So Im not sure how to fix a review Ive already done with this location was able to finally give me back my refund it did take a lot of calling I actually did need to ask assistance from my grandmother who is home since Im working a lot and all the hours (including my lunch break) I would call AutoZone customer service was closed .But my grandma told me that they were very helpful with her and did their best to get the refund and everything sorted out. The problem was they at first said the item was already returned even though I was holding it in my hand with the receipt the day after I purchased but Im really thankful to corporate managers for helping speed the process along :-)

The store is well stocked with automobile parts and other supplies needed to maintain your vehicle. The employees are friendly enough and helpful when asked questions. The check out counter is a different issue. The store is small with customers standing in aisles to wait for check out. While waiting in a line, other customers were able to cut the line without waiting. They really need to organize the check out process to keep it fair for all.

Best customer service EVER! My car battery died on me while I was at the Chevron across the street. I called and spoke with Gilbert who, after confirming my battery was in stock, ran across the street to jump start the car. Once I hobbled over to the store, he expeditiously rang me up and had the battery changed in five minutes! Gilbert was so selfless that he refused to take a cash tip I offered for his help. Much appreciation to AutoZone and Five Star employee Gilbert!!!!

An employee, his name was James P. He helped me very much!! Great worker! Deserves a salary raise!

Always have had a great experience here. Ive had a car thats been problematic for a while and these folks have walked me through it every time. Julio, Ramario, and Doug have been my favorites to talk with and get parts from. All have been very knowledgeable and got me back on the road. Doug actually saved my car from going to the shop to be worked on for 1000s of dollars and got me back on the road for less than 100 with the knowledge he shared. Absolutely love this spot. Dont go anywhere else!

Everytime We go to this autozone the people behind the counter dont listen, and act like you are a nuisance. They are more concerned with hanging in the back making jokes. Go to the one in murrieta.

Subpar customer service. Fairly small selection of certain key parts and essential items. You would probably be better off going to Advance Auto or O’Reilly’s. I only come here due to the proximity.

Great staff at this spot, I didnt have to wander around the aisles to find anybody they found me. They were quick to help me diagnose my issues with my vehicle and had a fix for me that I would not have otherwise thought of. Its nice going into a location like this because sometimes all you really want is for people to be good at their job and know what theyre talking about so it saves you time and money especially when youre working on the vehicle the last thing you need is getting told to do the wrong thing, that wont happen here there are good staff and if they dont know something theyll tell you and then I will look it up and find out

This eurozone did not have what I needed, they were low on parts. Ant its a small store.

The staff here goes above and beyond with any and every customer, I thought i just got lucky with the employee that helped me, but I saw 2 other employees helping out other customers the same way! He taught me things about my car, helped me pick out products i ACTUALLY needed (he wasnt like a sleazy salesman trying to upsell me items; I asked about an item, and he let me know I didnt need to spend money on it!)I am SO grateful for the help he received because Im not savvy with cars and probably would have installed my new air filter incorrectly. 11/10

It is an AutoZone. No jokes, all business kinda of place. They always have what I need for a good price. I have never had a bad customer service experience at autozone and I include this store in that review.

Pretty much of always had the part that I wanted. When they do not attract it down for me. Always willing to help me out, can get a little busy but hey what place cant.

Poor customer service!Im a very patient person...this was my first time calling this location. To begin staff took a long time to answer phone, must of rang over 10 times before they picked up. When they finally answered I indicated I was looking to see if I may order a part, staff member said he was almost done helping a customer & asked if I could hold. Of course I said sure no problem. Although I have not been in this particular Autozone location I have visited several others and have witness how busy they can get with all of us walking in asking for help.So yes I waited on phone...after 20 minutes of waiting patiently for my turn they decided to just hang up my call instead of saying sorry we are still usually busy, would you like to continue to hold? Or may we call you back? Giving them benefit of doubt, thought maybe call got disconnected so decided to call right back...phone rang two times they answered phone without greeting or saying a word for that matter and my call was automatic placed on hold!At this point lost my patience so I called back again to inquire who store manger was and the young man that answered phone was not sure of who his store manager was, so sad! They dont know him and Im sure he doesnt know them that well either. I wonder if they know who their DM is? Dont waste your time calling this location.

I didnt know what apartments called on my truck so I took multiple pictures and took it in and asked the two people behind the counter and they didnt know what it was called either which no big deal yet they werent even willing to try different variations a words to see if we could figure out what the hell the part is called. Rather disappointed with the whole experience what a waste of my time out of my fuel

I called the store 4 times each time I was put on hold . So I drove down there and wasn’t busy so I called from my car I saw the guy threw the window and he put me on hold again to have a personal conversation with he employe . So I got off acted like I wasn’t annoyed and turns out he was the manager Julio . So as I asked him for a part as he was helping me he was rude and when he saw one of he’s employe he said “ hey can you take over “ and walked over to scan stuff in the store . At this point I was super annoyed but the employe helping me was super great had great customer service It turns out he’s a manager also ! so thank you James for getting me my part. He need to be a store manager because clearly the store manager julio has no idea what he’s doing .

The rent a tool program is a joke, it was bad 4 years ago and bad today as well. When they even tell you sorry we really only have metric tools, it shows the lack of careing from the mangement. Dont have the standard tools you need but they say you can buy them. Well you did not have all of the simple tools I needed to buy either. I took my business elsewhere to purchase the 1 3/16 & 1 1/2 (out of stock) sockets I needed.(TSC)

Comercial account available they dont have everything I need for our 12 International Trucks butThey are working hard on getting what we needAlso they have better prices then the other Auto parts

Very fast and friendly. Though was a little tough on entering the parking lot. Due to all the traffic and the entranve location also the 2nd. Entrance is not a entrance it is exit only. Other then that the employess were all very helpful and very polite and friendly.
