As a long time customer of this pharmacy, I will NOT be returning based solely on the attitude of the female pharmacist on 7/12/2021.I even continued driving an extra 7 miles to this location after I moved.I brought in a new prescription by one of my regular doctors & instead of telling me how she COULD help me, the pharmacist was very negative & proceeded to start the conversation with how she COULDN’T without even looking up my long standing prescription history and insurance information!I have worked for an oral surgeon for years & understand rules and regulations, but on day 1 they teach you basic customer service skills!Don’t start a conversation with negatives!Especially if you haven’t even looked at the issue.She needs to take a sensitivity course ASAP!BTW, I called my insurance and she was wrong!So, all that drama was over her misinformation & bad attitude!Hello, new pharmacy!

Theres an employee named Jerry who Ive seen belittle the CVS customers multiple times now. Hes very loud, very rude, and has absolutely no concept of good customer service.

I got fever and had prescription for antibiotic (Amoxicillin)I went there to pick up the amoxicillin, which is very common and can be find easily.They told me its not ready and to come back another day!My symptoms can get worse if I dont take antibiotics. They didnt even give me an specific time or at least they could tell me to contact me when its ready. She just told me its not ready, come back another time!

The people are nice and the store is clean. Aside from not disinfecting between customers. Its a pretty nice place

Terribly slow and inconsiderate judgmental pharmacy.

Incompetent people work here; fill prescriptions at another location. Doctor sent the script two weeks ago, and they just placed the order today. Cannot depend on this location.

I shop here often. I am always treated so nice by the staff.The entire staff is great I don’t know all their names but I am always greeted at the door and asked if I have coupons when I check out. Cory and Keri are always so accommodating with me and I coupon so their patience is awesome and they always make sure I get my deals.Thanks guys.Tonia

My mom doesn’t speak to English and I’m her son and I do, when she went to pay it was 1.52, she got the dollar out and the white manager got the dollar and she was getting the cents and my mom forgot and gave him a dollar and she gave him another dollar and he took it, then she gave him the 52 cents and he gave us the receipt right away and i told my mom you gave him 2 dollars and she said really in (Spanish) and I said yea, so I told the guys “she gave you 2$ dollars and the guy said no she didn’t and I just said she gave you 2$ but ok, it’s just a dollar so I let it go but that’s just not right.

Horrible experience! the Indian guy working at the pharmacy Satish Baldha has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. When administering the flu shot for me, he was very rushed and had a very impatient and rude attitude and makes you feel VERY uncomfortable. Any store, especially a pharmacy like CVS should always avoid hiring people like him. 2 thumbs way down!!!!

Cashiers are always friendlygreat deals with coupons.

Nice, efficient and professional.parking could be more capacious but all in all good. Lots of regular CVS merchandise and pharmacists great.

My family has been going here for the past 15years. And it used to be great but the past year it has gotten steadily worse. The past couple of months we would have to wait for them to order our monthly medication; and one time it took a week before they received it. And today they no longer had our insurance information which hasn’t changed in the past 10years. then they did not bother to let me know that they were running behind I came 3hours after the quoted time and they still hadn’t got to it.

Get your feet on the ground..!!! People, PLEASE, stop your stupidity and selfish position. Typically patients come to the pharmacies and think they are the only ones trying to fill a prescription. The fact that you may not see people in line, does not mean that there are not prescriptions to be processed, prescriptions come to the pharmacy: electronically, by fax, and over the phone. Also, most of the times, while trying to verify something written on your prescription, Physicians are hard to reach and /or take too long to respond. Patients just appreciate their precious minutes to wait for their meds but do not imagine what is really to be behind the pharmacy counter.

Place is a dump

This place is cool but i give the weird tall dude at the cashier a thumbs down.

It would better a great place to shop if all the employees were hot woman . And they gave out free viagra. ITS my world I can have things my way.

Most of the employees here in the store are great and thats why I always go here. I did have a problem with the pharmacy. They gave my morphine to my mom in the driver thru without asking for any sort of ID or signature. Morphine isnt amoxicillin and shouldnt be treated the same. I dont just fill prescriptions at my hospital instead.

CVS is my pharmacy of choice and they have cheap convenience store prices.

Clean store and near the Storm baseball field. Great place to stop for snacks.

They are rude and dont know what theyre doing they took my prescription back and tried to tell me my insurance didnt work and I would need to pay cash which was a lie then i call them to tell them not only were they defensive and rude I said thank you at the end of the call and the lady said Mhmmm and hung up on me wowww!!!! I wish there was a 0 star!

I am a veteran with the American legion I am in am escort of riders escorting another veteran to the funeral home and to his final resting place at RNC was told I had to wait an hour for my prescription of pain meds which I Need to ride and I had to ride in an hour,the short redhead could care less and told me its an hour or I could just leave, NO RESPECT FOR VETERANS HERE

Staff is mostly always kind but for the most part the prescriptions are never ever received and I have to take extra time to call my doctors office to have the prescriptions resent..this is always...The wait time is another issue that really is quite frustrating.. you need to be prepared to wait at least 20 mins if you are lucky to get your meds... I am aware that this might not be the staffs issue, that they pharmacy might be understaffed but honestly this is something that really bothers and annoys not only me but most of the people that I know that go to this same pharmacy.. Im considering relocating my meds to Walgreens or Costco or Target.. I almost dont mind paying more for better service.

Waited almost 45 min for my Sons meds the girl couldnt even tell me my prescription was discontinued wasted my time when I could have went back to my drs to get a new one said she was waiting on a call back my son has autism and cerebral palsy its hard enough trying to keep him from being overwhelmed then she had the nerve to roll her eyes like Im bothering her they seriously need to get the staff in order

Dropped off my prescription, was not only lied to about when it would be ready but upon calling the pharmacist the lady that answered not only rushed me to get me off the phone but when I complained about how she was handling her phone calls she hung up.
