Our ice cream order was taken, after about 8 minutes of waiting with no one telling us someone will be with us. The worker had to physically tell us what each flavor was, since none were labeled. After we got our ice cream cups with no lid to fit that size, we walked to the other side to pay. Another customer walked in and the worker just started taking his order. I stepped up and asked about a military discount, thinking he would remember we were not done, but, he answered my question and continued with the other customer. After the other customer paid and left, I told the worker that our order should have been completed first since we were here first. He said it was easier to take his order because he didnt want anyone getting mad and that he only wanted donuts. I asked, Easier for who? He tried to explain away by saying, We usually ask the first customer to move to the side and usually...... every response after that made him look and sound that much more stupid!

The girl who served us was very friendly and accommodating. They had all of the flavors they offered at this location, and were only temporarily out of waffle cones at the time of our visit.

Theres no point in going to Baskin Robbins in Central Florida. They have limited flavors and none of the popular ones.

I do not fault the two employees who were doing their best to run the store, but the ice cream I was served was old AND had a hair in it. Ladies restroom was dirty.

Not the best place. Everytime me and my mom go, they barley have any flavors. The lady legit said a whole list of what they couldnt sell us. Advertising a lot yet there never in stock of the product.

Would give zero stars if I could. Have been there probably 10 times since they opened. Since they opened they seem to NEVER have the basic ice cream flavors. Strawberry, mint chocolate chip, chocolate chip, chocolate, or even vanilla. When asked about the employees really just dont care. They will tell you it is an ordering problem. NO REALLY!?!? GEEZ I WOULD NEVER HAVE FIGURED THAT OUT.

I thought Baskin Robins was supposed to have 31 flavors. This is the 3rd time we have been there and they are out of chocolate ice cream and mint chocolate chip. Seems pretty bad for a ice cream place to run out of basic flavors so often!

The first time I came here they were out of many things so I came back a second time. We walked in and three employees. One at the window one messing with boxes one not sure what they were doing. We waited. We looked at all the ice cream and waited. We looked at the ice cream to buy in the container, and still waited. We walked over to the doughnut counter thinking we needed to wait there, and we waited. There was nobody in this place but the two of us and employees. They never said please wait, one moment, they never even acknowledged us. I am a small business owner and hope the owner of this company turns this place around.

Omg, Lake City store is a joke!My daughter wanted ice cream and we wanted something different than DQ.On our arrived, we ordered a layered Oreo Sunday. The guy behind the counter look like we just spoke a different language. He went & got the manager. Mgr said that they could not make it because corporate was going to change the menu. We settled for a cookies & cream bow, with hot fudge and wiped creaml. The hot fudge machine was not even pluged in and he porded it on the ice cream. Then I ordered a Bannana Split. Again the employee looked confused and asked another employee, do we have bannannas?They told us they could not make bananas splits. Then we asked for brownie bowl. Again the employee said they had no brownies. Its was qas around 1:00 pm. We then just paid for the cookies & cream and walked out very decapitated. I will NEVER come back!Buy the way the fudge was cold and it was a mess that my daughter didnt even finish.

This is the worst place fie ice cream i have ever been. Completely out of everything and the employees do not even know how to make a milkshake. All he could do 8s complain about his arm hurting from working to hard over the 4th of July weekend.

Had no icecream for an order that was placed...super friendly staff thought....its not there fault they dont have the products to fill orders

The ice cream was mixed up with a lot of different flavors, the cashier didnt know what flavor was which and what was supposed to be chocolate only was a mixture of chocolate and peanut butter and me and the wife didnt find out until we were already on the road leaving town. The Dunkin Donuts part was okay and had a very friendly and helpful lady. So go for the coffee not the ice cream

Omg i dont know the guys name but he went above and beyond last night for us i think yalls supplies were low but that didnt stop him he got us all hooked up with fantastic ice creams im not positive what he made me but its now my new favorite lol i think its some kind of oreo peanut butter sundae it is the best we will be back

Showed up at 10pm with my family looking to get some late night ice cream since online it says they close at 11pm. Doors were locked and employees inside pretended like they didnt even see us knocking on the door. Dont advertise 11pm if your doors are locked at 10pm. Wasted our time driving out there

Love the food; but the whole order I got off of door dash was incorrect. Both orders were mixed up, toppings that were supposed to be on one was supposed to be on the other; and there was missing items from the order.

We used doordash for our order. They didnt add gummy bears to my little girls ice cream when I paid extra for them. They didnt add the hot fudge to either premium reeses sundae even though it says it comes with it. You dont get what you paid for here

Coupon wasn’t working but they gave me the free beverage anyway, great employees!
