I’m so glad I ran in here one day. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I was looking for but the manager here was working at the counter and, she was extremely helpful and even offered a coupon for me because they didn’t have the product I wanted. Still this location is 5/5 because all of the products here are ALWAYS on clearance!! I couldn’t be happier living 5 minutes away from here! (Even if I spend too much money) it’s all quality products!!!

I really love this place and usually the staff are really helpful; however, yesterday one of the employees went on and on about how vaccinating kids is dangerous and how her kids doctor was urging her to vaccinate and they got I to an argument, etc. It made the group I was with really uncomfortable and I just bought my hair dye without looking for everything else I needed. I didnt bring up the vaccine topic, she just took it upon herself to rant about people who vaccinate. Hopefully someone talks to her so she doesnt make any other customers uncomfortable.

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. I am a natural hair enthusiast and I love shopping for new products. The natural hair care section has expanded so much as this location! I’m so happy that’s there is place that is local and carries multiple natural hair care brands. I highly recommend going to this location.

This location is amazing! The staff greeted me the second I walked in the door, showed me amazing sales, helped me find everything I needed and I saved money on top of the sales with my sallys card! I will be returning to this location for sure!

I tried twice to do a color correction of box dye (get yellow tone out of my hair) based on the recommendation of the ladies working at this location. Both solutions resulted in very subtle changes (not worth the damage and my hair is still yellow).

I live in Eastern Wash. and when I visit Nothern side Im headed to Sally and love everything about it. Were I live we have nothing like this store. Visiting my mom here is great but the Sallys here makes it double great. 😁. The employees are wonderful with costumer service . I asked for help to find a foundation and mascara that can help my age look a few yrs less plus Im not suave on makeup like in my young days .Evan was so great at helping with my options plus recommended what would be best for me . Got home and wouldnt ya know Im loving the make up that was PERFECT and Thank You Evan for the great help without me feeling like a old crow out of touch with the beauty supply world. Great prices and its so great I thought they were doing such price cuts assuming this was a going out a biz sale but they arent going anywhere! These great low, low still great products and sale are to stay too they said. Had me sad untill they informed me their staying and ao are prices that cant be beat. Going in a few minutes to shop again. Sallys Beauty Supply and employees rock . I Can use some more help again tonight when im there. Evan Im hoping will be working but if not Im positive Il be happy with any of their employees helping me. Great job they do. Thx much.
