Highly recommend for one on one assistance. My daughter made an appointment for finding a dress for homecoming court. All of the ladies were so helpful, even when the salon got busy. Georgia was our assistant, and went above and beyond to help us in every way. Even offering us iced coffees and macaroons that were so good. We purchased a dress and will be returning/repeat customers for sure! While the cost of the dresses are pricey, the quality of dresses and staff make it worth while 100 percent. Hands down the best experience we’ve had shopping for formal dresses.

I went to OML Bridal to find a wedding dress. I am 52 so I was a little worried about trying gowns on. Kiki was my bridal consultant and she did a phenomenal job! She put me at ease and calmed my nerves. She picked a dress totally different than what I went in for originally. Thank goodness for her! She did an amazing job and I absolutely LOVE my dress!!!! I had the total “Say Yes to the Dress” experience! My wedding is this weekend so I will be sure to post pictures of this gorgeous dress. I went there because I saw few dresses I was interested in online. They don’t even have those dresses in store. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to look through the bridal dresses because they don’t fit into my “budget”. The dress is way over priced. Don’t go to the store if your budget isn’t in the $2000s. The service was okay. I ended up going to David’s bridal because they offer better deal and great service and friendly staff.

Oml is where it’s at! I had the best time time today with Ashley trying on maid of honor dresses.

These ladies are some of the kindest and most welcoming people ever! I am a very indecisive bride and changed my mind after purchasing a dress. They worked so hard to stop the order so I could come back and back the actual dress I wanted! I could not recommend OML enough and I can’t wait to wear my beautiful dress on my wedding day!!

We purchased my daughter’s wedding dress from OML. It has been an amazing experience. We have felt welcomed every time we have been to the store. The ladies are so polite and helpful. My daughter and I have been made to feel like we were dealing with friends. Every time I have called with questions although dealing with a different person almost every time they have all been exceptional. I highly recommend this salon for your bridal needs.

I’ve never written a Google review, but I feel so strongly about how incredible this place is! I called a couple of places in Florida and chose OML because of how friendly they were over the phone! I just had such a good gut feeling about them. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make sure our group was having an enjoyable experience and to help me find the perfect gown. Skyler was insanely knowledgeable and made me feel so so comfortable. This was the easiest and best day of wedding planning thus far. I never once felt like I was being pressured into purchasing something or like my privacy was being invaded. The gown was significantly cheaper than I expected for such beautiful quality! Skyler encouraged me to try on a few different styles and I ended up purchasing a completely different dress than I anticipated. I can’t say enough good things about this business. My granddaughter has bought two dress for prom. The one last year was altered and it ripped in the back shortly after she arrived at the prom She was so embarrassed.I told her not to go back there again but she did. She bought a prom dress and they altered and it is too tight. Now I have to pay to try and get it fixed before this years prom.The problem is that they do not order a dress in their size and try to alter the dress they try on.Alterations like this never work out.I am from Lake City all my life and I advice everyone to never buy a dress at this establishment. What should be a magical Senior year in the face of all they has happened to this Senior class she should has a dress that is not too tight and she feels beautiful in.

Ripoff Central. Overpriced gowns for being taken out of the store for photos and used and put back. They sold multiple people the SAME gown for prom. Very small selection. As for Bridal expect to get a cookie cutter dress for 1000-3000... bratty little girls in that store. I guess if youre into wasting money, this is your store. I went elsewhere.

My daughter chose to purchase a dress from this establishment. The initial agreed upon timeframe was a purchase date of February 1st and dress in hand prior to May 16th, which was documented on the contract which they required my (Minor) daughter to sign. Then, they stated half of the total cost was required to place the order for the dress at that time, which she paid. Three weeks later, the remainder of the total cost was paid in cash. At that time, they stated their printer was down and could not produce a receipt but that one would be emailed. When my daughter did not receive the receipt via email, she contacted them and they stated they had received no such payment. Granted, she should not have given the cash payment without some form of receipt being provided. We will accept that as a life lesson. After weeks of searching, they stated it had been paid and sent a receipt dated for that day, rather than the actual date of payment. At this point, a month had elapsed from the original date of purchase. The dress had still not been ordered even though the entire payment had been received by OML. Another month passed and having received no status on estimated arrival date of dress, my daughter contacted them on April 3rd to be told the dress would ship on April 16th. On April 23rd, she had still heard nothing and contacted them to check the status and was told it might ship sometime around the end of the month (April). Keep in mind, the nefarious contract that was signed by my daughter stated OML did not provide refunds for any reason and the event that the dress was ordered for was on May 16th. On May 8th, my daughter was told by Sales Rep, Megan, that the dress wont be shipped from India until May 17th.At this point, I contacted legal counsel to make certain we were aware of all legal action we could take in this situation before reaching out to the owner directly. On May 13th, I contacted Ms. McGee in an effort to resolve the issue. When I explained the situation, she quickly replied saying that the dress was indeed located in a different location than they had thought that it was, and that it was scheduled to arrive by the end of next week (May 22nd, after the date guaranteed in the original contract). We did obtain the dress the following week (May 26th) after yet another tracking error.Im quite certain Ms. McGee will enjoy commenting back on this review, citing that delays were based on shutdowns and her dealings with international companies, rather than US based manufacturing locations (keep that in mind). Trust me, we have heard them all. What I want others to understand is that, this business preys on young ladies, locking them into agreements that they dont fully understand and quite frankly, are not legally permitted to enter into. They work to sell the highest priced, most elaborate dress they offer, and then struggle to live up to their end of the deal (not providing timely, concise communication throughout the process; delivering the dress beyond the agreed upon date; or even providing sound information on an order from one staff member to another) all while serving them drinks and cookies, and acting like their best friend. This was our consumer experience with OML. From a business standpoint, yes, you want to make the most money off your sales. However, when those tactics are at the expense of young ladies from your own community and surrounding counties, you should rethink your businesss mission and values. Shame on you Ericka McGee! Perhaps one day your own children will experience a business who takes advantage of them, seizing their hard-earned money, and you will have a taste of the very thing you have done to so many! The truth has a way of revealing itself when you start sharing your story and learn of how many other young girls have been exploited by OML. My daughter learned what could have been a nearly $500 hard life lesson. But no worries, one lesson that was gained from this is where she will NOT purchase another dress from!

