Went here looking for a future home for our growing family. Chris was super helpful, walked us through the homes we wanted to see and gave us every detail we could think of about each home. He was also able to show us several different finance options that we would be able to pursue if we chose. Gave us the feeling that he worked for us, not as if we were being pushed around. We highly recommend coming here and asking for Chris. You won’t be disappointed.

Went to look at a trailer my wife was looking at and all things seemed good, we didn’t end up getting a trailer from them. The referral plan seemed good too and they definitely encouraged it. It was $500 if you refer someone and they purchase a trailer. I had a family member purchase a trailer nearly a year ago and no referral award. After having them say they would send a check. So I wouldn’t expect the referral award, other than that if you want a mobile home I would suggest looking into the home a little more before purchasing.Reply: Im not worried about it just want to inform. Our information was also giving to you guys and you guys said the check would arrive within the next couple of months. Which it did not.

I know several people who have purchased. Their homes are still not completed months after delivery. No ac in parts of the homes. Mold drowning. Retaining water. Leaking roofs. This is absolutely unsatisfactory and Excitement Homes should be ashamed of them selves

I should give them ZERO stars and if I could o would!! I had family that lost everything in the hurricane last year. They went to this company to purchase their mobile home, they were cash paying customers. Every since this has happened, when the trailer got delivered, the marriage wall was separated, the roof leaked, therefore leaving the belly of the mobile home with water in it. No call backs, absolutely ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Definitely going to the better business bureau about this company.

Chris and Stan were very helpful. We walked around and toured a few different options. They made sure I found a home I absolutely loved. The application process was simple, they talked me through it all. They really do their best to make sure their customers find what they need.

Almost a half year later and my family still cannot get someone to take the problems with their NEW HOME SERIOUSLY!!! Almost a year later from Hurricane Laura and to have to stress over their NEW HOME instead of being able to relax again! Especially when Hurricane season is about to be at its peak! A new home should not leak!!!!Poor customer service and poor commitment to the responsibility of them properly setting up your new home that you PURCHASE ‼️

My niece and nephew bought their home to replace another after Hurricane Laura demolished theirs. They first had to wait for a long time to get it financed then finally put on their land. This company evidently hires people that dont know how to put together a home as they have not gotten it together yet. Home is still not complete,still have water leaks,roof vibration,belly of home still has water coming out,mold issues and zero contact from them!! Oh and the marriage line is still wide open and been five months now and they have nothing but excuses and will not answer the phone or return calls!! WORD OF MOUTH IS A FABULOUS THING,GET THEM WHERE IT HURTS!! Warn your friends to NOT buy from them!!

Me and my fiance drove down to Lake Charles Excitement Homes today (July 2021) from Rayne/Lafayette area close to an hour and totally worth it, to meet BROOKS our home sales expert. We both have been looking for quite a while and havent found the right home or the right salesman, and I hate to use that term because BROOKS is not your typical fast talking pushy salesman. He was a very pleasant surprise to say the least!! He patiently walked us through 5-6 models and some of them multiple times. He LISTENED to everything we said the entire time and then helped us decide what would fit our needs and wants. He did not push us towards any models in particular but gave full details on all of them. BROOKS is fun to talk to because life cant be serious all the time and he is very knowledgeable has excellent listening skills which is number 1 in sales communication. BROOKS is DEFINITELY highly recommended by us!!!!! Thank you for making such a positive impression on us today!!!!😃😃

The guys at Excitement Mobile Homes are the best. All of the guys are great. Chris helped me realize that the size of mobile home was important for my lifestyle and my budget. Brian helped by showing me all the possibilities in my vision. Brooks was the man that filled in for everyone when the person I wanted to talk to. Stan made the financing as painless as possible.

You should be able to pride yourself in your work! You left my friend’s home unfinished (not even trimmed out) with major issues and you are doing nothing about it?!? It’s been delivered for nearly 5 months now and has a belly/insulation full of water, a roof that leaks and rattles, mold in the home, buckled ceiling, and so much more… not what should be expected of a brand new home!!

Chris, Stan and Brooks was very nice and patient with me . They didn’t pressure me to get a home, my overall experience was awesome, I would recommend and I will be back when the time is right !

If I could give 1/2 a star I would once they deliver your home you are pretty much forgotten about no matter what problems it is water leak no ac skirting etc these people ARE USLESS nice homes but thats the only thing I can say good about em

I just went by today just to look. These guys are pretty amazing. Its really hard to find real people. They are as real as you can get:) i really appreciate that in people. Do not buy from a mobile home from this place. They only care about the sale and not about the delivery, set up, or taking care of the customer or even calling the customer back and fixing the issues. They are a slumlords of mobile home dealers in Lake Charles and are taking advantage of people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Five months and still waiting on my trim out,my home has leaks,vibration on roof,walk in shower leaks on the floor,mold in home,ceiling is bubbling from water damage,belly of hime is holding water it has been a disaster!

These guys Chris and Stan are awesome people to work with. We had been to several manufacturing companies, but none came close to what these guys had to offer. They never treated us any different that if my credit score was 500 or 750. They remained very helpful in finding us a very well made home for our price range. If you go to any where in the Lake Charles area I would go see these guys first and hear what they have to offer. They were so appreciative of our business and made us feel so welcomed.
