LOVE it!!! Wish we had one in Troy, Alabama! Every time I go to Georgia and Florida, I map out where a store is so I can visit. They have a guiltless drink menu that accommodates me for my dietary needs. If you have not tried it, I highly recommend. Once you do try it, you will be hooked!

The barrista was so friendly. We had the Sicilian smoothie which was amazing!!! So smooth. Its a piña colada with strawberries. We also had a frozen pumpkin spice latte. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Great coffee, but the main st location has better customer service and make the drinks better. They also no longer do rewards at this location. The only perk os that they ate opened later

Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had!! I’m hoping to get one of these in Tallahassee soon. Perfect way to start the morning with an iced cafe breve. Highly recommend! But go early because there’s usually a long line.

LOVE the face that they do the guilt free versions of the frozen cofees! Most places dont! Makes it much easier on people who are trying to be healthier. Everyone was very friendly! And the frozen coffee was AMAZING!

Ellainos is good. i have a great appreciation for ellainos unique twist on coffee although it is not one of my favorites. when visiting an ellianos location i prefer their milkshakes because ellainos coffee has a light coffee bean flavor in comparison to other coffee franchises which can be disappointing if you enjoy a strong essence of coffee bean in your caffeinated beverages like i do but if you enjoy less coffee bean and more of a sweet and subtle brew than ellianos is a great place for you to drink your next caffeinated beverage. my only complaint is the staffs mediocre attitudes and slow service.

Im recalling how great a Caffé Breve and the service was at Lake City Ellianos two weeks later its worth a five star rating!The genuinely friendly service had me driving off with a smile and an awesome coffee. Pretty good deal.Thank you!

Stopped here on a road trip. Quick, friendly service. Coffee is great...very smooth, no bitterness. I got the medium roast, but would recommend the bold if you frequent Starbucks. Especially like the little hole sticker to prevent spills. Less waste and just stick to the cup while drinking. Please come to Michigan!

The best coffee, and my all time fav Green Smoothie. The young people that work there are always so nice and helpful. If I could offer one suggestion it would be another menu further out so when you do get to the window you already know what you want, and maybe the line would move a little faster. Love Ellianos!!!

Better than Starbucks by far.

The girl last night was patient even though I showed up 20 minutes before closing. She explained what the drink was and even added less syrup because I wanted but flavor but not so sweet. I will definitely refer this place to friends.

I love the varieties of guilt-free flavors!!! The coffee was scrumptious! The service was friendly and helpful. We waited longer than I would have liked but that was because they were really busy and provide a personable experience to every customer.

Every drink Ive had is amazing except for the seasonal raspberry white mocha, I ordered it yesterday and was not happy with it. I can only describe it as horrible. Other than that everything else is wonderful!

Line was long but for good reason. A true test of a coffee joint is the ol tried and true straight up coffee. Everything else builds from there. Its good joe. Blueberry muffin as well.The line moves at a good pace, they also have staff come out to take orders from the line.

The barista was very nice and well mannered. The berry blast smoothie my husband was very very bland and my turtle freezer was lack luster at best. Also was not told until after we paid and our drinks were made that they were out of whipped cream. Not really a satisfying treat.

I would frequently pick up my favorite drink but for thepast 6-8 months the service has been so bad that I don’t even wanna stop! Quite a few of the employee’s are rude and close the window in my face! I was a loyal paying customer but forget it I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This location has always been worse than the one on Main but all 3 of the last times I tried to visit this location neither of the employees were wearing masks. Its obvious you are not concerned with enforcing mask wearing to keep your customers, or the families of your employees safe. Will not be returning anymore.

The service here has gotten increasingly slow. The quality of the coffee has gone down as well. Night shift is an absolute nightmare. The service is slow even with no other customers. And constantly repeating my order because they keep forgetting is enough to have me go elsewhere.

My favorite coffee shop by far anywhere. Its a good day or evening when I can stop by and not only for the coffee. The staff is always helpful and friendly and always very attractive which is nice, not a necessity but nice. The double drive through helps and service is always fast. My kids even like there strawberry smoothies.

Their Turtle Freezer is a must. Great service and amazing coffee and food.

Ellianos is my favorite coffee shop to go to. I have been going for years! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the last couple times I have went I have waited in line for over 10 minutes and another car will pull up behind me and sit there for less amount of time, the barista will come outside and only take the person behind me order while I am still waiting ahead of them and go back inside and make their order. I have been to both main and hwy 90 locations and hwy 90 is the only one that does that, Main Street location will go to the first car waiting (like they should) and then go to the car behind. I do prefer to go to the Main Street location more because that has happened to me so many times.

Really liked the Milan mint mocha coffee, perfect amount of sweetness for me. We also has the Tuscany toffee and I would give that 4/5 only because I am not a big caramel person (it tastes too sweet after a while)

We stopped by this Ellianos for a quick latte in the middle of a long drive with 4 folks. The service was outstanding - fast, friendly, and incredibly personal. And the lattes were excellent, too! We all left happy, and cant wait to visit another store.

Had a lady come to my window with her tablet and get my order, all I needed was a gift card. Instead of going inside to run my card and get the gift card for me, I had to wait behind 5 cars for 20 minutes !!!! Very terrible service

Best coffee EVER! Better than Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts. Their cookies and cream freezer is my favorite coffee drink from any coffee shop. It has a good balance of cookies and cream and coffee. It’s not too overly sweet either. Blended really well with no chunks. I wish they would expand with more locations!

The baristas always have an ugly attitude, even when they were treated with respect and kindness. Every time I come here my order is incorrect. The new location in Alachua has very nice staff working though.

They always have a smile and a Hi! how are ya doing! They are quick and super friendly, even when they are super busy. Ive been a customer since they opened and I have never had a bad experience. Ellianos is so much better than Starbucks any day!!

I use to frequent the Lake city Starbucks for coffee. I was dismayed at the fact that many Starbucks locations shut down including the lake city location. I thought well, Ill try Ellianos. The regular house blend was average at best. I asked the attendant where the coffee beans are sourced. The attendant gave me a befuddled look and didnt understand my inquiry. I explained what country/countries are the coffee beans exported from? She asked around and no one knew the answer. The product knowledge was very lackluster. Furthermore ive called three different locations regarding this sensible inquiry and to no avail. The Starbucks coffee, although a little more, is by far a better quality coffee. For a refined palate as my own, Ellianos was a disappointment.
