My husband and I went to donate a perfectly good couch and 2 solid wood end tables with coffee table to goodwill. We went at 6pm a hour before closing. The manager Richard came out the back of the building. The manager threatened us telling us to come back during busy hours. Hello, we were there during business hours. They don’t close until 7 pm. He told us I put the stuff back into our truck and bring it back tomorrow morning My husband and I both work. He then said he would call the police and we would be fined 1000 dollars if we didn’t, he said they have a camera and would take the license plate down, call the police and we would be fined. All because we were trying to do a good thing and donate, we will put it out on our curb and someone will take the items. Richard should be reprimanded for the way he speaks to people who are trying to donate nice items. We got a sectional and new tables to fit our extended family. The couch not the tables were in bad shape.

Very large, clean and organized store. Found these two large decor items for our new home.

A little pricey for used, but good store. Clothing is well organized. The store is clean. Customer service always pleasant. Several good finds. This is a little bit more towards the boutique style as far as dresses, etc. Have found some good name brand stuff and great jean selection. Not as dirty as other 2nd hand stores. I recommend.

Good prices on DVDs and books but everything else throughout the store is priced ridiculously high.

Rudeness is apparently a prerequisite to work at this place. I called here and was told they had a drop off bin.After driving to the location I was greeted by a nasty young man who explained they never had any drop off bins. This is good place to avoid.

The staff was very friendly and the womens clothing it was well organized and had a good variety.

Horrible Goodwill. Employees were extremely rude to my wife when she was very nicely asking them a question about pricing. Really awful place.

Im very upset because i called before i came and before i loaded my truck with furniture. When i called to see if they take furniture the girl on the phone said hold on let me ask to make sure. She return and said yes they are taking furniture i get to the location and the manager decline what i brought because their is no more room. So yes im piss friday 11/20/2020. I want to suggest that whoever is answering the phone should have knowleged in the rules for donating furnutre(what they dont take, limited space for furniture, or time that they take furniture.). This would avoid having to take my donation back with me to unload after i loaded it by myself. Very inconvenient for me.

I always enjoy browsing through thrift stores. Goodwill always has an interesting selection of second hand items. My latest purchase was an office chair. It is in good condition and I only paid $8.50 for it. I have been using it at my desk and it works quite well. Goodwill has a color of the day and that color is half off. They also have a selection of Halloween items if you are interested. Goodwill is a good place to purchase clothing and shoes. With a little perseverance, you can find some pretty good bargains for these items. They also have an electronics department with a variety of used radios, lamps, VCRs, headphones, DVD players, coffee pots and other useful things. It is always an adventure shopping at Goodwill. The employees are very nice and helpful. If money is a little tight, Goodwill is a good place to go!!!

My husband and daughter dropped off some very nice items to this store on Sunday afternoon 8-25-19. My daughter accidentally gave them my patio chair cushion I had in my car. This cushion matched my other 4 chairs in the set. They go back an hour later and the employees would not give it back to them nor let them look for it! I WILL NEVER DONATE TO GOODWILL AGAIN!

I have visited this location several times now, only to be greeted by a closed sign in the window. Goodwill? More like NeverAgain Will.

Went here to buy some books and they have good selections. Staffs were nice and they have good service. The place was clean and organized.

I was told to leave the store because I had a rhinoplasty recently and could not wear my mask our my nose.

A good selection of mens and womens clothes. The other sections of the store are smaller but still big enough to discover a rare find here and there. The staff working the store are nice.

This is as good as it gets for Goodwill stores. Its my home store, and im there 5 times a week. Right now they are training people to price. But you can ALWAYS find something here.

You can find lots of stuff such as clothes, shoes, books❤, movies, some furniture, purses, and some kitchen appliances. The clothes come in a viarity of styles, sizes, colors, and designs. Almost all items have a tag with a specific color. They will have signs telling you what the color of the week is, and if the item/s you have selected have that color it will be on discount. There are dressing rooms included. The bathrooms are in the right-hand corner at the back of the store. You can find heels, sneakers, boots, and other types of shoes. If you have things you dont need just laying around in your home, you can donate it. Its all very affordable.

Bad customer services, prices are high for a thrift store, I always live shopping at goodwill and check goodwills every town I go to, this one was a big disappointment, military members are putting g their lives in the most dangerous places everyday, they don’t get that few cents/dollars support discount here! Oh Monday only! never seen that in other goodwills

Goodwill is a for profit organization. They don’t donate any money to any charity. Their CEO makes in excess of $1M a year.If you want to donate, choose a charity place like Salvation Army or Angel View. Their income actually goes to charity.

My most favorite goodwill in california. Very well managed, and suprizingly great inventory.

Always a clean environment, nice selection of used books, furniture and DVDs. Generally easy check out.

My son and I love to browse the nic•nacs here. The staff is always friendly and on Mondays- they have a military discount and Tuesdays is senior discounts. Every week they have a color of the week any item that is the color is only $1. This lady last week- went in and got 3 tvs, kitchen table, chairs, 2 couches, entertainment center, dressers, lamps...pretty much everything she needed to furnish a home- and spent $38 bucks. Insane!

One of my all time fave stores. Cool staff.

Rude people

I donated a ton of stuff, then I decided to go in. I was looking for t-shirts etc and I was informed all the sizes are mixed, well I didnt have all day to look, so I left. And I wont be back. Its Rediculas to think someone could look through all those racks just to possibly find 1 shirt. Bad marketing, bad displaying, bad idea .

We donated a lot of Our Twin Boys old toys, jackets, books ect. The people in donations were very helpful

Ok. So their clothing is sorted nicely by color and the store has a good appearance upon enterring. However, they are insanely overpriced!! Some items are decent, a lot are broken/overused. Its Goodwill...these items were donated (for FREE!!). Yet the price tags are reminiscent of a high-priced antique shop. Ill never step foot in there again!

You can find some good stuff occasionally.

Goodwill has way more stuff than they have room for, it gets donated by the truck loads, so why do they jack their prices up so much? When they have there $1 day everything else should be 50% off, maybe they could move more items out to make room for the incoming items......IDK I guess it just makes since to me.

Sorry but have missed the concept for years. Big money is made by goodwill. People come in and ask for a coat on a cold day and are turned away. Profit profit profit is more what store is about. Goodwill to whom?

This place is a damn joke. The person. Up front cant answer any questions or do anything without calling someone else from the back THEN after waiting 10 minutes I find out the price is the same as it would cost BRAND NEW!!!!Come on Goodwill, step up your game!
