I went there years ago to get my windows tinted. Got there when they opened since at that time they didnt make appointments. I was told I was the next one in line. When I called to check on the status of my car they told me I was the 3rd person in line. Sounds like I got the run around so I went and got my car and never went back or will I ever go back with my future vehicles.Happened in 2008

Best I’ve used for window tinting.Excellent customer service over the phone. Knew the product and walked me through all the options. Excellent customer service in the store. Greeted me when I entered the store, showed me all of the products available, and did a fantastic job with the installation. Vehicle interior wasn’t soaking wet but clean and dry. It was cleaner after the installation than it was when i brought it in.Very professional and highly recommended!

If you want something done right, this is where you go. Radio installations, keyless remote, window tinting.( spend the extra $30.00 for tint so if something happens your covered. ) Radar jamming, they do it. Most of all the staff are willing to walk outside and help you with a setting if you do not know how to do it.

Awesome place! I was looking to get a remote start installed on my truck and the one they recommended was exactly what I was looking for. They had it in stock and were able to do the install the same day. You cant even tell they worked on my truck except for the new remote start. They answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. Friendly people, great price. I will definitely be returning to them for future installs.After finding a minor issue on my remote start, I brought my truck back. They guy up front severely lacked customer service skills. He acted like the problem I was having was just something that I should deal with. But they took my truck in and fixed the issue. But I had to call several hours later to see if my truck was ready. When I called, the same guy answered my phone and told me that it was in fact ready and sounded like I was bothering him. When I got there, he just tossed me my keys and told me here you go instead of having someone go out with me to make sure the issue was corrected. I was put off by his lack of customer service after having such a great experience with the installer and manager.

So long story short... I got one radio didnt like it. Cxalled back and asked to exchange it for a different one. The manager was cool about it. I would def recommend this place to others and Ill be back to do more to my car. Also, Allen is very knowledgeable and could tell you just about anything you need to know. His the man to go to.

Tint is WAY over priced . Do your research before picking a tint place.

I had a Navigation /Audio system installed 2 years ago and was very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff. This year I decided to install a dash cam. They called me as soon as one was available and installed it in about an hour. The wires were neatly hidden and I was impressed. I later had my windshield replaced and brought my vehicle back to Bailey,s to clean up the mess the glass shop had done to the wiring bundles. I appreciate their good work and know where I will be going for my next purchase.

Great customer service

Bought a brand new 2017 SUV and brought it to Baileys to have it tinted. Was highly disappointed with tint job. I had to bring it back 2 times and it still wasnt right. Even after the third time they still managed to get trash in the tint and air bubbles that have yet to disappear after several months and the brow wasnt cut smoothly. While they applied the tint the allowed the soap and water run down the leather door interior and into the speakers. I still had water in the speaker holes when I picked it up. They never cleaned the soap runs off of the leather interior and left it a mess. Wont be using them again. When someone brings in a brand new vehicle with all leather interior you would think they would take a little more care of how they do things. Used, new or brand new it really shouldnt matter, they didnt return the vehicle to me in the condition it was brought to them. Extremely disappointed with the job and care they used.

Brought my moms vehicle in for a tint job for Christmas and Markeith made the process super simple and did an excellent job on the tint. The tint makes the vehicle look better than new and super sleek! The job was done in merely a few hours and I couldnt be happier with the service!

Was looking for some fuse holders for a solar project (which turns out they are rare to find in a store) and they had exactly what I needed. Quick and friendly service, and they had better prices than what I had found online.

They installed back speakers and a stereo in my car that has a blue tooth mic attached to the headliner. The trim that they put the mic wire behind didn’t seem to be as snug as the one on the passenger side and didn’t give it much thought until a few days ago when the trim fell off. The installer had broke the trim tab. Now they are denying they broke it. After back speakers and stereo were installed I went back and had new front speakers installed. When they were done and I went to leave I noticed a wire hanging from the bottom of drivers door. They had disconnected old tweeters and left the wire hanging. When I arrived home I noticed when I’d shut my car doors that the speakers would rattle as if they weren’t mounted. I drove back to them and was told mounting brackets were not put in that the speakers were just sat in the doors.

I have taken multiple vehicles to Baileys. I have received outstanding service and great pricing every time. I will never go anywhere else to have stereo or tinting work done.

Very professional service they tinted my two front windows got me in and out in about 30min. I would definitely come back to do business when Im in town again.

I was told when I called a few months ago that they didnt make a mount for my car stereo. I wanted to upgrade to a touch screen with blue tooth, gps....the works. I have an 06 Cadillac that is in great shape with a Bose system that sounds great, but just needed an upgrade in the stereo. I just called another shop in LC just to double check and they have a mount and will be able to install the upgraded system I want.

They can be hit or miss on the actual job side of things. The biggest compaint from the customers I steered their way was about how the employees at Baileys Audio treated them or acted around them. I cant afford to risk my credibility for something that could easily be resolved by the owner requiring their employees to act in a professional mannor. While wearing the companies Uniform(on or off the clock), they are a walking and talking billboards of what to expect from Baileys Audio.

Great staff and service

Baileys installed a GPS stereo with a backup camera and steering controls in my truck. They quoted me $250 to install it because I bought the unit from somewhere else. When I picked up my truck they charged me $380 because they spent so much time on it. The only thing that worked was the radio. They told me that they werent able to get anything else to work like the navigation lights on the buttons, the steering wheel controls, the GPS and the backup camera because the wires werent properly marked. This is what they specialize in. I had to take my truck home and finish hooking everything up myself after I had to pay them.

Went there for window tint and a eyebrow, the eyebrow was curved like a sad face, the tech said there no other way to do it, well today Im at Pro Tech and there putting one on thats straight its cut by a computer, funny thing is he said Baileys has the same set up but the tech dont know how to use it I guess.. NEVER GOING BACK...

You get what you pay for, when you get your vehicle back its done rite, they dont short cut nothing, just had all door speakers change in my Tacoma and it rocksQuality work little pricey but I dont want my truck half assed, when I pick it up I know its rite, they also put 2 tw3 JL in my Tacoma behind the seat and it rocks, keep up the good work Blake

We have used Baileys Audio since 2004. They put stereo systems, alarms, and tinting in all of our familys vehicles. If there was ever a problem with any of the past 15+ vehicles, daughters included, they were always prompt and friendly when rectifying the situations and to the high standard that my family demands.Our satisfaction was foremost in their thoughts as they complied when meeting our needs and Demands. They were very consciencious of our wishes and placed them first.I am, at the time of this writing, sitting in their waiting room, because the tinting in my 2000 Dodge truck only lasted 12 years. ;)They are also replacing the siren/horn on that original alarm from 2005 at NO Charge to me. The alarm was purchased abt Dec 31, 2005 when Hurricane Rita deposited a tree on my old 1990 GMC truck.This Dodge replaced my old truck. I trust Bailey now, as I have in the past. Blake is still with the company. He sold us all of the service lines throughout the years. I hope this provided a good history of our time purchasing with the compsny. My daughters are now 33 to 39 yrs old. I was charged $150 + tax for installation of an item then with my second vehicle I got the same thing done at another local shop and found out most places charge between 25 and 45 dollars, on top of that the item stopped working, soon after the item stopped working I took it to swamp pop audio ( who does all my audio work now ) and they found that the wiring and brackets that I was charged for was my own wires with a a connection harness taped on and the brackets that cost $25 were wooden and to top it all off they charged my sales tax 4 times, and Im not the first, customers constantly have issues with the work they do
