My Audible providers are awesome. It is a husband and wife team. Since they started managing the facility, I have had exemplary service. When I needed new hearing aids recently, I decided to purchase from them because I knew they would make sure that I had the support I needed to understand the technology of the new hearing aids. At my visit yesterday, we adjusted and turned on capabilities that would improve my hearing experiences. So thankful they are there to help me.

Monica Barletta, I am forever grateful for yesterday when I walked in your office with the worst ringing in my ears that I have ever had. You saw me and made time for me. You fitted me with hearing aids that helped the noise in a way that immediately I felt my shoulders relax. I honestly did not think I could take another moment of that constant ringing. God used you in a mighty way and I will forever remember you. Thank you so much. I want to shout it to all that have this terrible tinnitus. There is no cure but these hearing aids have allowed me to focus again. Forever grateful.

Everyone that I talked with beginning with making the appointment to confirming the appointment was very professional and kind. They treated my Mom with dignity and compassion. After testing I explained that my mother is still paying on other hearing aids and the professional that was helping my mom understood and gave us such good advise. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. If we can not get her other hearing aids to work for her we will definitely be back to Audible Hearing Healthcare.

Have been wearing hearing aids since 1980, gosh there is a lot of improvements on them but to make thinks even better is that sweet couple that own this business in Lake Charles, they make you fell so welcome and are concerned about you quality of hearing which we all know so important to be able to communicate with others effectively, this time it was a very humbling experience to find out that the hearing loss is greater and not being able to distinguish of words that I cannot not understand, she has talked me through how to relearn, I am going to follow the instructions not to let her down and to be able to understand what is being said, there are not only good family people but the have a kindness that is felt in there presents, I now have hope to better understand words because of there understanding that I cannot not, you can tell they love what they do and they love there patience, Joe G.

Being a very young 41 years old finding out that you are partially deaf was absolutely devastating to me. The staff at Audibel helped me to to accept the diagnosis and understand that it is going to be ok. They are the most caring group of individuals I have ever come by and have made a very emotional time much easier to bear and have done everything in their power to make me feel normal. They offer various forms of financing as costs of hearing instruments can be high, (Especially when your dog eats your first hearing aid and you have to replace it in less than a year, for which they did not laugh at me too hard and reassured me that I am not the first this has happened to). I will definitely have them take care of all of my hearing needs. Also most FSA and HSA accounts will consider this an eligible expense. I cannot say enough good things about this place, I LOVE THEM!!
