I found a great deal on some flooring for my house. Got a much better price in gas fill up. This location has hired a lot of new people. So far all I have interacted with have been very good. What they could not answer or help me with they went above and tried to find out the answers for me. Great effort which equals great customer service.

Even though the store was crowded with shoppers, the staff worked hard and expeditiously at checkout, very friendly and welcoming.

Lots of spring/summer items, not too crowded, didnt have to wait in line.

Price to quantity is cheaper compared to other places; however, the items are sold in bulk. Items here will need to be eaten more quickly. Perfect place to shop if you are buying food for a lot of people to eat.

I don’t even have to say how amazing this place is. The yearly membership allows you to get way cheaper gas and money back at the end of the year. The “cafeteria” outside is also at an extremely good price. Highly recommend it.

This is a smaller sized Costco. It doesn’t have as much of the seasonal inventory as some other Costco’s. No matter what time of day I come here, it is always very busy here. Either way, this is a great place to come for the standard necessities for your home and to fill up on gas.

Masks no longer required. Crowded but efficient. Check-out lines moved well with plenty of check out lines. Costco is back to offering food samples. Great selections at low prices, as always.

Costco dont have a lot of merchandise like before and its still crowded with people! I was able to find some of my regular items though...yay!

I a had a return and the line was out the door, waited over thirty minutes, they had only 1 person (Rosie) working returns and 3 other people just standing around, I finally asked why wasn’t a manager on top of this and get her some help and know one could answer!Kudos to Rosie, She was really working hard, with an amazing professional and friendly attitude! She apologized a couple of times, I told her it wasn’t her fault she was doing the best she could, I blame management for not being aware of this and doing their job!!!!!!

This gas station is definitely less busy than the Temecula Costco gas station. Workers are out directing traffic and making things more time efficient. I will return when I am in the area again.

Busy Sunday at Costco but everyone was being cordial and behaving themselves. They still dont offer my low sodium bacon. Wish they would bring it back. I requested it on their app many times.

The staff is the best. Always go out of their way to be nice and helpful. The weekends are extremely busy, my suggestion is to go on a weekday if possible.

This guy “Steven” in the tech department took the time and effort to explain the difference between each printer. I learned that his wife made some sublimation t shirts for her sisters wedding and that the Epson ecotank et 3760 is the right printer for me and my family! Thanks “Steven”!

Costco is a very good place to save money. Gas was .50 cents less per gal. and the store products are the best anywhere.

Whats not to like at Costco what I miss is there Hot Dogs with deli mustard and relish with a cold drink for a $1.60 !

Our favorite Costco but tired of the tyrant like mask rules. Its time to move on, yes COVID was bad but we are vaccinating quickly and other stores are moving forward and but requiring masks. Im OK with masks if you feel comfortable with wearing one, but dont force me, or my 5 year old daughter. This is America, we know the risks. Bring back Freedom in a Free Country!!

Food court at the self service needs a more often cleaning. All those membership dollars can easily afford for a full-time position.

I love this Costco. I was treated with utter respect and given undivided attention. The CSR that handled my needs was so friendly and kind. She made me feel like a truly valued customer. I did not get the same service at other locations in Los Angeles. I felt so welcomed here.

Went early on a holiday weekend but they kept the lines moving quickly. Much easier location to get in and out of than the one closer to me.

Costco has never let us down with our regular shopping and the staff has always been so helpful ... but the pharmacy has frustrated our family for the last time. They’ve had issues with my Tricare in the past which caused me to pay out of pocket. It’s not a huge deal but the process of applying for a refund is lengthy and not fun. What really irritated me is my daughter needed a prescription. I was told they would have it the following day. I went in the following day and they hadn’t even ordered it. Then I physically talked to someone when I needed a refill to confirm they WOULD have the product the following day, the pharmacy didn’t have it AGAIN. I called yesterday because my daughter needed a new prescription. They confirmed this prescription would be ready today. Once again we go in and they had not even ORDERED IT.I would much rather do business anywhere else. The staff and the automated phone system need to have better communication and my daughter won’t be suffering because of it anymore.Get your groceries, skip the pharmacy.

Costco is costco. big box, spend a fortune on large quantities. not all pricing is great. That being said there are good deals on some items the store is clean, lines are long, customer service is exceptional

Their pumpkin pie is absolutely the best & is huge for only $6. Same goes for their apple pie.All of their house baked goods and fresh prepared meals are outstanding in flavor, quality and value.Somehow they roast a chicken so much better than anyone else.I was REALLY disappointed to discover that they no longer are making supreme/combo pizzas and only sell pepperoni pizzas now.

Gas lines were long and slower than some Costcos, but parking lot is better than most Costcos.

