I had such a pleasant experience getting the Iphone 13 with the experienced assistance from Joe and the smart young lady with brown hair. They helped me with speed when Total wireless failed to transfer my number over. VERY pleased!!

Ive only had Verizon for a week or so,so far the service has been great Ive had a great signal on my phone and Im happy with it so far Ill post again in a couple weeks. And when i went to the Verizon store Joseph Emmos took care of me real good guy he gave me some great recommendations Iddefinitely recommend to look Joe up if youre stopping by the Verizon store in Lake City, Florida, yeah he looks out for the customer .

My husband and I have been with Verizon since 2013. The main reason we stayed is because of Carol Miller and her outstanding customer service. As seniors trying to keep up with technology to stay in touch with our children she has always been extremely helpful with any questions we have. We both just got new phones and she again was extremely helpful to get us familiar with them. Verizon should be very thankful for an employee like her. We checked other companies and their promotions but there was no customer service which is very important. Thank you Carol.

I dropped my XR and decided it was time for an upgrade. What I didn’t know is that someone had stolen my identity and because I have life lock all my accounts were flagged/frozen. Needless to say I could pay for the new phone that day despite all of Mia and Joes efforts to help me I had to stop the process. Mia put everything in a bag with my info on it so all I would have to do was pay for it and walk out the door. I was able to borrow the required funds to get my new IPhone the next day. And it was a seamless process.I would like to say that whomever is the team lead at that store has assembled a rockstar group. Every team member was going above and beyond to help not only me but other customers as well. They were very patient and courteous with everyone. This is important because there were only 3 team members working and there was about 10 people waiting but they still took the time to give every customer their full attention. This is my new store.

I went in to get hotspot on my prepaid service and was informed it wasnt available. The Verizon rep Mia was so helpful and informative. I ended up walking out with a brand new phone. But, not after she had spent at least 3 hours setting up my new phone and trying to switch over all of my contacts. She had ran into a couple issues and kept trying. I told her I thought I could get my contacts from an older phone I had at home and she could stop. So, we stopped. In my own personal opinion she went above and beyond any kind of customer service I would expect. I went to my truck and low and behold all of my contacts were transferred to my new phone. I just want to say that I feel like Mia done an exceptional job. Thank you so much

I went here today, totally expecting to “drop” some serious cash. Joe was incredibly helpful and didn’t try to sell me ANYTHING!! He told me what I had was fine, and just needed a new battery, and how to obtain the battery needed. I will ALWAYS look for Joe when I need ANYTHING from Verizon!!! This is the best Verizon store that my husband and I have ever been to. I am 100 percent disabled with severe epilepsy. Joe assisted us in updating my iPhone and smart watch that works with my apple program that tracks my seizures. I took my phone and watch back to the store because I couldn’t get the watch to pair to the phone. Joe spent the afternoon updating my watch to the phone so I can use my seizure program. The staff at this facility excel in customer service and being professional Joes coworker Mia is knowledgeable and professional also. I went into this store to get my voicemail fixed. I usually go to the corporate store by Walmart. I must say this will be my new store from now on. Had a minor problem with my phone. All the staff wanted to do was sell me a new one. The meathead at the counter said there would only be a $4.00 difference to get a new phone after I paid about $35.00 to complete my old contract. He proceeded to lose all my saved pictures after assuring me he would be able to save them all. Since they were important for work this was disastrous. Then he shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do. New phone is terrible, does not work nearly as well as my old one despite being told it is an upgrade. Plus, my monthly bill is actually $75.00 higher, not $4.00.

The staff at this store are the most helpful Verizon employees I have ever encountered! I came in a couple weeks ago inquiring about the iPhone 11 and Mia talked me through the upgrade/trade-in process. I was pretty indecisive and kept asking a ton of questions & she never once made me feel rushed to make a decision. I went in just yesterday to get my new phone and the store manager was in; he was just as helpful. Overall, they made a somewhat stressful experience stress-free.

The wife and I went to this store a few weeks ago and we ended up buying two phones. I have had a bad experience at a Verizon store before, I felt taken advantage of. Going into the store I was very skeptical of the salesman due to my preconceived notions of Verizon representatives. I was TOTALLY FLOORED!!!! MATTHEW LAMM was hands down the best rep I have ever had. He was very courteous and patient with my wife and I. Being a 40+ year old technology is not my strong suit, but Mathew was very helpful in explaining the tech to me. I felt like he genuinely cared about how the phone worked for me and didnt JUST care about making a sale. He even took the time to transfer all of my pictures an contacts and helped my wife hook her Bluetooth up to her vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed with the time and effort he put into selling us phones and he even called me a week later to see if I had any questions. MATTHEW LAMM made a lifelong customer out of me. I just wish more sales associates were as genuine and knowledgeable as him.
