Our family gives Medearis a five star rating for customer service. My son was invited to a Mardi Gras ball at the last minute, and didnt get paid until Saturday, so couldnt rent a tux until the day of the ball. The staff was professional,helpful and even took pants off the dummy so he could have a complete, awesome looking tux. He had a really rough week, and he desparately wanted to go to this ball; thank you Medearis for all your help and compassion.

Cannot get a hold of anyone there. Have been calling for 3 days now..various times of day...still no luck. Is it still open? If I actually get service I’ll change the review
