The sales associates were extremely helpful. I bought a generator and the girls brought the lift out and loaded it up. Couldnt ask for better sales associates. Also the store is very neat and organized and clean. Love the Lake City Harbor Freight.

Very helpful staff and their prices are very reasonable great hardware store they always have what Im looking for when I go there and many of different choices so Ill definitely be going there again.

Website showed a Belt Grinder in stock. It wasnt. Staff slow to help and notably not happy to do so. I suppose the plan is to show up every week and see if my item is in stock. Not ideal. Online ordering is supposedly coming soon. That might help their customers and my rating. For now its an unpleasant experience.

He was very up beat and extremely helpful when I had a hard time finding the stuff I needed. He went over and beyond at his job and made it an awesome experience to be there. No help with the item looking for, even when an employee sticks a shelf next to customers. When asked about the product needed, the employee walks away, totally ignoring the customer

Havent been impressed with my last couple visits.

Always someone walking around for you to ask questions. Have a huge selection of just about anything you could ever want and most of what you really never need. Love this place. Great prices and the warranties are honored well.

That was a awesome store . Im from North Eastern Pennsylvania . Was down to a race at North Florida Speedway. And need to grab a few things and was amazed of everything they had in that store.

Tools are decent priced and they usually have what we need.

This store never has ad items in stock and the employees are hard to find when youre looking for something. Then heaven forbid you ask them to check the back for an item that says take a ticket for. Those items are definitely either not in stock or the lazy employees never actually look for it. Bottom line if you value your time shop somewhere else.

They werent open for business then but Ill try again. I do like Tractor Supply, and Branford is much closer.

Good selection, not too crowded, so I could maintain social distance as I browsed for the tools I wanted. A few other customers wore masks, and the clerks all had them, thou some were just around their necks. The check out line was short and I could use Google Pay, always an easier way to pay!

Have been in a few times no problem. Today lady was rude. Only had one lane open with a long line. Lady was by office door talking about family issues. While every one was waiting. 8 mins later finally opened another lane lady was rude. First time in about 7 trips there I have ever had a problem. So overall ok

The customer service sucked. I went in to get a gift for my fiance and the guy was rude. I was talking to him asking him about the product and he continued to walk away. None of the employees or even the manager had a smile, and when I asked if I could leave my information for when the product came in, I got another rude answer. I was appalled....

Long lines, no staff. Misleading add. One cashier. 12 people in line 5 employees outside at back. Doing nothing. Worst harbor freight ever. Drove 37 miles and in line 30 minutes then told they didnt have item. Wont go back to this store.

Love the prices its always a fast, easy stop for last minute jobs

Nice store. Clean but understaffed. Items are inexpensive compared to name brands, but dont expect accurate tools. Hammers are fine, but power tools dont compare to name brands.

Cheap tools, good if your not using them everyday. Good for around the house projects and that tool that you might use once a year but is really expensive everywhere else. Good coupons and if you see the one with the free blue LED light with any purchase, get it the light is really good and bright. Staff is friendly and place is always clean and well stocked.

Great place for hand tools. Beginning Craftsman can get affordable power tools to get a shop started. I buy sockets & screwdrivers to keep them in convenient places. Not just the shop.

The Gainesville FL location has a better selection, easier entry/exit from parking lot, and friendlier associates.

Not sure how to feel about this store. They promote coupons and ads that are only good certain days and the products are displayed in sales ad with 25% off coupon. So when you get up front to pay you are told the coupon doesnt work on pressure washer or compressors. So why is it in the sales ad with coupon attached. I asked the salesman. The only answer was to read fine print. My answer us shop somewhere they dont false advertise.
