing with Lake Charles Nissan has been great, cant wait to get into one of the new Armadas!
