My daughter was in a car accident and my husband was driving from Texas to Lafayette to get to her. I made the reservation for the auto trailer and tried calling this location multiple times to ensure he was would be able to pick up right at closing as did the Uhaul main reservations line person. No one ever answered the phone and when my husband arrived at 7:02pm the employee refused to allow him to pick up the trailer that I had already rented and paid for online. HORRIBLE service and zero empathy.

I used the self service option. I made a reservation to pick the uhaul up at 6:30 which was after hours . Once I came to check in there were no keys in the uhaul . Once I started chatting online with a representative I was told to give an alternate person to put down in case anything was to happen in the moving process . I gave two numbers and I was told that I couldn’t use neither . I was told to contact customer service which I called and was on the phone for over an hour and no one answered. I’m moving out of town and paid movers already, but I’m currently sitting in the uhaul parking lot still waiting on customer service. The after hour pick up should not be offered if you aren’t able to successfully pick up your reservation or if there’s a problem there should be a number to call where someone actually picks up !

I reserved a truck with an appliance dolly twice and each time when I went to pick it up they did not have the dolly. How am I supposed to move appliances without it? They didnt have the decency to call stating they didnt have it either time so I could make other arrangements. Would not recommend this place.

I wish I could give no stars!!! Made a reservation and received a text confirmation of said reservation. My husband drives 2 1/2 hours get to store and they state nothings available and no reservation. The worker was very rude and told my husband what do you want me to do about it when my husband stated he drove 2 1/2 hours. I called customer service and they were no help. Very poor customer service. Never again!

When we went to return a car hauler, the employee was completely rude, said to my 16 year old what, are you stupid? When he didnt understand his hand signals. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER using them period!

Went to have a hitch installed today. Fast friendly and very professional. Highly recommended. Thanks guys yall are the best!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!! Said I could self pick up, came at 5pm and was refused service. Employees just walked past me and got in their cars and left. Also, said my vehicle was picked up while I was standing in the parking lot, clearly with no vehicle. Again, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

I rarely make such posts. I placed an online order, which they could not find in their system. Instead, the Uhaul personal directed me to the phone number. Over 49 minutes on the phone waiting on customer service, while the gentleman in front of me ate food, scrolled through his phone.

I used this U haul service and I was charged one fee and the next day they charged me an additional fee and I was told that they were depositing me 7.00 for gas but took an additional unauthorized amount 2-3 times. I called back to speak to the manager and I was placed on hold then hung up on so I just called my bank and had them handle the situation. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY LIE ABOUT MILEAGE SO TAKE A BEFORE PICTURE AND AFTER PICTURE OF THE MILEAGE.

Cant begin to express enough gratitude to Guy, MacKay, & their whole team of fine, strapping, young men for all of their assistance helping me with my move. Im telling u, i broke off the key in the ignition to the truck once, then locked the keys in it, and Guy sent his son out in 15 min problem solved. MacKay found a farm for 3 of my cats to live, thank u Jesus!! Then, on the last day of my move, after hours, Guy sauntered out to see a friend & i struggling to load 4 ubox containers into my huge uhaul truck, & he nonchalantly made 1 phone call to his adoreable son who returned with 4 other super sweet & wicked strong employees who tackled the job in lighting speed, cracking jokes & smiling the whole time. Class acts, the whole crew - simply can not thank yall enough. Much respect from the Murphys Law of Movers, ☆S.

Watch ur milage close and take pics before u leave for attorney...they added miles to my rental that were not mine even tho I had picture proof of milage when I left...not a whole lot of money but for sure a whole lot of principal!! Manager is a joke and says he cannot do anything about it...right!!

I’m only putting one star because there is no zero star option... Went to fill my propane tanks today like I always have for the past 5 months but today the guy named Mr. oKahn came out to fill them and instead of telling me politely that one of my bottles was expired he insisted in being a smart mouth and telling me I could pay 10k to get the bottle filled by him that they were just recently sued over it which is none of my business all I wanted was my bottle filled but instead of just saying it politely he was just completely RUDE. Then after that usually the guys their are nice enough to get it into truck for me but he just left it there and walked off.. Tried to call manager to speak to him about the situation but no answer. So moral of story Horrible customer service by Kahn...

I scheduled a hitch install today thru uhaul call center . I arrive to have hitch installed and the man behind the counter tells me they dont do hitch installs on Saturdays . And he would of notified me if he would of seen it . Very displeased

No greeting, made to wait without explanation.Literally 10 to 15 minutes of waiting without anyone saying anything.

We have been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour now because somehow the keys got locked in it after we arrived employees tell us we have to call someone and that they can’t help us get in it while I have one kid under the age of 5 with a dislocated arm who has to be to the doctors off in 10 minutes and the other is hungry worse service ever we will never use uhaul again

On top of things. I go there and my paperwork is ready

Went to rent a storage unit at this location and was in middle of paperwork when I was told o needed a second address as an alternate one. I dont have one to give because I moved down here earlier this year and dont have anyone to use as the second address. This place makes it hard on people to rent a unit when the person doesnt have anyone whos address they can use.