I absolutely loved my experience with OML! They are extremely accommodating. My first bridal appointment I brought my bridesmaids as well as my mother and MIL, they had mimosas and cupcakes ready for us when we walked through the door! They let my bridesmaids pick dresses for me to try and were very encouraging during the process of trying them on. I never once felt pushed to purchase a dress that I didnt love. In fact, I didnt purchase a dress on the first day and they were okay with that! I went back about a month later to try on the dress I had previously chosen with plans to purchase that day. They no longer had that same sample, but one that was the exact same cut and style. It ended up being The One! They are such awesome girls to work with! My bridesmaids even purchased their dresses from here. They have such a huge selection of colors and styles to choose from!

The employees need a bit of an attirude adjustment! Prom time...its the only place in town...

My experience was 5 stars!!! Ericka and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful even with my very specific needs. They have a large selection of bridesmaid dresses that could arrive on a shorter time frame than what other bridal shops could promise. Ericka is very genuine and caring which makes the world of a difference in your saying yes to the dress experience.

They have nice dresses and the staff is nice enough, but man, the dresses are so expensive and the staff is kind of pushy. The owner helped me out, which is nice, but also she would get frustrated when I wouldnt show her a dress, even if I decided I didnt like it before coming out, and kind of invaded my personal space multiple times. Nice on the inside, offered water and small snacks, but man, it was hard to get past having someone not give you space. I went in there on two seperate occasions and both times I felt uncomfortable... a little space does not mean youre not attentive, maybe just let people look on their own for moments.

This dress shop is wonderful!!! Let me just start by saying when I made the appointment to look at bridal gowns the girl on the phone was so great and accommodating. She said the shop doesn’t open till 1pm but come in at noon so we can pull all the dresses you may be interested in. My girls and I got there and there was no one else there but us. Ericka was there and little did we know at the time that she was the owner. We had the entire shop to ourselves for an hour. It was wonderful. Ericka had really awesome taste and had some great dresses for me to try on. My friends and I ended up staying 4 hours at her shop. We had a great time and enjoyed all the staff there. I went in not wanting to buy a dress that day... Ericka was so great and the dresses were so beautiful, I ended up purchasing my dress. Not to mention, we found the dress for my MOH. I highly recommend this shop. Ericka and her staff go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied. I’ve had to get 3 dresses for events (Charity ball, formal photo shoot, and my wedding!) all in the last few weeks and Ericka went above and beyond in helping me find the absolute perfect dress for each occasion. I told her what I was needing them for and she sent me some options and knew exactly what would be best for my body type, skin color and the style of the event. Her true knowledge and passion for this business are what make her hands-down the absolute best in this industry! She truly loves helping women find their “oh my gosh this is it!” dress!

I paid $179.00 which was half of a dress and they stated that they keep all of it due to Covid19. Filed a complaint with the BBB and now the SA. Young lady over the phone was rude and disrespectful. She didnt realize that she was speaking to a 46 highly educated woman.

Overpriced. Period. I found the same designer dress at another local store and it was cheaper and I got free shoes. Not a horrid experience but it was not what it was hyped up to be.

I went into OML Bridal to look for a prom dress, I didn’t even want to buy a dress at the time. I came in was looking at a few and Julie came over and pushed me into trying dresses on. After I came out in one, her and Caroline were so pushy about it and wanted me to immediately buy it. Kiki and Ashland was also very rude. I don’t recommend this store, they never answer the phone they push you into buying things or trying things on, and they are way over priced. They also don’t tell you that when you buy a dress that you will be charged a $30 shipping fee, a $50 hemming fee, or that there’s no returns and that they’re not responsible if something goes wrong with your dress while it’s off being hemmed. Absolutely ridiculous.

It was fantastic! Very helpful and friendly. I have looked in Jacksonville, Orange Park and Gainesville for the dress for my sons wedding. OML helped where the others did not.
