I was super interested in the guava jelly filed donuts but the lack of masks on everyone in the shop, employees included, kept me from going in

Always a great experience. We go mainly for the bagels because they are freshly made everyday. The donuts are delicious as well.

This is our neighborhood donut shop and we couldnt be happier. Seriously really delicious and fresh donuts with good variety and supply (but its so good that things run out!). Nice staff, and lots of parking in the lot. I usually get either glazed buttermilk, chocolate donut with Bavarian cream, apple fritter, chocolate chip filled donut (so hard to choose that sometimes Ill get all of them!); and my husband gets the chocolate chip filled and something else (hes more adventurous and will try a new donut, but I tend to stick to the ones I know I like she Ill try his new donut). Highly recommend!

Every single outing my family and I have gone here, weve been treated with amazing customer service. The staff is always friendly and understands our orders when placed and even apologized when what were looking for is out. Cassandra took amazing care of my son and I on our recent visit and for that were thankful. And with it being 230pm it was awesome that there were so many options still available to choose from.Thank you Raised Donuts & Bagels for continuing to serve the community your amazing donuts and bagels. This is a great place to come, when you want a good bagel, donut or pastry. It’s all so good! The bagels are fluffy and one of my favorite things to order is the pastry with ham, cheese and Jalapeños. Love this place come check it out !

Everything here is outstanding!! E, the owner, and Cassandra are so friendly and they always have the freshest bagels and donuts in town...heck, Id even dare to say in the entire Inland Empire!! Their asiago bagel is truly the best you will have, ask for it toasted with cream cheese, which they make in house! You wont regret it. Their donuts are a great size and theyre always fresh and moist!! They even have smoothies that come with free boba if you want! Go on in and tell them I sent ya!!

Amazing service!It was our first time there. We both were contemplating on what to get. The Jalapeño cheese ham croissant add a egg. 😉 Heaven in a bag! We showed up during there Busiest hours. The lovely employee suggested her recommendations and was so sweet and patient with us! Loved the hazelnut coffee she suggested and of course the croissant!Sweet little business! We will definitely be going back!

Wonderful donuts & service is beautiful,Jellys and custard filled are packed so you need wet wipes unless you have a tounge like me or you dont mind sticky.

Highly recommended. One of the best classic doughnut shops around. Try the whipped cream filled maple bar or any of their bagels! Great customer service. They do get busy in the mornings, but they have a good system and it is worth waiting a minute or two.

Raised Donuts is the go to donut shop in Elsinore. Not only do they have every donut i need for the fam bams desire. They also got a mean ham and cheese croissant, our child is loves the jalapeño bagel and the wifes a huge fan of the jalapeño bagel do ask theyre different could depend on your life the rest of the day. Staff dont mess around no BS straight up get your food pay get moving theres usually a line not long but a line. All types of donuts bagels wash it down with some milk always fresh coffee. I tend to think Im a connesoiur of the original donuts very good ENJOY

Raised donuts is usually a good place to get bagels and croissants. I was surprised today when I walked on and saw someone I had never seen there before working behind the counter and shes not wearing a mask while boxing up donuts for a customer. I was hoping to get served by the person who usually helps me(I dont know her name but I think she may be the owner as shes always very helpful even when shes under pressure).When it was my turn to order and the person I never seen before ( i dont know her name either but she had a tattoo on her left forearm) asked me what I wanted i asked for 2 egg and cheese bagels. On the menu they have ham, egg and cheese bagels but Ive ordered just egg and cheese bagels in the past with no problem. I mean how hard is it to hold the ham? She told me they didnt have any so I walked away. As Im walking out the door I heard her say they did have them. But I was already fed up with her. . If your serving food you need to wear a mask. We are in ca where everyone is required to wear a mask.Needless to say they lost me as a customer. I had to drive 9 miles away to a donut shop in Perris to get my croissants but it was worth it. They wear masks, provide habd sanitizer and have much larger croissants. So I guess I should say thank you to raised donuts. If it wasnt for your maskless employee I would have never tried the shop in Perris

New local to area and wanted a bagel so found this place in maps. My order was wrong, yes they offered to correct it but I did not want food thrown away. So needless to say I was not happy with what I was given. My mom also did not like what she had gotten, but that could have been personal taste on her part. I now they are super busy anyways so a new local that wont be back is not a big deal for them just if your going to go I guess just make sure they repeat your order back if you want what you ordered.

In the morning when i have time to go get some food, i stop there because its fast, quick, and easy. The coffee is perfect and the donuts are delicious! The owner is always happy and willing to serve you the best donuts in town.

Love it. I have been to 2 of the locations, Lake Elsinore and Wildomar. It is Very Delicious, from the ham and cheese croissants, to the different varieties of donuts to choose from. (But my favorite donut is the triple chocolate plus the Thai iced tea). The service is excellent, fast, friendly, and courteous.

This is one of the rudest, unfriendly and sloppy places I have had the misfortune to go to. Apple fritters dumped into a bag without any wax paper, coffee was lukewarm and served with a scowl. The homeless man outside was the subject of odium and scorn. NEVER go there.

Ive been in this donut shop twice since the COVID-19 problemand the employee s only wear face coverings when there serving customers. When they are prepping and making donuts there is NO protection at all! There is one employee in particular who NEVER wears face coverings. This was my favorite donut stop but not anymore. Who wants to pick up the virus from their food. I hope they read this review and re- read the county s requirement for food workers. It says they are required to wear face coverings at all times while working period!

It seems like it has changed hands since the first time I went here. We went in for drinks recently and we were looking at the donuts and saw ants all over. So disgusting and dirty, I had already paid for the drinks otherwise we would have just left. The boba tasted old and was disintegrating. I will never go there again.

LUCKILY I LOVETHE OWNER!!! my Boss asked that I pick up 2 dozen doghnuts for our company & of course I always get a receipt so that I can get reimbursed. Upon entering the store JULIA was obviously having a busy stressful day as it showed in her customer service & on her face her attitude was awful. After purchasing the donuts my total was & $19 and some change .I gave the cashier Julia $17 cash & the balance on my card .I also let her know that I will need to purchase a croissant separately.She rang me up for the croissant and handed me a reciept for it which I assumed was the receipt for the 2 dozen.I asked her, May I please have the other receipt for my donuts? She was irritated a& said, No you didnt tell me you needed one.. I said, I am entitled to proof of purchase on anything I buy she acted as though it was my fault.I saw the register has a prit tape on it & at minimum she could have gave me at least the cash portion or told me to wait so that she could perhaps TRY and figure out how to issue me my receipts but she flat out said sorry I cant and walked away ignoring me.The owner 2 days later was very sweet and apologetic and issued my receipt in 30 seconds.Because of the owner and the great doughnuts I will continue to buy from here as its not the Owners fault that Julia is not the friendliest person.

This place is my go to on weekends for breakfast. Either a bagel and cream cheese or ham and egg bagel sandwich. Great price, great service, nice people. I dont do boba, but everytime Im in there, they are usually making at least 1. Oh ya, and they have a wide selection of donuts, and they are very good as well.

Great donuts, and there is this young girl working there - I didnt catch her name. Her smile is infectious, she makes every customers day better. If I was local I would be a regular just to say hi to her every day. Doughnuts were great too. They have a flavored coffee slushie drink thing that they make with flavored powder of some sort, that seems pretty popular. Store is bright and clean, doughnut selection is good.
