Worst experience ever. I stop by this gas station a few times a week on my way to visit family, tonight I stopped by on my way to buy an item off offer up and needed to use the ATM. When it was dispensing cash it errored out and only gave me $20 of the $60 I requested and then said out of service. I went to the counter and told the man working and he asked for my receipt, I did not have one because it didn’t even give me the money I attempted to withdraw let alone a receipt. I’d like to preface this with the fact that I work in an establishment that has an ATM on site and am aware these things happen and the facility does not own the ATM. I just couldn’t find the name or service number on the machine. I tried to explain to the worker what had happened and he told me it was my fault I didn’t have a receipt?? I told him I just needed to know who to contact, he refused to help saying the atm isn’t theirs (I understand this) and there’s nothing he can do. I was not expecting him to reimburse me I just needed to know who to call. The more I asked the more confrontational he became and I had to ask my husband to come in from the car. Once he came in the cashier told my husband I was “crazy and attacking him” At this point I couldn’t even explain to my husband what had happened over the mans talking so I asked him to just call the police, my husband stepped outside and called non emergency. Once my husband left the man told me to get out of the store and accused me of trying to “pull a scam” so I left the store and waited for the police. This attendant wasted my time, and the police departments time for a reason I cannot comprehend. The police were able to quickly get me a customer service number and we were on our way. After spending the last 15 years in customer service and having to deal with customers beating upset about an atm malfunction I’m disgusted in this persons lack of customer service and lack of just plain empathy. I hope he finds a job more fulfilling as I can only imagine you must be quite miserable in life and or job to treat complete strangers and customers so poorly.

Honest. Great quality work. Prices way less than the dealer.

Friendly staff. Car wash attendants work hard. Always worth a dollar or two for a tip.