I miss being a Member. Non-members are allowed to use their pharmacy. I tried to buy basic food items, asked cashier cant you just add 10% ? Attempt failed. If you have a house-mate, split the membership cost with them. Your membership fee includes a 2nd membership for a person living with you.

45 min wait for 2 pizzas. But everyone seems to get their order in 5 min.

I can not believe how incredibly rude Corine is. If you are working the customer service desk you should have customer service skills. She refused to help me get a new Costco card after getting my wallet stolen. I happened to have a paper ID and she rudely said they dont take that. Dont tell me what you cant do and instead work with me so we can figure something out. Its incredibly hard to replace everything in a wallet, the least you can do is replace my Costco card so I can get gas and food. I will be contacting corporate regarding this because of how rude and unhelpful Corine was.

Came to Costco after a long day at work, sent my 3 sons in to grab a few items...they were sent back because a parent needed to be with them. Walked up and was told I couldn’t bring my Frenchie in with me...super tired and now I have to leave all together.TANNER, a Manager offered to get an employee to grab my 6 items and I agreed.Less than 10 minutes later Tanner walks out and tells me I can come in to pay.He walked me to a register between the tire center and Optical, I paid and I’m on my way home with my sons, my Frenchie and my items!I APPRECIATE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WANT TO SAY A HUGE THANK YOU TO TANNER FOR NOT SENDING ME HOME EMPTY HANDED!!And to the other Manager that was with him, sorry didn’t catch his name!! A gentleman named Brian truly went above and beyond to help us locate a folding chair and this review is more than anything for him!

They are selective with whom they let in at what time. They say seniors and first responders at 9:00-9:45. Then, they let in whom they like without ID. I sat for 45 mins watching the selective entry. These guys at the door are inspired the wrong way. Management should have a conversation w Cliff and Mark.

This Costco is the best. Great location and always stocked with great products we live and new ones we try.

Traffic outside, traffic inside, traffic everywhere, and slow people with nothing to do. I get it- you can’t rush at Costco, but I don’t want to spend 3 hours here.

The store is good, what they need to do is train there employees for a better customer service. I was in line and I see two employees gossiping about an insta cart employee in witch I didnt appreciate at all when covid 19 hit us, they use to bring my groceries to my house. I am very greatful cause they risk theyre life got us. Please have more respect for them and customers that dont need to see this type of actions, were there to consume and be treated with respect very upset over this. Cashier was so busy criticizing other people., that I bought a propane tank that she didnt even charge me for the propane had to walk back to pay for the propane to get it fill 😡😡😡😡. Caskets need better training.

I went to the Costco in Lake Elsinore CA and was disappointed how they just thrown my products into the cart after I paided for them. I had them all stacked nicely and in order ( coldest to not cold) I have a Costco cold bag as well. Theymade me take it out and they wouldnt put it back which is fine but to just throw it in the card and I said something to him several times and he just keep going. My daughter was also their and he did the same for her stuff. We spend alot of money in Costco every month and we dont want r roasted chicken on our butter, r are chips and cookies broken. I worked for Stater Brothers for 25 years and I also started out bagging and know how hard it can b. But never have I thrown someones food into their bag r the cart. I have alot of things broken and melted. Its hot hear now and by the time I got to my car to repack them and put them into my cold bag things we smashes and melted. Costco always offer affordable prices, good costumer service and its pretty organized, I like this Costco, and dont forget the gas, they always have a few cents more cheaper than other stations!

So I called optical and lenses dept to see if they could do me a favor since they didn’t have the right type of frames for my old glasses I ask the lady on the phone would you guys be able to change out my old lenses to a frames I got online? She said yes, so I come into the store and a guy name Charlie was more than gracious enough to change out my lenses... how great was that... what great customer service this Costco has to offer thank you so much for helping me out! Costco is always great. This one is less crowded than most of them. Plenty of parking. Staff is great and helpful. Traffic on streets are always busy...the only down side, but they cannot control that.

Cheap prices for good products whats not to love? Yeah, you need a membership but they need the money to keep the great store open.

If youre a savvy shopper and know the local prices elsewhere you can really save money on bulk items here. Its busy quite often so I dont know when is a good time to go. I was glad to see that they are serving food but have removed the seating sad to say but thats the way it is right now.

Just a few days before Thanksgiving day, and surprisingly this Lake Elsinore store was not crowded at all. We were able to shop for food and a couple of storage shelves, in a matter of minutes, maybe 30-40. They even helped us loading the stuff. Excellent service!

Ive been to this store only once. Its just ur tipical Mexican market.

Very convenient location right off the 15 fwy and lots of parking which is great, but this Costco never seems to have what Im looking for. The employees here are not friendly whatsoever and seem bothered, bad customer service for sure. I do like however seeing them disinfect the shopping carts and also enforcing physical distancing at checkout.
