Patrick was super friendly and helpful. Without asking he helped us find a chair, put it on a dolly and brought it to the front and put it in Our car after purchase. Basically the customer service I used to expect but sadly dont get very often anymore. Great job staples and thanks Patrick!

You dont open till 10, only place around to get supplies but cant get my supplies to start my day till noon. Just watched 2 people come and go typing this in the parking lot

If I could give no start, I certainly would. I called in hoping to get assistance with placing an order as I had some unanswered questions online. I encountered a girl by the name of Gina who exhibited a frightening inability to be able to do her job. Understanding that this may be her first day or a situation where they are short staffed, I asked to speak with the manager after now placing an order that was already paid for an apparently not going to be printed accurately. Tom the store manager stated that he was going to be able to assist me however he then went into a tangent and what felt like a questioning by the FBI, he even called me back at one point obviously on speaker and asked me to Swear to him that I I fact placed the order with adding the back to my postcard. At this point it got odd to say the least, he then stated he consulted with the regional print and marketing manager who was standing right there and she had no way of being able to add the back to my order( that already had the back included). I ended up requesting the dms contact and told them to cancel my order. As a professional and business owner I would never give the kind of service that I received today. Also, I received a call from a very immature sounding individual by the name of Alison who was laughing during the call. She apparently is not a regional position as Tom indicated which further shows how much they lie.Absolutely terrible service! Do not use this location ever!

We get our school supplies here and use their convenient copy and scan services. Theyre very helpful at the print/copy counter and will go out of their way to accommodate you. We have had our computers worked on with success and the techs are knowledgeable. Conveniently located in the Costco Center. If this was helpful please give me a like.

The girls in the copy center were very patient. The customer service was amazing!!I will go back there again, they made me feel comfortable and were willing to help with a good attitude and a smile. Even let me use their supplies. This location has a superb staff!!

I went there in a hurry and needed 2 items. A very nice employee ask if I needed help and handled my request with expert efficiency. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Excellent service.

Im a construction guy.. Not the best with anything that has to do with computers or tech stuff.. I needed blueprints printed out.. I went over to the desk they helped me out all the way through.. Big shout out to lisa very nice and helpful. If you know your stuff Im guessing its still a great place but for me it was awesome!!! Thank you guys so much!!

They dont do amazon returns here. They arent a real UPS provider.

Went in today to purchase supplies for my office and there was a long wait to check out. I was impressed that the cashier Allison Moran was so friendly while checking everyone out in front of me aside from how busy it was. However, when it was my turn to check out, and i was the last in the line she refused to check me out. She looked at me and smirked, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I assumed she must have had something to pending to attend to and I waited. While she went about different tasks she continued to look my way making eye contact several times, and continued to ignore me. After about 5 minutes, I left the supplies I was going to purchase at the register and left at which point she decided to go back to the register. She never once greeted me or asked me to wait as she had all the other customers prior to me. I called to file the complaint and Shawn (manager) said i could file it with him or return after her shift at 4 pm to purchase my items. I found extremely discriminatory since I was the only non-Caucasian in the line of customers she attended too. I personally hate using that as an excuse for poor/horrible customer service, but can see no other difference between myself and the other customers she assisted pleasantly.

I went in to Staples off the 15fwy & Central to get some paperwork copied. The gal behind the copy counter was awesome. She took my papers & made copies for me, she also rung up my other purchases. I was in and out. Thanks

Great store, got a great experience with sales person on buying a printer even after the store was closing. Associates were very knowledgeable, straight forward, and also friendly. I will happily shop at the Lake Elsinore Staples again.

Left my lap top for a battery replacement was told by Rico, the battery was located in industry and should be here in a couple of days, that was on Sunday May 14 and he would call me. On Saturday May 20 I went back to check on my laptop. The sales person could not find any info on my computer, but spoke to another person and then told me the wrong battery came in and they will call me. On Tuesday May 23 I went back to check on it and was told the battery was back ordered. I still never received a call. Today I went in and was told no battery has arrived. I asked why? No one has called me. I was not give an answer. I was told we will give you your money back and try finding a battery somewhere else. I asked why didnt you try some place else a week ago. I was given a blank look. I got my money back promised to never go back again. I have purchased many items in that store over the last few years, but no from me. I am burnt out. FYI I came home and found the battery on line and it will be here next Saturday. THANKS FOR NOTHING STAPES LAKE ELSINORE

I went in yesterday to print two pieces of paper and they charged me $5.00 on my card for each paper but when I checked it out yesterday it was only 12 cents for each one... But I didnt get a receipt so I guess its my word against theirs now .. Thats absolutely ridiculous!
