We have three dogs and they love it. Took about two days for them to get used to it but now they play and lay on it all the time. Guys were great that installed and they finished in one day. You have to get the GOT PEE? works so good. I used it on some old carpet pee stains from when my dog was a puppy and they are gone now.

Justin was amazing - took so much time helping with dimensions of my yard and trying to get me the Classic grass in time for our project - went above and beyond. I needed a quick response a few times in terms of ordering gravel, tape, and glue (we had our own installer), and he was right there for us. Upon delivery, he showed my guys exactly what to do and got the work off on the right foot - spent a good amount of time. He is definitely a pro and very easy to work with. Ashlee did a great job getting me samples ASAP as I was under a time crunch - if you think THATS easy, think again. The grass is not cheap, but its top of line if you have a pet in terms of permeability, and the service you get in return is well worth it. I would highly recommend this company and the grass. Well worth the price.

We (my husband & I) are so very pleased with our ForeverLawn that I had to come online to give our highest recommendation. When we purchased our new home, the backyard had a good sized space that was perfect for a dog run area but it was currently all rocks and a large shed was there. We’ll even after my last minute decision to get rid of the shed, Justin & his Pacific Coast team kept within our tight timeline and got the job completed. And the installation team was amazing. They were professional, clearly new what they were doing (explained each step to me), worked extremely hard (I never knew how much was involved in laying down this pet grass….ForeverLawn Pacific Coast doesn’t just put the turf down, they do many extra steps you won’t find with other companies), and were personable on top of all of that. They even moved all the rock to another area of my yard so that I could use it as ground cover….talk about extra service!! And remember that last minute shed move I threw at them?? Well that resulted in quite a bit of extra seam work for the installers (as we needed to keep our dates) ….but when you look at our yard, you can’t see one seam. It looks amazing!! These guys are reallllly good!!!! And the cherry on top for my hubby was the time they took in explaining the simple care and maintenance…..in other words keeping the smell away. Ha Ha But I guess the true test was our two dogs….and they have been thrilled with their new space. I’m telling you….if you’re thinking about getting any type of turf - pet specific or other kind - you owe it to yourself to give ForeverLawn Pacific Coast a call. You won’t regret it. Our business, Truckee-Tahoe Pet Lodge, is a dog boarding and daycare business in northern California and 2 years ago we had them redo our asphalt play yards with K9Grass. They turned out great and are performing beyond our expectations. Recently, a couple of quality issues developed that were beyond our ability to repair. We contacted Ken and emailed some photos. Ken and Justice actually came up to our somewhat remote location near Lake Tahoe and did the necessary repairs. The play yards are just like new. That kind of service 2 years after the installation is all you can ask for. Were very happy with both the product and their service!

After receiving the samples, I specifically told them I am interested in covering our patio with the k9 elite grass, I asked for a quote to move forward and I have not received one after reminding them multiple times through phone calls and emails that I wanted to move forward and get quotes that included installation and without installation. Still nothing. Bad communication considering I could be a potential customer. Maybe this review will come to their attention? I hope so.

Justin and his crew did a great job. Everyone worked hard and were very polite and respectful. The job was left clean when they left. Justin explained how to keep the grass clean and prevent bacteria build up.

Highly recommended. Putting in fake grass as a dog run seems a lot easier than it is, and then you end up paying twice as much replacing it too soon. These people put in high end grass made for this application, and install it to last. Quick turnaround, installers easy to work with. A little more in price on the front end, but lasts a lot longer.

I recently installed K9Grass in a small area for my two dogs. I originally had bluegrass, but had been battling with gophers - as each week passed, I had more and more mud, and less grass. And my one dog was obsessed with the gophers - constantly digging and searching for the gophers. I did my research and got several bids. What I liked about K9Grass was that it is specially made for dogs, and doesnt require any filler. It is the only product I could find that drains so well and doesnt require filler between the blades of grass. I contacted ForeverLawn Pacific Coast and it was really an easy process. Everything went very smoothly, from the first consultation to the installation. The crew arrived early and finished quickly. The work was neat and precise. Everyone at ForeverLawn Pacific Coast has been very professional, friendly and thorough. I really did have a lot of questions about whether the K9Grass installation would prevent more gopher holes, and Ken Karmie, the owner, made sure to answer all of my questions. The solution to the gopher issue was to install stainless steel gopher sheeting between the stone base and the grass. It has now been 3 months and everything is fine - no more gophers. The dogs love it, and actually play and romp around on the K9Grass even more than they did on the real grass. And an added bonus - I am conserving water and I no longer have to mow the lawn.

