I love this place. Always good deals and smiling faces in Lake City Fla. Employees always pleasant and sweet.

Customer service after the sale keeps the customer. Unfortunately, that didnt happen in my case. I bought two items, and received a 30% discount because I bought two pieces by the same maker (Alex and Ani). The pieces were going to be presents, but I found other items I liked better for those people. Two days after I bought the items, I went to return them. They refused to take back the items because they were on sale. They didnt even offer a store credit. If I bought those items individually, I wouldnt have received a discount, so I couldve returned them. That doesnt make any sense to me and it will be the last time I ever shop there.

Sadly they are closing in the near future. Great prices

Customer service is essential ladies! :) second vist just this week at this location, each time the atmosphere was terrible. Purchased once before last year at this same location with a young guy and he was the sweetest! You would think since youre spending your own money and time that they would have common courtesy to have way better attitudes. Guess its because its Monday huh? Ill make sure my family and I shop at the Gainesville location instead!

First time in the store and I was welcomed by Michelle. She was very helpful and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for, and that included going through the new inventory they had just received in a few minutes before. I will be back.

Came in to purchase a Christmas gift for my grandma and the sales associate didnt get off the phone or acknowledge I was even in there. I understand that being the only person working in the morning can be stressful, and I wouldve stayed and waited for her phone call to finish, but she didnt even look up when I walked in. Ill take my business to Chastian in the Lake City mall or the Gainesville location of Artsy Abode.

I visited Artsy Abode for the first time today and I loved it! I didnt know that they had such a high selection of Pandora jewelry (which was the reason for my visit). I was like a kid in a candy store 😍 Michelle was a big help! She made me feel so welcomed and assisted me from the time I walked in to the time I walked out.

I visited today for the Artsy Abode Bday celebration and loved all the great gift ideas in this beautiful boutique. Kelsey helped me pick out the perfect item and was very knowledgeable about all of their products. I will be coming back soon.

Its a really nice store, unfortunately it looks picked through and did not have a good selection. No one offered assistance nor even acknowledged our presence. And no, they were not busy. I would rather travel to Gainesville.

We come from Michigan and always have to stop at Artsy Abode! We love everything they carry and the staff is always so helpful, especially Michelle. We can’t wait to visit again!

Personally I have always found the staff cordial and helpful and I am a much older demographic than the store would be generally targeted too. I love the space and the convenient location. Intend to shop there this week.

Dropped by to look around have a lot of items from Artsy Abode. The staff was curt and short and basically acted like it was difficult for them to wait on me. One of the staff actually said after a customer just the store, that she was tiresome....Really??? In front of other customers.....the only reason why I even purchased and didnt walk out of the store because a young black lady came and greeted me, which the others did not bother and was so very kind. This store is a trendy store....trends run their course....,customers keep jobs...,customer service is essential. The 2 ladies working this day are in need of customer service skills. I wont visit this store again.

Michelle was very helpful and assisted me in picking out appropriate accessories. The store is conveniently close to a sushi place I like 10/10 its lit.

This was my first purchase at Artsy Abode and Michelle was so helpful, so much beautiful things in this store that I had a hard time deciding for Xmas gifts.

Walked in several occasions and the atmosphere has always been the same... good location and selection but the customer service needs ALOT of work! Lake City is still small enough where people know each other by name and when the staff is standing around talking dirt about the “locals”...well it isn’t kosher! Many of them I know personably and the rumors being started/spread in front of customers IS JUST BAD BUSINESS!!! It was worse than a beauty salon! Not only was I ignored shopping but they were not even trying to be quiet... it was shameful!! I and my family will not return

I walked in and looked around the new store, no greeting from either worker, I asked if they had an item and one girl pointed over there, really!!!!!!! I was interviewed for your position, but I guess you have to rude to work there. Really love the items but not the staff!! Will shop in Gainesville for what I need.
