I have NEVER had bad In & Out…until this past Saturday. When we arrived here at 12:45PM on a Saturday, it should have been a clue to me that the lack of people inside meant there was something wrong with this particular In & Out. Order took over 15 minutes for 4 burgers and 4 orders of fries-there was hardly anyone in there! Still, I didn’t care because we LOVE In & Out. When we got our food, our burgers were lukewarm, fries were dark brown and cold, and our buns had black, gritty specks all over them from the grill. Please support In & Out, but stay away from this one. Such a bummer.

Great burgers as always from In n out, only problem as with all locations is the traffic and crowds in drive through line and parking lot. Luckily we were able to find a spot right up front but that doesnt happen often. Cant go wrong here if your in the mood for burgers just be aware of the crowds and traffic.

Always an awesome experience. The food is always fresh and tasty. The employees are always friendly.

Ive visited 3 times this month and every visit was stellar. Service is always fast, dinning room is clean, and food is always delicious. Advice if i had any would be to dine or order inside the restaurant if the drive thru line is long. You can get your cup of soda and relax while you wait for your order and I think the service is faster.

Besides the usual good food, this location offers ample parking. A clean and safe location.

Well Im sure the burger was good but youd have to ask my dog got into my food before I got home not only did she eat the two patties I got her she ate my burger as well LOL what can I say but Im sure she enjoyed it so I give it a five-star

The experience was great 👍, line moved quickly and staff was easy going but professional. Our order was also hot, fresh and correct. Im a picky eater and had a custom order, they nailed it.

In-N-Out Burger is always awesome! It never fails me… Well, rarely do I have an issue. It’s the best burger place for consistency, quality and price.

I like me a animal style burger and well done fries so I can eat them like chips when they get cold! They are consistent no matter which one you go to. Get some little peppers on the side for some kick!

The hamburgers and fries are always good! I have found that ordering my hamburger well done and asking for my pickles on the side makes a good burger even better. The pickles on the side keeps my hamburger bun from getting soggy.

Only one in elsinore so it is always busy. However, food is always right. Food is good. Service and staff are great.

They were very busy with the lunch rush and some chaos, but the food was delicious and the staff did an awesome job preparing and putting out our meals. The staff members were courteous and maintained wonderful customer service in the midst of the rush.

Slowest in and out in all of America multiple times every single time more than 20 minutes wait line doesnt move at all I dont know how possibly anybody gave this place a good review

Crowded but worth it. The drive-through line of cars was all the way to the street. Someone took orders in the line to speed up the process. Great food, as always, but the prices have increased. 2 cheeseburgers + 2 orders of fries = $11!

We enjoy In-N-Out Burger, the employees are Super friendly n nice.. The only issue is its close to the freeway and the line get crazy long during peak times. Kinda botches up traffic and hard to get into line for it. But love it when accessible he he.

This location has fast service. Line moves quick. It is clean and does a good job to keep the lot clean. You see a cleaner out in the lot very frequently early in the morning. What I appreciate is that this place is not overrun with homeless people using the toilet unlike many other establishments in Lake Elsinore.

Even though drive through always takes very long I do mostly always enjoy their yummy burgers and fries.

The wait was long but as usual it was worth it. In and out has the best burgers on this planet😁 thank you in and out 👍

Good customer service ordered through the drive through, line is pretty fast. Ordered a number 1 combo animal style for both with a root beer and a cheese burger. It was all delicious 🙂

They have their system down at this location. The drive-thru was a breeze. The line was long but because they have their system working properly it was a smooth process.

Food was good and fresh as always, our hamburger patties could have been cooked a little longer, but I am sure due to the amount of customers that are going through this especially at lunch time they are just trying to keep the line going. What a disaster trying to get in & out of this parking lot. But the food makes up for the inconvenience of the small parking lot, & the location of the entrance to the drive through.

Fast, friendly, experience. Food was hot, and delicious. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a pain. Very small parking lot, best to back into the parking spot. Will much easier to exit.

Its kind of hard not to rate an In n Out a 5 star. Anyway, it took a while to get the food as expected as they were very busy. They took our order in line and once we got to the window to pay, we ordered an extra fry and they were totally cool with it. Everything was fresh, hot and we enjoyed the burgers, fries and shakes. Definitely recommend.

Love love love love love love.... I got the Animal double double cheeseburger. It was so amazing. My husband had the regular double double cheeseburger with animal fries. He loved it also.

Good burger. Pretty much standard In N Out. Didnt get any plastic utensils to eat the Animal fries though. Make sure you ask for fork, knife, or spoon.

I know, I know, In-N-Out fans are fanatical so I will probably get a lot of heat for not giving 5 stars but just being honest here. Overall the food is good and fresh but the bun is as plain Jane as you can get and the hamburger party is not overly generous in weight. The shakes are very good but certainly not cheap. So for me its a very solid 4 but not a 5.

They have triple cheeseburgers here with pickles. Everything tasted great!

Although it is hard to get an adequate vegetarian or vegan meal at In-N-Out I highly appreciate the friendliness of the staff as well as the general cleanliness of In-N-Out locations. Their fries are vegan and if you are vegetarian they actually have pretty good grilled cheese sandwiches.

I love that my yorkiepoo can have a puppy pattie for just a dollar and shes so excited when we go that she barks like shes telling me dont forget mine lol. I love that I can eat here without any wheat contamination. Most places fry the fries with other battered foods and I cant have the fries. Also inexpensive. Definitely a favorite for me

Its a good In n Out. Not much to elaborate on. Decent waiting times, good food, good hours, and a convenient location when i visit Elsinore.

Food is good. They need to extend their line. It goes fast, but it still spills over into the street, which is dangerous since the freeway is just a block away. People are always driving crazy through this intersection, if it’s not backed up. Maybe they should relocate..

Besides a long line great food actually do get to you in a timely fashion

The line went very slow this eve, probably will not get in a line there like that again. Another lady cut in line and it got a little ugly with the lady behind her, the lady in Cadillac SUV was rude cutting in line that people had been waiting there turn in, ugh.

We went in to grab our orders as the lines were long. Clean store and polite employees. One less star because I ordered grilled onions in my cheeseburger and got raw onions which was a little overwhelming.

The burgers are always fresh and good. The fries have never been good here, not sure why as other locations are good. The problem here is location. For a place called In-N-Out, it is the most difficult place to get in and out of. We have literally changed our minds and gone elsewhere because of the insane location of this place!

Good fast food. The quality of the meat seems different to me, especially since the price hike. They must have changed where they get there meat because it doesnt taste the same and the quality feels worse.

Fast service inside. Drive thru very busy. The thing I Dont like about this in and out is that its hard to get out of the driveway back into the traffic lane as it is a very busy intersection.