I have three active playful dogs. My lawn became dirt. I had a landscape contractor gut my yard. He offered me artificial turf or St Augustine grass which he said was best for dogs. I chose they St Aug because of the price difference. I worked hard to maintain the grass but inspite of all of my efforts within the first year my new lawn was 75% dirt. I now again had dirty muddy dogs and house. All of my time was now spent cleaning, mopping and sweeping. I researched the different brands of artificial turf for the best kind for dogs. I was impressed with the K-9 grass. Forever Lawn staff were very professional and friendly. They responded quickly, came out for an estimate, and installed the grass very quickly. The installation crew Justin and his team were great! They did an excellent job on my little yard. With my green clean yard I could feel my tension level go down. We had an excellent experience! Our estimate came back quickly and the grass was ordered immediately. Prior to the installation date, our project leader Christian even called to introduce himself and confirm the details of our installation. Our installers arrived at the agreed upon time and were nothing but kind, courteous, and efficient. They really took the time to ensure that the surface was prepared properly and even put up with our lab puppy and children who kept escaping into the back yard to check out the project. We have had many home projects completed at our home over the years, and this was by far the nicest crew of gentlemen we have ever experienced. Yes, the cost of the grass is indeed an investment, but with multiple dogs and lots of children playing in the backyard we decided it was worth it. We have spent lots of money on sod and sprinklers over the years, but nothing could withstand the rigorous use from our family. We are looking forward to many years of green “grass”!

My yard was being trashed by my dogs. Urine spots, mud and they were eating the grass and then throwing it up.I was familiar with K9Grass via Jason Cameron. He endorsed it and upon doing my homework I knew I was getting the best product on the market.Now that it has been installed, I couldn’t be happier. It looks incredible, the dogs aren’t eating it or digging at it and most importantly, the dogs are happy.The K9Grass doesn’t hold their urine so there is no smell whatsoever. I’ve been to people’s homes where the stench is overwhelming. That’s not the case with K9GrassI’m proud to have people come over and spend time in my yard. Finally!

I was extremely happy with the crew that showed up, they were professional and courteous. The installation of the product was good I was happy with that. The end result is honestly beautiful. However, on the negative side I feel that far too much gravel and debris was left behind in my driveway and in my neighbors driveway. I spent over an hour cleaning up gravel and dirt and other debris that was left behind by the crew in my driveway and also in my neighbors driveway and in the street in front of my house.. The installation cost was over $6,000 so I think it reasonable to expect that my property would have been left in the same condition when the crew left as when they first arrived. Perhaps Im being a little nitpicky, but I do feel it perfectly reasonable for the price that I paid that I should not have to clean up after the crew leaves. But I would like to acknowledge that the finished project is beautiful.

We are very happy with our K9 grass from ForeverLawn Pacific Coast and so is our pup. The whole process was very smooth from the measuring and estimate to the installation. The installation crew was beyond belief! They were absolutely flawless. Christian and his team were very professional, thoughtful, tidy, skilled and extremely hard working. We couldnt be more pleased with our new artificial turf and the splendid installation.If you have dogs, ForeverLawns K9 grass is the best product on the market. We looked at some other dog friendly turfs but they all had backings which would allow liquids to pool. K9 grass is woven with no backing so it allows liquids to flow right through and the blades of grass actually include an anti-microbial agent in the resin. Theyve improved it (we had it before on our previous home) with a thatch which helps the blades stand up.The installation for the K9 grass is bullet-proof. 2x2 Trex-like material is installed around the borders of the yard and they use stainless steel staples to attach the turf to the top of the 2x2s. It is installed over 1/4 pea gravel so it drains spectacularly. Weve had no issues with the recent heavy rains.I dont work for ForeverLawn, Ive just done my homework.The front yard was done in their more traditional product but even it seems so much nicer and well engineered than other turfs we looked at when we were making our purchase decision.Corey and his team were outstanding. Christian, Jimmy and Dan did an amazing job and handled all of our concerns in a professional, courteous and personable manner.Thanks so much to ForeverLawn Pacific Coast.
