I love Verizon always have always will they have Great Plains, great benefits, and if youre with them for a certain amount of time to give you a couple of days for free if you absolutely need it. Ive been with them for over eight years and loved every minute. Thank you for Verizon

Bad customer service..Only one girl was gentle and helpful.And I went with idea to buy cellphones for me and my husband and buy something for share internet for my kids monthly prepaid service and that behavior change my plan.I went with my little one 3 years old..and them no permit he use the restroom. I get walk to the restaurant next to them and they help me..My husband get buy his cell because he need it to the work here in Cameron L.A

Ive been a verizon customer for 12 years. The last 2 years Ive been moving phone off ( had 6 lines) today I went in to take care of the last line. The lady who helped me was Awesome! If I would have been getting service like that I would have never left! But between years of bad customer service, over paying and never getting a deal because only new customers get them. Im done now.

Placed an online order for in-store pickup, took the store 22 mins to get 2 new phones ready. When we arrived at the store it took less than 5 mins to checkout with our new devices. AT&T could learn alot about efficiency and timely service from the staff at this Verizon location. Professional experience from the online purchase all the way through pick up...

Joshua, at Verizon in Lake Charles, La. on Prien Lake, was so helpful, friendly, and courteous. He went above and beyond to help us get our phones up and running and it was at closing time. He didnt rush us he was very patient with me cause I was frustrated because that was my second day in a row to that store. Which on that day as well he was as friendly, helpful, and courteous as today. Out of all the workers in there he was the MOST friendliness, the most helpful, courteous person in the building. Staff are rude and very self centered. Dont want you to wear masks as they do just they way they tell you to wear them . Had to get the general manager to help me get my issues resolved with my new phone

Had a very easy and great experience with this Verizon. In particular, Joshua was very helpful. Very easy to purchase and trade in my new phone with him. I had a little trouble activating my new iPhone, and i came back the next day and he literally fixed it in 2 minutes.

Came at 10:30 and waited for 11 to open and they never did. Update yalls hours on yalls page so people dont waste their time.

Ms. Meredith and Ms. Ashely are absolutely amazing I can honestly say I haven’t met anyone so dedicated to meeting others needs. We had a personal account and Ms. Meredith ensured us we needed to switch to business to get discounts so she hooked us up with Ms. Ashley and she was able to switch our account and all of our devices in just a short bit. Ms. Ashely goes out of way to ensure the customers are well taken care of. If I have any questions Ms. Meredith is quick to answer. While going to the store in Lake Charles she meets you with a smile on her face and a cheerful heart! These two ladies have showed us what customer service should look like! Thank y’all, we are very grateful!!

The store was very disorganized and had several employees who were not engaged with customers. I was signed in by an employee who did nothing else but sign people in and chat with those waiting. After almost an hour she realized that someone had inadvertently deleted my name from the list. I think Verizon should reevaluate their method of store operations and work toward making the customer flow more efficient.

Excessive wait time to be helped, as in 30+ minutes. I was a customer here years ago and I see things havent changed... Desperately need to hire more people or manage their hours more effectively. This is becoming a regular occurrence here. On a side note, Josh the tech who assisted us was amazing! Get it together Verizon...

I recently received a replacement screen cover for my iPhone with the help of Billy at this store and so I return to see if they could put new screen cover on. Brittany was very helpful and completed the task very quickly. I am VERY happy with service and friendliness of all those working at this store.

Large Verizon corporate store. Great customer service especially by a sales rep named Joshua. You can get anything needed for your phone I suppose. Pretty awesome spot

Had to get a new phone today and the staff at this location is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! After we get the phone my fiance asked if they would transfer his information to the new phone. The sales lady told him no and as she stuffed a paper in the bag told him he had to wait 15 minutes before turning on the new phone and the paper would explain how to do the transfer if we had problems or questions we could call customer service and they could walk you through the process.... I would NEVER recommend Verizon to anyone just save yourself some trouble and go across the street to AT&T the staff there are friendly, helpful and actually want your business...

Rep was knowledgeable and could multitask. I was greeted when I walked in.

I have only been inside of this location once and that was all I needed to not return. My husband and I stopped by to pick up two new cellphones and the lady that came to help us did everything but help. She was rude, short with her answers and didnt know anything about the products we were asking for. This was my personal experience when visiting this location. @loveitorchuckit gives this location 40% and vote to CHUCK IT!

Amazing customer service! Bought some accessories for our note 9s and when I got to my car I changed my mind and wanted something else. So when I went back in they exchanged it with no problems and took the time to explain the price difference. Thank you Oliva!

Everything is automated and digitized and confusing. Had to drive 45 miles to the nearest store. Non of the employees in the store could resolve my issues. But they put on the phone with a human then I was directed to get back on my phone to resolve the issues after the human on the phone cleared you the digitized glitch. Crazy.

Staff was super helpful. Got in and out of the store pretty quickly with a new phone. Would go back again for another phone

If you are going there to buy an expensive phone then you will get the best service and if you are going there to resolve your problem then you will be disappointed. Dont go with high hopes. Below par.

I wish could give this place a -5 stars. I drove over a hour from the Fort Polk area just to be told they cant help me with the poor signal in the area where I live. I got that part but the part that really grind my gears is the lady who talked with no ever bother to let me finish explaining my problems. I been a loyal and faithful paying my bill on time costumer for very long time! Last time I got a problem I was in NC and when you go to the store they normally check you in, listen to what you have to say and open the lap top and try to help you sometimes they even call customer service for you. I guess here in good old Lake Charles will be too much to ask for the 3 ladies seating at the counter with no other customer at the store. So I am across the street at the AA&T typing this waiting to get service from them and so far they seen to be more friendly and happy to take my money!!!

Worst Verizon store. Staff have no knowledge about products. One of the manager has no clue about what products they sell. One in sulphur is better. Polite staff.

WORST MANAGER. FULL OF LIES. COMPLETELY RIP YOU OFF. Went to trade in old phone, & upgrade. The next day we found out they ripped us off over 300$ when we said we wanted at least store credit for their scam the manager said she shipped it out overnight knowing that was a lie we ask for her to give us the tracking number & now she cant release that information excuse me? It was MY trade in Im entitled to see when my trade in has been shipped & be able to track it. Called customer service & the woman said they didnt send out anything & she kindly spoke to manager about the situation telling her to give us the store credit & she said she did have the phone in the store & lied because she thought we wanted the phone back. We go & tell her again to give us the credit & she now goes back to saying she doesnt have the phone anymore & they cant give store credit when it clearly stated in the agreement form they can make adjustments. While explaining to the manager the situation she literally left me talking to attend to another customer that was after me when there was over 3 available sales reps that could attend to her. Never ever go to this store theyre so quit to sell you an item & rip you off then the following day completely ignore you & spit lies to your face absolutely worst manager I have ever met. Worst Verizon store Ive ever been to.

Hit & Miss with the store next to the Prien Mall. Great sales associate set me up, but a manager became argumentative and condescending when I got in a tough spot and needed help. Had to go to another store to actually get the problem solved.

More knowledgeable staff and better enployee retention vs. the one near Prien Lake Mall; worth the longer drive.
